I've been in California now for two weeks and my job is going really well it's helping me pay for my bills and everything. My mom bought me this house to make up for the time we lost when I was a kid.

"I'm so scared!" My client said.

"Don't be scared you'll only freak yourself out more." I tried calming her down.

"Just give me one more minute!" She demanded.

"Alright let's do this!" She requested.

"Okay." I said getting my tattoo gun ready.

I slowly broke the skin on her finger then calmly stroked her finger in the form of a tiny heart.

"There you go all finished!" I said after wiping the blood away from her finger.

"Omfg I love it so much!" She screamed.

"Good." I said.

She paid for her tattoo and the proper cleanser for it.

"Thank you, and hey if you ever want another one please come by!" I said handing her my card.

"Okay I will Chase." She turned and left the shop.

"Ami!" I called for my boss.

"Yeah beautiful?" He asked from the next room.

"Do you think I could maybe take on some extra shifts or maybe add some more clients?" I asked him, while siting down at his desk.

"Well there is a private client coming in tomorrow, if you want to take that for me, he pays well, I've tattooed about 12 of his." Ami answered.

"Sounds perfect thank you so much!" I was excited.

"You're welcome, have you got an lunch yet?" He asked only because he was hungry and ready to eat.

"Not yet but I can call some place for you." I offered.

"Yeah that would be lovely thank you!"

"I'll get right on that!"

Ami is one of the best bosses in the world he calls me beautiful because I am what he wants his daughter to turn into. Ami has been married now for seven years and he has a six year old daughter and a four year old son.

I've been a big fan of Ami for a long time and when I interviewed for him he was very excited for me to start working with him.

After my shift that day I kissed Ami on the cheek and said my goodbyes, I walked home.

I live in an apartment in Sacramento and right up the road is Ami's shop. I love working for him.

The walk home is very peaceful after a stressful day. Sometimes the shop gives me big headaches and sometimes it's slow but I wouldn't trade it to go back to Michigan ever!

I opened my door and sat down on my couch instantly. I pulled up YouTube and started listening to a bunch of songs. I got up from the couch and went to my fridge to get a drink.

"I'm so ready to find someone." I thought to myself.

I'm sick of coming home to my house alone. My dad was the closest person I had in my life. My mother wasn't around much, so my father took over as everything in my life. I'm now 18 and haven't dated anyone.

I laid down in bed and fell asleep after scrolling through Facebook for a while.

When I woke up I walked out to my kitchen and started my coffee. I guess the good thing about having an absent mother during childhood, is the guilt they feel when they finally come back into your life and pay for everything.

My mother is a very successful lawyer but a very lousy mother. After I grabbed my coffee I sat down in the living room and turned on the TV. Celebrities seem to always be on tv here.

I finally find the MTV channel and watch my daily morning show, Saved by the Bell.

This show is so old but I will never not love watching it every morning and some mornings it's boy meets world instead and that show is great too.
