Lucy's P.O.V

I looked at the tall man with long black hair and blue eyes. He took off his glasses and looked at me. "I honestly think that those two books would be better to leave for the students next year. What do you think?" I nodded. 

"Most likely" Minori Hada, president of the writers club and a man who many girls wanted but he didn't pay attention to them. I idolize him. I sat the two books on the shelve. 

"Lucy-san?"

"Yes, Minori-san?"

"Are you free this weekend?" I looked at him. "Considering the fact that we need to add a few things to the club I was thinking that maybe we could go shopping for them. I am not good with decorating as you know." I sweatdropped as a flashback of how the club used to look like popped up in my head. 

"That sounds fine." 

"It's a date then right?" My eyes widened and a blush flashed across our cheeks as we heard the person. I looked at the door to see Yuka. 

"Yuka-chan" I looked at Minori. "Excuse us" I walked into the hallway and closed the door behind us. "Yuka-chan what was that?" She pouted.

"You haven't been hanging out with us lately I was wondering if you started dating someone new." I blushed even harder. She smirked at me. "Oh am I right?"

"Minori and I are just club members?"

"Club members? I am surprised, by the way, it looks, it appears like you're dating." 

"Nope" Her smirk dropped.

"Not even a little bit?" I shook my head. "You don't even like him?" I shook my head. "Gee, first Lyon, and now him, what's next, you never liked Kou?" She paused. "Wait Lucy-chan I'm sorry I-" 

"No it's fine, it's nothing to worry about." I walked into the club room with her following me. 

"I'm just worried you know. For a while now you seem like you two haven't spoken to each other. Considering how everything used to be I was wondering if something happened." 

"Nothing happened at all. I'm okay, believe me." She shook her head. 

"Lucy-chan, I am always here for you, you know." I nodded and took a sip of tea. "Also if you keep denying your feelings I'm just gonna have to marry you." I choked. She looked at Minori. "Minori Hada, be aware that she might be mine someday." She walked out of the room. 

Kou's P.O.V

"Did you hear? Lucy Heartfilia and Minori Hada were seen on another date in that cafe you like so much." Another rumor, I always heard these. Yet this one though caught my attention. She is in the writers club with him. If those two actually started dating it wouldn't be a surprise. 

"No wonder, I confessed to him last week and he told me he had someone he liked." So that rumor might have been correct. 

"You have been at this school this long and still choose to believe those rumors." I turned around to see Kimi. 

"Is it true?"

"Why should I tell you?" Kimi was hostile. Why is that? 

"You are her friend aren't you?"

"I am but aren't you as well?" I didn't say anything. "That's all I needed to hear." 

"Kimi-chan-"

"Lucy-chan liked you a lot. Whatever happened between you two, I don't know but it really hurt her. Do you even know the torment she used to go through just because she was close to you?"

"Torment?"

"You forgot about your little fan group. Don't you remember that the moment you started to come around her more was when she suffered from their antics? When Yuka and I met her she was soaked from a bucket of water they dropped on her and crying her eyes out in the stairwell." 

"Lucy was crying?"

"Of course she was but she stuck it out just to be around you. " I didn't know what to say. "Lucy-chan is trying to start a new life and yet you are putting your nose in it? You are asking if me if she is dating Minori-san as if you couldn't ask her yourself? If you really care then why don't you go and ask her yourself?"

"I am pretty sure she hates me now. If I were to ask her I don't think I will get a response."

"By the way your friendship seems, it's like it was over because you chose to deny your feelings instead of going with them. Take that as a word of advice." She walked away from me.
