Backstory: Nora always had a passion for art, especially painting, so when she stumbled upon a canister of mutagen and mistook it for paint, of course she grabbed it and brought it home. Bringing it up to her room, she tried to use it on her canvas, and was confused and a bit frustrated at the strange texture. She attempted to wipe it away, but ended up mutating in the process. The turtles were tracking down mutagen at the time, and ended up finding her apartment. Seeing a half empty mutagen canister next to a glob of paint on the floor, they approached cautiously, only to see the paint began moving. After meeting the turtles, it took Nora a while to be able to move around. She was able to give herself a somewhat humanoid form before eventually making a form near identical to her human body. She still hangs out with the turtles and she's currently training to take on more forms. Her mothers were out of town when everything happened, so they don't know Nora is no longer human.

Personality: Nora is a bubbly and easily excitable young girl. She's giggly and it's no difficult task to get her to laugh. Although she is definitely stubborn, she isn't rude. Well, she tries not to be rude, at least. She's outgoing and adores being surrounded by her friends. It might be a bit obvious given her background, but she's very creative, especially adoring abstract shapes and bright colors. She's never been one to think too critically and hardly ever stresses out, much rather going with the flow of things.

Abilities: She can shapeshift and change colors. Most of the time, she stays in her human form or her blob form. Her human form because it makes her feel, well, human, and it's the easiest way of transportation and getting jobs done. Her blob form because it takes no effort to maintain. This one is the one she uses mostly for relaxation.

Weapon(s): She is able to transform her arms into blades in her human form.

Strengths: She has the ability to transform into anything and can change color at will. She can transform into other humans as well, giving her the opportunity to blend in with crowds. Piercing and blunt weapons have no effect on her since, well, she's paint. She is able to control any drop of paint from her body, even if it isn't attached to her. This gives her quite a few good chances to spy on enemies.

Weaknesses: She hasn't fully gotten used to transforming into anything that isn't a human or a blob. She is still affected by heat, so she must be careful as to not let her paint dry up. The cold is equally as bad, since there's a chance she could be frozen solid. Her body also has a limited amount of paint.
