Chapter 60 : The Final Chapter

*** Flashback Continues ***

Randhir still in the effect of alcohol stumbled towards Sanyukta's room. Sanyukta who was still standing beside the window gazing at the moon startled with the sudden bang on her door. She opened the door only to witness with blood shot red eyes and the zig zag steps that he took forward were a clear indication that the alcohol was very high in his system and has took oved his senses.

Sanyukta : Randhir... wha....

Before could say any other word Randhir  stumbled forward and took Sanyukta in a tight hug. Randhir was sobbing in her arms.

Randhir : Why?? Why do you this to me... why do you leave me everytime i want you to be with me more. Last time also you did the same at the trip and even this time you did it... i... i thought of confessing my feelings to you again but before i.. i could say a word... i hear the announcement of.. of.. of you leaving me again.. alone. Am i that bad Sanyukta to be with that you do this to me every single time with me. That every time... every time i think of our future together you shatter that.. that thought in a blink... tell me Sanyukta am i that bad??

Sanyukta (sobbing) : Rann.. Randhir... you are not at all bad. The problem is with me.. and i.. i really am not good for you. Cause i make you cry so much.

Randhir pushed her behind.

Randhir (shouting) : No.. you are lying. Because its me who is left behind everytime so the problem is with me. Tell me... tell me please.. i would be good for you. Please...

Saying this Randhir hugged her again.

Randhir : Don't leave me.. i wont be able to live... (mumbling this Randhir slept in her arms.)

Sanyukta: Randhir... Randhir...

Realising that Randhir has slept Sanyukta laid him properly and started looking at his face and stroking his hair.

Sanyukta (sobbing) : I know you can't hate me no matter what you say. I wish i could tell you what is the truth... but i know you won't believe me a bit. But tonight having you in my embrace is all that i want is enough for me for all the time ahead of my life. I wish and i hope you get the best girl for yourself who doesn't leave you everytime like i do. I wish had some powers to.. to stop this night here only so that i could just keep on admiring you. This night is best for me with you in my arms and i would cherish lifetime.

That night Sanyukta stayed awake all night and admired him but left the place early morning also rescheduled the flight to the current day itself and left the country saying that the company has asked her to join a day early. That was the last when she had seen everyone last. Him last until the day she collided with him in the café.

*** Present In Randhir's POV ***

That's how we fall apart again. I didn't even remember the next morning what i said to Sanyukta after stumbling all the way to her room. Just got to know that she took an early flight to Australia. Parth used to try an hit a conversation to know what happened between us that night but my lack of response made him give up soon. Well what could i even tell him when i myself  remembered only half of the stuff. She left that day but her memories never stopped to haunt me. I could see and feel her everywhere. She had gone so deep in my system that it was too difficult to even breathe without her. The reason i made a girlfriend again just to get her out but the worst part i wouldn't even let the poor girl near me. In those one and a half year of relationship we were sharing i didn't let her even kiss me and i am not even talking about a lip kiss. She wasn't even allowed to give me a cheek kiss. It was like a taboo for me to even let her wander near me. And then when i got the opportunity to come to Australia from the office... i accepted it in a blink so that i could forget this one girl standing in front of me. But the irony fate again brought me to her and well she was the first one i bump into on this alien land and well i would have never thought about this. Forget that living with her in the same house is like out of the world. But look here at the Chasing Fates of ours... Standing face to face and soon going to live together.

Yes! You read it right. This story ends here... but well this aint exactly an end cause come on we didn't see there happy ending and as i believe everyone will sooner or later have there own happy endings (at least in books) so even their's is awaiting in the next book. Yeah.. so the book has a sequel to it or whatever you would like to call it and it's prologue is already updated so go and add that book to your library or reading list whatever you prefer to know what will happen next in their lifes.😉
