Chapter 37 : What??

Two days passed by in a swift with a whole lot of practice both at college and Sanyukta's home. These two days the only routine of the group was

"Practice - Work - Practice"

Though they were tired of all this but they really wanted it to be perfect and especially when Vardhan sir had given the deadline to them of mere 2 days to show the performance. Everything was going well and improving but the distance that Sanyukta and Randhir during the dance was bugging the other group members. Though they had been told a thousand times but that wasn't reducing. Also the difference between them wasn't reducing as they chose the method of not talking and ignoring each other.

Soon the day came when they had to perform in front of Vardhan Sir. They all started the performance with all grace and efficiency and do the best they can.

Vardhan : Interesting... very interesting. The music was all good.

All : Thank you sir!

Vd : So Sanyukta and Randhir what's the problem??

Sanyukta : Uh... no..nothing sir.

Vd : Randhir???

Randhir : No problem sir!

Vd : Then why the hell it seems that you two are dancing with a kilometres distance between each other and there is no eye contact! Is this what you call a couple dance?? Tell me!!

None spoke.

Vd (sighs) : What's the problem tell me??

Again he got no answer.

Vd : Answer me damn it!! Do you guys even talk to each other??

Kritika : No they don't sir.

Kritika received a glare from Sanyukta for saying that.

Vd : May I know the reason for this Sanyukta and Randhir??

R : We are not comfortable with each other and basically we don't like each other.

Vd : Interesting... very interesting!! So now I have only one solution to it.. well you can consider it as a punishment also. You both are going to be handcuffed for today.

S & R : What??

Vd : Yes! And if you still didn't understand your lesson then may be I have to take some other actions.

S : No no no no no.... we will dance properly and also make a proper eye contact... Right Randhir?? Let's show it to sir.

R : Yes right.

Saying that Randhir held Sanyukta's hand and put the other on her waist and pulled her hell close and started dancing with her. Though they were feeling vibes going through their bodies which they did whenever they were this close but they choose to ignore it and started the steps.

Vd : Well this is perfect but still you both are going to be handcuffed.

S : Sir but why??

Vd : Well this is just not for this dance but also for the other competition that our team is going to go on which would be on larger grounds and if my two best members are like this what would I expect from the whole team. You tell me!??

R : But I have office today! I have to go to work.

S : He is right even I can't afford a leave.

Vd : Oh the work! Sanyukta you work at Harshwal Ltd. And Randhir you work at Jha Ltd. Am I right??

Both nod.

Vd : I know both the CEO'S I will talk to them don't worry and I have to even invite them for the programme as chief guests so you both don't need to worry. And yeah... take these invitations give it to them and make sure they come. Now I hope all the problems are solved??

Sanyukta and Randhir just gave blank stares to him while the others were astonished with what their professor is going to do.

Vd : Now give me your hand.

S : Sir please.

Vd : No please.. (takes their hand and handcuffs it) now you guys are pretty stuck up with each other so behave properly.

Saying this Vardhan walks out of the class.
