2 months later

Cherry's pov:

It'd been almost 2 months since we started dating and as much as I was happy, I was very scared. Because everything was going well, eventually too well! And I didn't like this. I didn't like where this was going. I knew if it's bothering me that much, I should probably just break up with her. But no, I couldn't bring myself to. I tried to but I loved her way too much.

The next day was the weekend. Lily was supposed to come over that day once she's back from class, Just like our first week of dating. I had a bad feeling about this so I was planning to pick her up myself.

It's almost 4. She had extra classes so her classes would end at 4 pm.

I took my car keys, locked the door, got into my car and drove to the university. The class still hadn't ended so I stood there in a corner and saw Jenny also waiting for Lily.

"You can go na. She told me she would stay over tonight at mine so I came to pick her up instead!" I gave a sassy smile to Jenny and then smirked.

"Phi, you don't have to be jealous. She's not the only one I am here for!''
I gave the 'say what' look to her and then ignored the topic as I heard the bell ring.

Lily came walking while talking to a girl. When she turned and saw me, she was so happy that she came running and hugged me. When she was busy hugging and kissing my cheek, I turned to my side and saw Jenny picking who up? Dellllll.

Del, you better have a good damn reason for hiding this from me!

"Why are you here, phi?" Lily asked while still giggling like a baby and kissing my neck.

"Why? can't I come pick my girlfriend up?" I smiled.

"Of course, you can!" She said and continued kissing all over my face and neck again.

While stopping her, I heard Del in the background shouting, "Eww, get a room!'' this bitch! She's having fun on her own, not telling me and now banning me from being affectionate with my baby?

On the way back to my house, we stopped at a movie theater and watched a movie since Lily told me she wanted to watch the movie in the cinema this time. We had a lot of fun, slowly driving back to my house, we bought some snacks and even went to a park nearby where Lily kept playing around with little kids as if she was back to being 5 again.

We came back exhausted and laid on the bed laughing and giggling together although we both were tired but the tension between us was too much to bear.

We shared some intense stares on the bed and made a move when Lily leaned in. I met her halfway and our lips crashed together. It'd been 2 months and we had been holding back, now the intensity was coming back. We're moving in sync with each other's head and neck with the kiss.

The kiss got more intense once we fully let go and our tongues met. We were both hungry for each other.

I placed my hand on Lily's shoulder and pushed her onto the bed. My other hand traced her gorgeous hourglass body with its fingers. Then I got on top of her. I kissed her again and slowly started undressing her, not letting go of the kiss at all.

Lily's pov:

Things were getting hot in there. Phi Cherry's gorgeous body was on top of me kissing all over my body. It's literally like a dream.

While Phi Cherry was busy undressing the tight dress I was wearing, I whispered in her ear, "Phi, take yours off too!" Phi Cherry stopped, looked at me, smirked and started unbuttoning her oversized shirt after she's done with mine. Then...

She unbuttoned her t-shirt and while unbuttoning it her hand got hit by the corner of the bed.

"Phi!!" I was still lying on the bed trying to catch my breath but I got up to check.

"I-I am fine!" She said,
And then she went back to kissing me, but once our lips detached from the kiss, I saw blood dripping from her nose and just when I was trying to point it out, she collapsed on top of me.

I started panicking not knowing what to do so I got up from below her body and placed her on the bed, but then I noticed some weird bruises on both her shoulders. So I took off her t-shirt and I was not ready for what I was about to see.

There were bruises all around her hands and back that were definitely hit planned since all of those bruises were in places people didn't go showing around.

I started panicking even more so I called Phi Del. I told her everything and she told me to call a doctor and that she's on her way.

Del's pov:

I was having some fun with Jenny when Lily called me.

"Who is calling at this moment?"

"Phi!!!" Lily was crying.

"Lily? What happened? Why are you crying?" I asked, still tired.

"Phi- Phi Cherry- Phi Cherry fainted!" Lily said sobbing.

"Get her on the bed, give her some water!" I said quickly

"She's not getting up! there are bruises all over her body, phi! I don't know what to do!" Lily's crying got even louder.

"Bruises?" My eyes got wide.

"Quickly! Call a doctor! I am coming there ASAP."

I cut the call.

"What happened, phi?" Jenny asked.

"Jen, quickly, wear your dress, we need to hurry! Cherry collapsed!" I said to Jenny who was half naked the same as me.

"Huh?"

"Yes, hurry!"

We arrived at Cherry's house. I could hear Lily crying from outside the house. Jenny And I rushed through the door and saw Lily crying holding Cherry's hand while Cherry was lying on the bed, unconscious.

"Did you call the doctor?"

"The doctor can't come! We need to take her to the hospital."
I looked at Jenny and raised my eyebrow.

"Do I look like I can carry her?" Jenny asked me sarcastically.

"I- I've called the ambulance!" Lily's still sobbing. Poor Lily! I felt bad for her!

We heard the ambulance outside. The ambulance had arrived!

A Few Hours Later

Lily's pov:

'Phi! What happened?! Why do you never tell me anything? Do you still not trust me? Why didn't you ever tell me about this happening to you? Who did this to you? Why did they do this to you? What have you done to them? What right did they have to hurt you this badly?'

I was still crying, while all of these questions were wandering in my head! Rubbing her hand with my hand, and even kissing her forehead.

Her hand was still on my hand, when I felt her finger moving on mine. My eyes widened and I looked at her with anticipation.

She slowly opened her eyes and looked at me, "Lily, why are you crying? I am fine!" I looked at her, tears still drowning my face when I took her hand and wiped my tears with her hand and then kissed her hand.

Then I slightly hit her on her leg and asked, "Do you have any idea how worried I was?"

"Why were you worried? I am totally fine!" She's so calm as if she didn't just collapse onto my arms.

"So, what happened?" I asked calmly.

"What 'what happened'?” She's ignoring the topic again.

"I saw the bruises on your back and hands. How did you get those?"

"I... I fell down the stairs.'' no, you didn’t. Please... Just tell me the truth.

"Don't lie to me, phi! I know those aren't bruises from falling down the stairs." My voice was very serious.

"I am not lying! That's the truth!''

"No, it's not! Who did you dream about that night?" My voice got a bit loud and more tears started forming around my eyes.

"..."

I put her hand down, back on the bed. "Phi!!! Tell me!! Why are you hiding this from me? Who hurt you?" This time, I yelled.

Still got no answer. The more she stayed silent, my crying increased.

She started crying seeing me cry as well.

I wiped my tears, "So... you're not gonna tell me, are you?"

"Lily..."

"What, phi?" I said and started sobbing again.

"Okay, I'll tell you! But first, calm down, alright?"

"Kha! (yes, okay)" we both stopped crying and wiped each other's tears.

Phi Cherry grabbed my hands, rubbed them and started saying,
"So... those bruises were done by my... dad." the minute she said that, my whole world felt like falling apart. I always saw Phi Cherry's dad as a very respective individual as he was a single dad raising Phi Cherry alone. But the respect I had for him went away by just one sentence from Phi Cherry about who he actually was.
