| Chapter 32 | Eve |

My heart sank as I was carried around the corner, leaving the limp Dean alone. Whether he was to perish or come to, who knows. I continued struggling, my arm flailing, my hands scratching and pulling at the grip around my chest as the one I recognized as Jessie clamped his hands around my ankles, attempting to restrain my kicking figure.
"Let go of me!" I screamed hearing my voice echo off the chamber walls as the pair continued to restrain me in mid-air. Whimpers threaten to escape my lips, but judging by the way Jessie was examining me, I fought the urge.
"Quit squirming, Eve." boomed the man I recognized as William next to my head as he adjusted his grip to counter my movement.
"Remember Gentlemen," called The Leader as he led the other six down the corridor, almost guiding again. "Handle with care, we all know what a Winchester would do if we return her damaged."
"Eve, fuck!" William hissed, almost dropping me as I continued to flail around, doing my absolute best to try to break free. I continued pulling at his grip, scratching at his hands, his arms and his face. "Fucking fisty Bitch."
"This should shut her the fuck up." growled Jessie, taking a better hold on my ankles for a split second, only to twist them in separate directions, breaking both of them simotainiously.
"Fuck!" I screamed so hard, so loud that my voice cracked. The pain was too great for me to react, or continue kicking. The sensation of my heartbeat throbbed through my ankles, my feet and now shootin up my leg. "Shit!" I gasped, glaring down at Jessie and then my ankles, my chest rapidly rising and falling.
There was a shift in activity as the pair started carrying me downstairs, my flailing slowly decreasing as the pain of two broken ankles overcame me. William was the first off the staircase and as he waited on Jessie to adjust his grip, he brushed some hair out of my face, only to press his lips against my ear, very so gently.
"Shhhh Sweetheart," He hissed, as I jerked my head out of reach of his lips. "It'll be over sooner than you think."
I glared over, without speaking, immediately following my instincts as I hocked a good wad of spit and projected it into his face. Only for William to respond with a sharp jab to my jaw, causing my consciousness to go temporarily out of sorts.
I spit again, this time onto the stone floor, seeing nothing but blood, which angered me even more. I attempted to start struggling again, but the punch to the face was off putting.
"Bitch." scoffed Jessie, as we finally managed to come down a cleared corridor that had cells lining the walls on either side. As I was carried, I glanced from left to right seeing empty cell after empty cell. Which only made my heart sink even more.
I was alone here.
William shoved his back into one of the cell doors, allowing it to swing open and collide with the stone wall that stood behind it. Jessie dropped my legs onto the floor, earning a whimper from me as William sat me down gently, and not wasting any time chaining my wrists against the cell bars behind me.
I flinched at the tightness of the metal against my skin, already carving in my veins. I struggled against the restraints as William stood back to admire his work.
"She's pretty," He hissed as Jessie smirked at the comment. "Too bad she's with that Winchester..."
I glared from one to the other, and dared not to say a word.
"The Winchesters will be back for her." The Leader spoke from behind me, standing outside the cell, which was disorienting for me. "If this doesn't work, we'll dispose of this one and turn our attention to the other one."
"Bri..." I whispered, beginning to struggle harder against the chains, attempting to turn around to look this Leader in the eye. "...you leave her out of this! Motherfucker, you touch one single hair on her and I'll fucking kill you myself -"
"- You couldn't save yourself, what makes you think you could save her?" The Leader hissed into my ear through the bars, as I began flailing my arms against the bars, attempting to break free even though I knew it was no use.
"William..." The Leader waved a hand as William stomped back up to me only to slam his elbow into my face - causing everything to go black.
Throughout the next few hours - days - the time period was unclear, was full of blood, more blackouts and torture. So much so that I kept blacking out. My eyes fluttered open from time to time, taking in blurry figures bickering, screaming at each other, taking turns slamming me against the cell bars and every now then, waking up long enough to acknowledge the chains being tightened..
