Keaton is Dawson's elder brother. He also joined the covert section of the military of the Empire of the Great Lakes, however his missions take place in enemy nations, primarily Greece and Turkey, in the Aegean Sea. During training and indoctrination not dissimilar to that of Jason Bourne, he became highly nationalist, and has begun to enjoy torturing enemies to death to extract information from them. However, this has all but ruined whatever "humanity" (or the equivalent for a non-human) was left in him, leaving him in a depressed state whenever he has down time.

He was born in Dawsonville, Georgia Province, North American District of the Empire of the Great Lakes.
