Dabi is stoic, detached and rarely shows his emotions. He constantly insults his allies and enemies. He was reluctant to introduce himself and when Tomura asked him to reveal his real name he did not.

He greatly admires Stain and his philosophy, in fact he intends to continue the work that the assassin failed to complete.
