Author's POV:

"Ahh! This dress is so pretty- Woah. I can't believe he actually bought it. Where does he get so much of time?" You asked yourself before sighing.
"It looks weird if I don't wear this... ah- Him giving this to me is even weirder! AH! WHY DOES HE HAVE TO BE SO- nice to me...?" You groaned before starting to do your makeup. You did a light makeup matching with your dress and tied your hair elegantly.
"I look good... I guess?" You asked yourself staring into the mirror before chuckling as you got up wearing the dress.

"Mom~ I am done~~ How do I look?" You asked as your mom gasped.
"Omo! How many marriage proposals are you planning to get today? Wasn't Hyunjin enough?!" She asked as you whined.
"Mom!!!" She chuckled at your whining before saying, "You look so pretty! Have a good time!" You chuckled before leaving the house.

"Y/Nah!" Hyunjin waved at you as you smiled before walking towards him.
"You look good!" He said as you smiled at him saying, "Thank you!" You both got in the car as he spoke, "Let's go then."

Driving for some time, you both reached the company. You got down bidding him goodbye. You had asked him to join you but he had an important meeting so he left. You smiled walking in. The place was so different from usual companies.

It was not only decorated well, the space was made differently and beautifully too. You were a little surprised knowing the silly Kim Taehyung you knew had such a great choice. Well, his choice of dresses was good too.

"Y/Nah!" Mina spoke as you ran towards her hugging her.
"Woah! Is this really Y/N?! Or a goddess?!!" She spoke as you giggled saying, "Yah! Don't fool around! You're the actual goddess!" You spoke as you both burst into laughter. You both spotted Mr Lee as you both bowed at him.
"Woah, everyone's looking too good for my eyes." Mr Lee spoke as you chuckled.
"You're still a young man! Why do you act so old?!" Jimin spoke as he scoffed.

"What can I do? I am a CEO! Where do I have time to fool around though I am just 26." He spoke as you all chuckled. You all were chatting and joking around while meeting others. A while later, Mr Lee spoke, "I wonder where the owner of this giant-ass company is. I doubt he's sleeping."
You looked here and there realizing Taehyung wasn't there.

You looked down gulping a little. Looking towards the stage, you saw a familiar face walking. Your eyes slightly enlargened and your lips parted seeing the human in front of you.
"Hello. I am Kim Taehyung, the CEO of GoGo Play. And today, I welcome everyone in this party hosted on the special occasion of our recent successful collaboration with Lee Corp." He spoke as everyone clapped. The media was clicking pictures and shooting him. You couldn't believe he was the same person.
His way of talking, his aura, his appearance was all so changed.

Taehyung's outfit:

Taehyung called Mr Lee on the stage as they talked and gave their speeches. At last, everyone raised their glasses for the success of the companies. You were talking with Mina.
"Mr Kim looks so dashing today! Ah- I want to date him. He's such a husband material!" Mina spoke as you scoffed.
"Tch. You crush on people every day!" You spoke as she replied, "At least I am not forcing myself to like someone for over 10 years. It's okay to have a change of heart and mind." She spoke as you frowned a little before looking away awkwardly. What she said was kind of bothering you though you knew she doesn't even know what she says.

Taehyung who was speaking suddenly looked towards the crowd to see a familiar face. His body froze seeing you standing there talking to Mina. You were wearing the exact dress he gave you. Your hair was tied elegantly as you had light makeup which were enhancing your facial features. He stared at you in awe.
"Mr Kim?" His secretary called him as he looked at him coming back to trance.
"Oh yeah- and... I wish- the company will do great for a... long time." He finished earning claps. But his attention was only on a particular figure.

Y/N's dress:

You were chatting when you suddenly got a call. Excusing yourself, you picked it up. After talking for a while, you cut the call. You sighed looking outside. It was already 6 pm and it was also getting dark. The sky was also so pretty.
"It's pretty, isn't it?" Suddenly you heard a deep yet soft voice. Looking back you saw a familiar face.
"Mr Kim?" You spoke as he grinned coming near you.
"What are you doing on the balcony alone?" He asked as you replied, "Ah..I was just on a call." He nodded saying,

"You wore the dress, I see." He spoke as you nodded.
"It's pretty, thank you." You spoke scratching your neck making him giggle.
"Yeah, you should thank me!" He spoke as you made a 'tch' at him before saying, "You do have a great choice of likings." He smiled looking at you before saying, "I guess I do."

