Chapter 26 : Prom Night - 1

*** Flashback Continues In Sanyukta's POV ***

How does it feel to walk all alone in the crowd of people and ask them if they are okay or not or they need something and arranging things so that everyone enjoys on your special day... your birthday... well that was what I was feeling now. All around me all I could see were couples laughing, kissing and what not. And all I was feeling was jealousy from all of them.

The last few days had all gone in the preparations for the prom and I had to manage basically the couples to the best and have some games for them and Vidushi was given the responsibility of stags which she took happily and her enthusiasm made me doubt her intentions but then I removed that thought off my mind but now I just hope she doesn't create some blunder for me or any problems with her not so smart techniques.

At the end of the programme Miss Prom & Mr. Prom would be chosen which I hope goes to Vidushi and Parth as she has always wanted that.

Lost in these thoughts I was walking around when I bumped into someone. When I looked a guy of my age was gawking at me. I felt uncomfortable at his gaze and chipped a quick sorry to him and walked away. At that time I didn't know the drastic future he was going to bring for me.

I walked towards the entrance where I saw Vidushi waiting anxiously looking out of the door.

Sanyukta : Hello lover girl.. whom are you waiting for??

Vidushi : As if you don't know!!

S : Ok.. Don't get annoyed.. where is Parth.. Why is he late??

V : He went to take someone.

S : Ohh.. forget him for now... enjoy with me now.. its my birthday today and after he comes you will forget me only. Comeee...

I dragged her to the hall and brought ourselves a drink.

V : By the way.. it's not me.. it's you who is soon going to forget me.

S : What do you mean??

V : Look back!

I turned around and froze on the spot looking at...
