Author's POV: 

It's been 3 days since that incident and Taehyung was waiting for the time to meet you all along. To get back his Gucci coats and to meet you. He had actually found you attractive, he didn't develop feelings for you but he was very interested in meeting you once again. You were the only girl who didn't fall all over him. Usually, girls would try to seduce him in different ways, some even would try touching him inappropriately and guys would end up being gay for him(no lie tho). But you were the only one who didn't fall for his charm like the others and instead misunderstood him, which attracted him.

"Y/N! Did you hear the news?" Mina asked as you looked at her confused. 
"Our company will be partnering with GoGo Play! I heard their CEO is damn hot!!" She squealed as you choked on your water.

"WHAT? THAT MAN-" You were shouting but Mina cut you off as you took a sharp breath before saying, "I swear! He carries around a laced handkerchief! And the first day we met.." You told her the entire story as her eyes widened.
"OMG GIRL! MARRY HIM!" She screamed catching the attention of others as you glared at her. 

"I already have a fiancee!" You said as her face went from the excited grin to an uninterested poker face. 

"Right. You are still going to marry that dry idiot." She said as you looked at her pouting as she mumbled a "Sorry sorry!" You both were talking and chattering when suddenly the CEO of your company came in saying, 

"Ms Y/N. Bring the documents to me by 5 since I'll be having a meeting with Mr Kim of GoGo Play." 

----Time skip

"Oh my god! I am 20 minutes late! Mr Lee will kill me!" You gulped before cursing your luck as you knocked on the door hearing a calm 'come in' from Mr Lee but you knew very well what that come in meant. 

Come into hell, of course!

"Mr Lee. The files." You said in a low tone handing it to him trying your best not to face Mr Kim. He looked at you weirdly before looking at Mr Lee. 

"Sorry for the delay Mr Kim." Mr Lee said glaring at you as you choked on your breath before trying to escape when Mr Lee called you. 
"Sit here Ms Y/N." He said as you shut your eyes accepting your fate. 

Of course, who would want to see someone after having such a weird mess with them? To you, he was a pervert who looked like an angel to others. You absolutely didn't like him and now, seeing him partnering with the company YOU are working in made you more anxious. 

You sat looking down hiding your face but Mr Lee definitely had other plans. 
"Mr Kim. This is my secretary." He said as you nodded bowing to him. 

"I am Eun Y/N." You said Taehyung eyed you suspiciously before nodding. 
"Kim Taehyung." He said extending his hands as you looked away.

"Ms Y/N." Mr Lee called you knowing your childish behaviour but little did he know it wasn't your childish behaviour but your desperation. 
You shook his hands making Taehyung chuckle. 

---Time skip

"So, about the business. We should-" Taehyung was talking but he stopped as he saw you moving your neck which was now hurting due to keeping it low for almost 20 minutes now. You thought he didn't notice you but he did. 

"You?" He asked as your eyes widened. 
You sighed accepting your useless fate as he grinned at you making you cough uncomfortably. 
"Do you both know each other?" Mr Lee asked as he nodded. 
"We are-" He was about to say something but you weren't going to take a risk and let him blabber so you cut him off. 

"We once met in a bus stand!" you said as he nodded confused.

The meeting was over now. The entire meeting he glanced at you at least a thousand times while you just tried to avoid him. 
"Hey! Miss!" Taehyung said as you looked at him wide-eyed.
"Well, last time.. you know.. you took my coats and now.. I need it back?" He asked as you awkwardly coughed. 

"The coats.." You were mumbling but shouted, "S-Stay away from me! Or I'll scream!"  looking at him stepping towards you.
"Trust me, I'm not a pervert! That handkerchief was my mom's.." He said as you eyed him suspiciously. 
"I don't know if I should believe you.." You said suspiciously as he sighed before saying, "Well.. trust me I am not. I mean, if I was.. how would I become such a famous CEO of a gaming company right?"
"You might have put an act in public! Plus, who knows? You might've even used the money to bribe the media!" You said making him sigh in desperation. No girl had ever accused him like that or shown that less interest in him. You gulped a little looking at him weirdly before saying, 

"And about your coat... I threw it away." 

Taehyung's POV:

"And about the coat.. I threw it away." She said making my eyes widen. Did she throw away my GUCCI coat?!
"Did you really throw away my favourite Gucci coat?!" My voice came out a little louder than expected. How would it not? SHE THREW AWAY MY FAV GUCCI COAT!
"Oh, it was Gucci? I didn't notice.." She said looking down innocently making me want to cry out of the miserable situation.

"It was so expensive!" I said as she rolled her eyes.
"Oh, Mister! How do you expect me to wear a coat given by a stranger that too when you act like a pervert! What if you added a hidden camera in it?!" She asked as I let out a sarcastic laugh. This woman...

"Okay! I was bearing with your suspicions but now that's too much! How can you say it like that?" I said as she looked at me weirdly.
"There's no way I can trust you. You even behave weirdly!" She said.
"Hah! Do you literally behave like that with everyone?" I asked as she scoffed before saying, "No! Do you think I am some Karen?" She asked angrily at me, a slight pout tugging on her lips while her eyebrows crushed together as I felt something uneasy inside of me but in a good way.

"No but.." I was talking but got interrupted by a voice,
"Y/N! I am here to pick you up." A man said coming in between as I eyed him weirdly while he glanced at me once before smiling at the woman in front of me.
"You didn't have to come here! I could've gone home by myself." She said tucking a strand of hair behind her ear looking down shyly.

Woah is this the same woman who was arguing with me a while ago?

They both were shyly chatting as I cringed at their behaviour. I fake coughed grabbing their attention.
"So.. what will you do about my coat? Not one but two!" I asked the woman as she sighed.
"Buy a new one." She said.
"Huh! Will you give me the money?" I asked sarcastically.
"How much is it?" She asked as I smirked.
"It's $738 dollars." I said as she choked on her breath. Knew it!

"How come is it so expensive?! I can buy myself a pet with it!" She said but then paused rethinking what she said.
"Anyways! I can't pay you back. I am sorry but who pays that much money for some clothing?!" She asked as I sighed.
"What's wrong?" The guy asked as she just smiled sweetly at him shaking her head.
"Then unblock my number." I told her as she looked at me confused.

"You blocked me... Unblock my number. Then I'll contact you on how you can compensate me." I said as she let out an airy breath before eyeing me. I just looked at her blankly making her sigh as she glanced at me one last time before taking out her phone.
"Why does he have your number?" That guy asked again making me sigh.
"Ahh.. For nothing. Just.. Forget it!" She said sweetly.

That sweet tone for him, and this harsh treatment for me? That too when she ruined MY $738 coats?!

Author's POV: ||At home

"Hah. What a day!" You said to yourself before plopping on the bed.
"That man sure is weird. What was his name again? Kim Tu- Kim Tae... Yes, Kim Taehyung!" You sighed before taking out your phone and texting Hyunjin.

"Ahh!!! He's so caring!!" You slapped your cheeks lightly while blushing before giggling. 

Suddenly your brows furrowed as you got a notification on your phone. It was a text back from Unknown Number.

"Is he a child or what?" You let out a sarcastic laugh before going towards your bed.
"Why did I even have to be so nice?" You rolled your eyes before turning off the lamp trying to sleep while thinking about Hyunjin.