Jessie preferred the beatings, he would take his time and would do it often. He would start by slamming my head repeated against the cell bars behind me, while tightening my chains. Although when blood started gushing out of my wrists, he would have to leave the cell for a period of time.
William preferred torturing me with a knife. He would cut me everywhere. The wrists, the hips, the thighs, the calves, the stomach, the feet, the hands and even threatened to slit my throat more than once. At some point I was so in and out of consciousness that I couldn't tell which wounds were new or which ones were healing.
I awoke to the sound of voices echoing down the dungeon corridor, it sounded as if they were fighting or laughing - I couldn't tell. My eyes fluttered open briefly, taking in the blurry cell, the only thing I could make out was my abnormally positioned ankles and the fact I was in the same outfit I was in when I was taken. Those periods of time wouldn't last long, however.
I was bleeding out, taking beatings on the hour - it seemed - and was being starved.
"Aurora's awake!" William chimped coming from behind me as he pushed the cell door open and appeared to my left. "How are we feeling, Sleeping Beauty?"
I pulled my head up from the dead hang it was used to at this point, flinching at the pop in my neck. My dry, exhausted eyes glaring over at him as he smiled brightly at me.
"You know, there's been no sign of those Winchester Brothers." William sighed, dropping onto the cell floor next to me, but facing the cell's bars. "You're proving to be quite useless Eve." He smirked, looking down at his bloodstained knuckles and fingertips and I watched as he started picking some of the dried blood out from under his fingernails.
I attempted to inhale, only for it to sound lik a moan, which caught William's attention briefly before he continued picking at his nails. I thought about his words for a moment, Brothers.
That meant Dean wasn't dead.
"Tell me something..." He sighed, pulling a leg toward his chest and utilizing his knee as an armrest. "...what is so enticing about those Winchester's anyway?"
I didn't answer, I just tried to focus on my blurry feet.
"Like...what do they have that I don't?" He inquired, gesturing to himself.
When I didn't answer again, he pushed on.
"I thought more of you Eve," He shook his head at me. "You're just like most girls, those Winchesters throw around a few good moves with their guns, some knives, in that Impala and girls like you just spread those legs for them."
I shifted a little feeling his knife blade trace my thigh and glared up at him as he chuckled at my retraction.
"Just like the rest..." William whispered as he made the movement to rise off the cell floor. I felt a shift in my chest and found some strength that was buried somewhere deep inside me.
With broken ankles and all, I flung my throbbing leg into his and watched him drop onto the ground with a hard thud.
"Fuck!" William's voice echoed off the stone walls as two pairs of footsteps could be heard closing in. His eyes burned into mine as they pushed their way into the cell to assess the situation.
William dusted himself off, glaring at his counterparts, one of them - shocker - was Jessie while the other was a face I didn't recognize.
"I've fucking had it with this Whore!" William shouted, his eyes flickering between his counterparts and me. "That's it -" He shifted, rolling his neck as he gestured for the two to move towards me, "Hold her down!"
Jessie crouched down to my right side, tightening the chain around my right wrist, while the unnamed man mirrored him to my left. They then slid down in unison as they clamped my legs to the ground with their own hands and weight. I watched in horror as William pulled off his jacket and started popping his neck and knuckles.
I felt my demeanor change and my eyes go wide as I watched his eyes turn a deep dark blood red with bulging veins stretching out from each of his eyes. I opened my mouth to scream, but I couldn't find my voice.
My breathing, however, began more rapid and heavy as my nightmare started to approach me. My eyes went wide as fangs projected out of his upper jaw.
I began to struggle against the chains, attempting to wiggle free as much as I could with the damage that had been done. Jessie and the unnamed man held me in place as William straddled me, pausing only to take my face in his hands.
"I'm going to enjoy this," He smirked, raising his eyebrows as he leaned down towards my face, pushing my hair off of my neck. "Dean won't want you after this."
