•synopsis•

Madeline Scott had a seemingly perfect life. However; soon after losing her dad in a car accident, she decided she couldn't keep up with the charade anymore.

Fast forward several months later, after a failed suicide attempt, and she was off to boarding school in England. Thinking maybe then she would be able to break away from the shackles of her past, she was determined to start fresh. However, her nightmares were one thing she didn't seem able to escape.

Add having an unplanned run-in with the Academy's football (soccer) captain, Jay Parker (who for some unknown reason has made it his mission to annoy her as much as possible) and you have yourself a bucketful of disaster.

**a/n: The synopsis above is just a temporary blurb I've placed while I make a revised one :). If you'd like to get a better feel of what the story is about I suggest reading the prologue and the first chapter or so.**

**a/n: I first started writing this story four years ago but never got around to develop it and sadly I decided to give up. However, I've recently decided to give it one more try because I truly do think that every story deserves to be told. I don't promise an award worthy book because admittedly my writing skills are a bit rusty but I still hope you'll be able to enjoy it.**
