Omaha was born with an intelligence to rival his cousin Kyoto (what she had procured after perhaps a week of living). His father is Warsz.java, which London is still studying the effects of, and his mother is Isuzu. He is very sweet with his loved ones. His rings can glow far brighter than most Umbreons, enough to "turn night to day." However, all of his skin glows to some extent, but the fur blocks most of it, except for his also glowing rings of fur.