My eyes squeezed shut as the gut retching stab of his fangs dug into my neck. Again, my voice attempted to escape my throat. There was only a small faint silent gasp as if I was having trouble breathing rather than getting the literal life force sucked out of me.
There was a moment where William was the only one sucking on my neck, but it wasn't long before Jessie and the unnamed man proceeded to do the same, although they bit into my thighs.
After a few moments my voice had finally managed to find its way out of my throat, allowing my voice to echo through the chambers, "SON OF A BITCH!"
"DEAN!" I screamed, feeling my throat crack and my chest burn behind the useless effort to cry for help.
No one was around. No one could hear me.
I attempted to struggle against the three Vamps, but to no avail.
"BRIANNA!" I cried, feeling tears streaming down my face as William finally finished, pulling away from my soaked glistening neck. He grinned down at my fading figure, whipping my blood off his chin.
"This is Bitch is as good as dead..." Jessie whispered, finally pulling up for air as he, too, cleaned himself up. "...The Lead isn't going to be happy about this -"
"- there's a whole other one we can get." William smirked, glaring back around at me. "This one was tasty."
"S-Sam..." I trailed off almost into a whisper, if that. I could feel myself getting weaker and weaker. I watched as the three, now blurry, men rose off the floor and took a moment to admire their work, their triumph. "...Dean!" I barley formed words at that point as the three figures stepped out of my eye sight.
I had a delayed reaction to the cell door slamming shut, although I did make a mental note that they didn't lock it. I could feel my pulse weakening, my eyes fluttering open and shut as my mind grasped for something to focus.
Something to live for, but the amount of blood loss was too much for me to overcome, and it wasn't long before everything faded to black.
The black peace didn't last long.
I thought I was dead.
There was a moment of clarity when my eyes opened again. I glanced around the night soaked cell to see I was left alone, still chained to the cell wall, however. Something was different though, something inside me.
I frowned around the cell, attempting to pull free from the chains, hoping that between the three, they didn't tighten them as much as I remembered - but they didn't budge. When nothing worked, I sighed out loud, looking around the moon drenched cell, and rolled my shoulders in an attempt to pop my back and neck - and that's all it took.
There was an internal pop in my rib cage, causing me to yelp with each, only for my ankles to pop back into place, causing me to scream. I felt myself start to convulse against my attempt to stay put, against the restraints against my wounds that were already present.
I could feel each and every single puncture wound, whether it was from Nick, from Jessie, from William or even from a kid that did possible permanent damage when I was a child, heal. However, the healing process was painful - things were popping back into place so abruptly, closing up so fast and forcing itself back into the 'correct' position that the convulsions started to get scarier.
The more I convulsed the more I struggled against my restraints, the more I screamed out in pain, feeling tears streaming down my face one after the other. Then the convulsions started sparking electric surges through my body, causing my head to throw itself back in an attempt for a breath of fresh air.
I screamed out loud again, as if it would grant me some sort of relief, but as I did this, more happened. I could feel the blood streaming down my arms as I struggled against the tight chains. After a while, the pain began to subside, the convulsions eased up and my body stopped healing itself.
My strength was fading from all the surges and abnormal angles my body jerked into in order to pop something back into place. I felt my consciousness fading in and out again, but all I could think about was Bri, Sam and Dean.
I had to fight to stay awake for them...
My eyelids became heavy. I felt my body slowly leg to, slowly go limp and my eyes shut.
As the thickness of unconsciousness took over, visions fluttered through my mind;
"He's watching you." Kaela whispered, pressing her back against mine as we finished out the song strong. "Go talk to him."
"Girl," I giggled, moving back towards our table to grab my wallet and phone along with my jacket. "Would that ever actually work out in my favor?"
Kaela giggled at my words, playfully shoving me a little.
"Stop it." She growled, continuing to giggle.
"Uber Home Drunky!" I teased as she giggled even more, utilizing my arm as a balance beam as we stepped up to the bar to pay our tabs. "Thank you for inviting me out, I'm sorry I could stay longer."
