He had been moved to the infirmary
And from what little information I had been told, he was in critical condition and his out look was grim. And the worst part, I wasn't allowed to see him, but I craved to be near him.
My chest throbbed and hummed with new built pain as I sat patiently by the door in the same spot i had been in since last week

only to snap open once more, it was dark now, the sheer white lights brighter in the gloom as my eyes honed in on the face in front of me

"what" i asked my voice horse as a water bottle was given to me, i looked to the face, Lilly concern littered her young features and i felt guilty, how dare i make her feel that way

i guzzled the who bottle and what my eyes met her face again it seemed to fill with relief, and it washed over me especially at the words that left her mouth next.

"shawns up, and he's been asking for you" she said softly and i drew in a sharp breath, accepting the hand she offered me ad she helped me to my feet

"how long" i asked practically breathless

"a few hours, but you wouldn't wake up so i let you sleep" she said meekly 

i pushed the door open and Ifroze at the sight

deathlypale with black bags he looked ten times worse then the day ithappened

tearsflooded my eyes as he offered me a weak smile

helifted his arms different tubed ran from his skin to bags full offluid

but Iignored those and walked forwards, that strange fire in my chestflickered to life several times before dying out and falling silent.

duckingbeneath tubes I slid into the small bed landing right into his side

buryingmy face in his neck and dragging in deep breaths through my noserubbing my body all over him

like adog who hadn't seen it's master in a long time

untilthe pack doctor came in

"mayI speak with you alpha... alone" worry bit at my insides as Islowly, and hesitantly slipped away from his arms he whined quietlyand I paused looking back to him

"sorry"he mumbled and I smiled, pressing a kiss to his forehead beforeturning to the pack doctor