"What are you doing here though? Shouldn't you be with the others?" You asked as he replied, "Tch, how can I leave my friend alone in here?" You eyed him weirdly saying, "I am not a kid! Why would I need your company?" He chuckled before looking at you admire the sky.
He came a little closer to you smiling cheekily. You looked in his direction to see his face so close to yours. Your eyes widened and your breath hitched.
"Now that I see from closer, you look so much prettier. Just like an empress, leave the queens." He spoke as you backed away looking in the other direction. Letting you an airy breath you spoke,

"Woah, you're so cheesy! And.. y-you should maintain distance!" You spoke feeling flustered as he looked at you before asking, "Why~ Did it make your heart flutter~" He giggled as you spoke, "Of course not! It's annoying. Why do you keep forgetting I have a fiance?"
"Do you really like your fiance? Do you want to marry him?" He asked as you replied, "Of course! Who wouldn't want to marry a perfect man like him?!" You asked as he smiled sadly.
"Tch! I thought he was making you sad? Why marry him then?" He asked making a fake mocking face as you just looked at him before sighing.

"I will go then... See you at the party." You spoke walking out of the balcony as he smiled sadly speaking, "I don't think you'll see me like you see that 'perfect man'. Tch, she didn't even say I looked good. I did this hairstyle to impress her after all."
"Was that her indirect way of telling me to stop trying to steal her? Why did I have to fall for someone who likes someone else? This is your fault, Kim Taehyung." He spoke feeling his heart aching.
"I would've snatched her from that blonde-haired weasel if he was just her boyfriend. My bad luck!" Taehyung spoke before rolling his eyes as he looked at the sky.

---At night

After having dinner at the party, you all were currently heading back home now. It was already 8 pm and you were waiting for Hyunjin to pick you up but your eyes widened a little seeing his message.

'Y/Nah, I am so sorry but the clients are still here due to some additional problems. I cannot go pick you up. I am sorry, I sent a cab instead.'

You read the message sighing hard.
"What disgusting luck.." You sighed but flinched hearing a voice right beside your ears, "What's so disgusting?"
"Ah! Mr Kim! Stop now! You're going to kill me this way!" You whined as he chuckled saying, "Oops! Sorry! I should call you beforehand!" You scoffed.

"Reading the text, it looks like you got ditched." He spoke as you frowned.
"What? Ditched? Of course not! He is just busy." You spoke as he scoffed nodding.
"Sure, I see. He can't even leave a meeting for his fiancee. It's 8 pm! What a fiance he is! What a husband he will be! I see it!" He spoke as you glared at him.
"Tch, why would you say it like that?" You asked as he spoke, "Okay! Sorry. But how will you go now?"
"Cab." You replied as he shook his head.

"You trust cab drivers? What if they turn out to be evil?! You can't trust them! No, never." He spoke as you eyed him weirdly sighing.
"What are you even saying?" You asked as he spoke, "I will drive you back." Your eyes widened a little.
"Why would you-" He cut you off saying, "You'll never understand why. So keep quiet and come. I am definitely more trustworthy than those cab drivers!" You scoffed rejecting his offer but who listened? You ended up in his car at the end.

"At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if you said I rode this car more than your secretary." You spoke as he looked at you surprised.
"How do you know?" You gasped before scoffing hearing his remark.
"Why do you always force me to get in this car? At this point, you look like a creep." You spoke as he replied, "Nah, it's all safety, my lady." You scoffed mumbling, "Surely unbelievable."

He glanced at you while smiling a little.
'Since your fiance's giving me a chance himself, should I just steal you? Or should I not?' He thought staring at you who was busy looking outside. You looked at him confused as he smiled a little focusing back on driving.

---Time skip

"I should've known you'd bring me here instead of dropping me home like a gentleman." You spoke staring at the ice-cream parlour in front of you.
"Just one! Please." He spoke as you sighed walking inside. You both were having ice cream but of course, you were glaring at him continuously and telling him to be fast.