"No worries," Kaela smiled, glancing over my shoulder. "Go play with the dead, I'll see you soon -" she leaned in closer to me than she's ever been before and whispered, "- he can't keep his eyes off you."
"Right." I snickered, playfully pushing her away as she was given her card back and pulled me into a hug before disappearing through the crowd. "Right..." I sighed, to myself, allowing my mask to drop periodically.
My gaze dropped onto the old wood bar as I leaned against it, waiting on my turn to pay my tab, when I jumped at a sudden quiet thud in front of me. My eyes shot up from my thought bubble to see a small glass of some yellow liquid and small black straw peeking out of the surface.
My eyes immediately shot up to the bartender, who nodded towards the other end of the bar, where the hot guy was sitting, but he was longer visible to me. His drink was gone, so my assumption was he left as soon as he bought me a drink.
I hesitated, eyeing the drink as the bartender answered my silent question.
"I made it, it checks out." He muttered, taking my card. "For your tab?"
I nodded and watched him walk away, only to jump at a sudden voice that came from my left.
"Hi." He smiled, making my knees threaten to give way as our eyes met, yet again. "I saw you," He pointed with his small drink, gesturing to the dance floor. "Nice moves."
"Nice boobs?" I asked, leaning into him, acting like I didn't catch what he said. I knew exactly what he said, but humor is my ice breaker and I cling to it for dear life when I'm approached by strangers, let alone hot ones. I watched his smile grow as he laughed out loud at the miscommunication. He ran his own hand over his face to get composure as he took in the rest of the bar and then turned back to me.
"Are you going to drink that?" I watched his eyes flickered between my eyes and the drink he had purchased. "It's just Rum and Pineapple juice."
I smiled slightly as I asked, "Isn't that called a Pina Colada?"
"I don't know," He giggled, looking back down at the drink again. "I'm Dean."
"Eve." I grinned, awkwardly taking his hand that he outstretched. "I guess now that I know your name, this changes things..."
"...does it?" He asked, smiling at me still. His eyes flashing into mine in a flirtatious fashion, earning another heat wave to come over me.
"Well, you're less of a stranger and if Morrie here," I pointed to the bartender as he passed my card back to me. "Says the drink checks out, maybe...just maybe...I'll drink it instead of leaving it here, untouched, like I was going to do."
"Do you not have guys buy your drinks often?" Dean asked, sipping on his own drink with one hand and sliding the other hand into his jeans.
"No, actually." I answered, picking up the drink and continuing to examine it. "Rarely, actually...one time I got a drink from a woman in a bar in Portland, Oregon and thought it sent a message I wasn't intending if I drank it." Dean chuckled along with me as we both beamed down at the still untouched drink. "But I guess you're not a Lesbian, right?"
Dean chuckled even more, biting his lower lip, causing that same wave of heat to come over me again as I glanced over at Morrie, who was watching casually from the other side of the bar.
I smiled down at the drink again, and downed it right there.
"Impressive." Dean nodded, licking his lips as he smiled again and I noticed he wasn't even trying to hide the fact his eyes kept studying me.
"Thanks." I nodded, looking up from the empty glass. "What do I owe you?"
"Just another smile." He grinned, earning a full on blush from me. "That'll work too."
Flashes of the last few weeks came through next, our hot moment in Bobby's office, which only left a small memory to my fading mind:
Dean and I exchanged knowing looks, his lopsided smirk softening into something warmer. Leaning in, he gently took my chin again and pressed a gentle kiss to my cheek, the brief contact igniting a flutter in my chest.
Our enticing interaction in the Impala, Our interaction in the hotel room - our fight - that woman. I could feel my chest aching at the memory of his face as I walked into that hotel room. Whether it was a set up or not...he fell for it when I was supposedly different.
My heart felt torn as the beat seemed to slow down further and further until everything went quiet. My mind, my heart and my head.
