Chapter 35 : New Admission

*** Flashback Continues ***

A month passed by after the prom but neither Sanyukta nor Randhir tried to contact each other though they wanted to but both didn't knew how to start the conversation also both were busy with the final exams of the current semester so didn't want to loose focus. Every time they would miss each other they would just flip through each other's image. Randhir by now had come to peace with the fact that he feels some kind of attraction towards her which he has felt with no one but her. Whereas Sanyukta already knew she likes him a lot but also thought that they both have no chance.

Soon after the exams the college desks were opened for new admissions. Only few people had taken admission as it was the final year. One of the student who has joined was Randhir that was because of hearing lot of pleadings of Parth who has wanted him to join there from the start and now was bugging him all the more and also because he wanted to know Sanyukta more but he wasn't going to accept that fact to anyone. His joining was a surprise to everyone except Parth who was grinning looking at the door making Vidushi irritated as she thought he was ogling at other girls.

Vidushi : Stop gawking at girls.

Parth : What!? I am waiting for someone!

V (teary eyes) : Stop lying... I know I ain't that beautiful anymore but that doesn't mean you look at girls in front of me!!

P : Where is this coming from?? Don't tell me you have watched some bollywood movie or did you start watching daily soaps again???

V : Don't change the topic Parth.

P : I didn't do anything... I said I am waiting for someone.

V : Whom are you waiting for when we both are here ha?? Tell me come on... say.. now why words are not coming out of your mouth tell me!!

P : Uhh.. I can't tell but I ain't gawking at girls... I love you baby.

V : Sanyu tell him that his these words are not going to work on me!!!

Sanyukta : Tell her Parth.. because if she starts crying she will take whole college on her head. Whom are you waiting for??

Then suddenly whispered in a husky voice near Sanyukta's ears "Me" and a shiver ran down through her spine and Parth beamed seeing his best friend whereas Vidushi's mouth formed an 'o'.

P : Finally you are here Randhir... Thank God you came otherwise either I would have had a breakup or your surprise would have been ruined.

V : What are you doing here???

R : Joining you all and your college!

V : In the final year??

R : Yup.. Because my best friend wanted me here and my mom became the trustee of this college recently and she wanted me here. So I am here.

V : Okay.. So lets go to class then. And I am sorry Parth but the fault is yours you should have told me about the surprise!

P : Baby... It was a surprise and surprises are not to be told??

V (grinning) : Then also you should have told me it's all your fault. Come now let's go to class.

P (sighs) : Fine. Let's go.

Sanyukta who was still looking at everything dumbfounded came out of her trance when Vidushi nudged her to go and they started walking towards the class!

R : So happy to see me??

S : Yeah! (Smiles)

R (grinned) : Good.. Now we can be friends like before again.
