Author's POV: 

"Have an ice cream when you feel sad." You looked back hearing the voice before looking at the man behind you with widened eyes.
"Mr Kim?!" You asked as he grinned before sitting beside the swing you were on. 
"Wanna have an ice cream?" He asked as you looked at him for a while before shaking your head. 
"If you're sad, just agree. Why pretend?" He asked as you looked at him weirdly looking away. 

"What are you doing here?" You asked him as he chuckled before replying, "Came to see you." You looked at him a little baffled as he sighed.
"Jokes jokes." You nodded awkwardly as he chuckled before saying, "What's bothering you?" You looked down not knowing what to reply. 
"You know, I am not forcing you to tell me what's wrong. It just feels light to share your worries with someone. And I don't have anything to do with your secrets, so you can share them with me." He spoke as you sighed looking down. His words somewhat felt comfortable and you didn't know why but you wanted to tell him your thoughts.

"Actually, I don't know why but it feels weird." You replied as he looked at you a little confused.
"I like Hyunjin. Ever since high school, I liked him. It's been 10 years now... and we're supposed to be engaged too. But it feels very weird. I can't stop liking him but being with him makes me feel small. He's just perfect. Intelligence, looks.. what not? And I am more like a clumsy dumb side character beside him." You spoke looking down as he looked at you blankly before sighing. 
"I want to stop liking him but we're getting engaged soon and so- I also don't want to." You poured out all your thoughts to him. 

"You can't stop liking him because you choose not to. And I personally think, it's not love if you feel small in front of them. If it's love, you should feel better of yourself when you're with them, not worse." He replied as you scratched your neck. He was somehow right yet you felt something confusing inside of you. You didn't know what you truly wanted.
"Will you just be my friend?" You blurted out feeling comfortable with him. He looked at you surprised before giggling.

"Are you sure? Didn't you say we aren't close?" He asked as you replied, "Don't make me regret asking you instantly." He coughed awkwardly before getting up from the swing. 
"Yah! Let's go." He spoke as you looked at him confused. 
"It's almost 8 pm.. what do you mean by 'let's go'?" You asked as he chuckled saying, "I won't take you anywhere far. Just here. Come!" He said taking your hand running towards the ice cream truck in the park. 

"Which flavour do you want?" He asked as you were about to protest but sighed seeing him already turn around knowing you were gonna protest. 
"You know me too well. Ugh." You rolled your eyes before saying, "A strawberry ice cream please." He chuckled before ordering a mint choco ice cream.
"You and your taste buds surely shock me." You said seeing him enjoy his mint choco ice cream making you sigh.

"Hah, not my fault you're too normal~" He spoke before pinching your cheeks making you whine.
"AH!!! That's not right! You shouldn't disrespect me like that!" You spoke as he replied, "I think I am older than you though." 
"How much older can you be? You look young." You blurted out as he looked at you with a raised brow before smirking.
"I look young?" He asked as your eyes widened.

"Not like that- Oh my! You're such a creep!" You whined making him laugh loudly. You both bickered around for a while. He surely knew how to tease you to the core and make you laugh for no reason. You weren't regretting making him your friend. You even forgot about Hyun jin by now. 

"Well, what did you mean by the engagement thing when you were telling me about Hyun jin?" He asked as you replied, "Oh? That... I am sure you have nothing to do with it." He sulked at your reply.
"Am I not your friend?" He asked as you gasped a little.
"Was that a way of blackmailing?!" You asked as he nodded shamelessly making you sigh.
"I can't with you!" You spoke as he replied, "Sorry but you have to." 

"Now tell me please~" He asked as you shook your head walking ahead as he followed you.
"WAA THE ICE CREAM TASTES GREAT!" You screamed in his ears so he stops bugging you as he winced before rubbing his ears.
"Chill lady! I'll end up going deaf because of you!" He spoke as you rolled your eyes.
"You think only you can bug me?! No thanks~ I can too." You spoke as he chuckled before saying, "Okay okay! I get you, Ms Innocent." He spoke making you remember the incidents of the past. When you first met him and called him a pervert. Sighing, you walked forward as he chuckled knowing you were pissed.

"Wanna ride that swing?" He asked pointing towards a double swing as you looked at him before shaking your head.
"Not you beside me, definitely not." You replied as he replied, "No, I will just push your swing." You looked at him for a while as he ran towards the swing gesturing you to go towards him. Sighing, you went there sitting. He pushed your swing a few times making you squeal in excitement. He laughed along with your silly behaviour. 

Suddenly, you felt like he wasn't behind you. Looking behind, you saw no one. But you flinched feeling a hand on your shoulder. Your eyes widened seeing him so close to you, your face inches away from his. He smirked playfully seeing your flustered state.
"You're such a freak! Get off!" You spoke as he giggled saying, "no~ I want to enjoy too~~" He said.
"Hah. No!" You replied as he said, "Then push my swing. If you don't wanna ride with me." You gasped knowing you wouldn't be able to do that. He giggled saying, "Just enjoyy~~" before pushing the swing hard making it go very up.
"Aaaaaa!" You squealed before closing your eyes enjoying the ice cream as he chuckled. 

"You aren't scared of this but the roller coaster?" You asked making the smile on his face drop. 
"I am not scared... I am just-" He was talking but you walked away making him whine. 

It was already an hour, 9 pm now. You didn't even see your phone. Opening your phone, you saw missed calls from Hyunjin and Mina. Your eyes widened.
"Ah! My phone was on silent." You sighed before looking at Taehyung who was coming towards you.
"I have to go now." You spoke as he looked at you before nodding with a smile.
"Do you feel better?" He asked as you smiled nodding.
"Thank you. I feel much better." You thanked him as he chuckled.

"Come on lady~ What are friends for? Let me drop you." He said as you chuckled nodding. You both walked towards home as he dropped you off. 
"See you tomorrow." You bowed before waving at him as he did the same but in a sarcastic way teasing you before going back. You smiled. 
The entire day had been going weird and boring. At least one thing was fun. But what was he even doing in a park at night? 
"Weirdo." You said to yourself getting inside the house.

Taehyung's POV: 

After taking a shower, I dried my hair before sitting on the bed chuckling. I randomly went to the park near Y/N's house because I was constantly thinking about her but it was a great coincidence of her being there. 
"At least she felt better.." I said to myself smiling. What is she doing to me? 
"Do I like her..." My voice trailed off as I lied on the bed trying to shrug off those thoughts. 

Author's POV: 

"Ah.. time for bed~" You giggled before lying on the bed checking your phone. You sighed seeing missed calls from Hyunjin and Mina. You texted them both before looking at another notification from Instagram. 

'kth.95 liked your post.' 

You scrunched your brows before checking Instagram. Entering the account, you saw a familiar person. 
"Mr Kim? He followed me..?" You asked yourself before checking his account. 
"Wow... I didn't know. Oh wait- I don't follow him either." You said to yourself before sighing as you followed him back. 
"Not following him back would look rude too. Anyways... how does he even know my user?" You mumbled before sighing.

"I can never guess this man." You said to yourself before chuckling as you keep your phone on the desk. 
"I should return this to him soon. I keep forgetting." You said eyeing the bag which contained his coat. 
"I still can't believe I threw two of the coats away. Well, at least one is still existing." You coughed awkwardly going back to bed not wanting to get embarrassed anymore.
