Chapter 28 : DATE!!

*** Flashback Continues In Sanyukta's POV ***

Vidushi went on the podium to address the crowd.

Vidushi : Hello guys!! I hope you all are enjoying over here.

All hooted and said a yes.

Vidushi : As there are a lot of couples around but there are also single people here so I was thinking why not I play the cupid here and hook them up with the others and give them a date and if they are lucky enough they might find there true love of the lives here and also a happy ever after... what say guys???

All the people cheered and voiced out a yes.

And I was totally stunned hearing this. Vidushi can't be serious she can't just randomly tag me with some guy here. No this can't be. I just wanted this to be a dream and pinched myself but noooo this was reality!! What if I have to go with some random crazy guy all through this night... and hear those mushy one liners which I hate to death... no this can't be.. but I can't have my name in there I am one of the organisers so I have some responsibility and I can't be just coupled up randomly with someone yeah.. right.. she can't do this to me...

My thoughts were interrupted with Vidushi's voice..

V : So here we have made the list and these are the way we want the couples to be.. these were selected randomly. Of course!! So as soon as we call out your names do come on stage.

The names started to be called out and I was optimistic enough that my name can't be there.

All the people were going on stage and were blushing looking at their partners. I smiled looking at them but my short lived when...

Giving her a death glare and muttering some curses I went to the stage and the next name totally stopped my heart

And there he came walking in his own glory and whole lot of attitude and stood beside me ignoring me well to his luck I did the same.

After her stupid idiotic list was over leaving Randhir I went towards Vidushi.

S : What the hell were you doing there and out of all the organisers why only my name was there in that stupid list of yours??

V : Well... I was saying there couples names and only your name was there because all the organisers before coming had found themselves a partner except you.

S : But why him?? You know we don't even talk he ignores me like hell and you know how much I hate that!!

V (sighs) : Did you actually want me to hand my precious friend to some creep without knowing how is he?? Come on I can't do such a sin and I know you guys don't talk but I also know that you want some of your answers from him so tonight is your day go get them. Clear the misunderstandings it would be good for both of you. I actually want you both to be together. I ship you both even when you ain't together. S : Okay. Fine.

V : And look he is too hot. Look at his hotness girl the way he makes the girls drool and you have him all by yourself today. Be happy now. And I know your devil's must be dancing by now inside you looking at that hot mess.

S : Haha... very funny.
