Powers: Glass manipulation (vitrikinesis) : She can reassemble the glass of a broken mirror, break the mirror or glass with her powers, shoot the glass/mirror shards through the air, levitate the glass/mirror shards, or manipulate how the mirror reflects things by bending it

Weaknesses: She can't move a large mirror or panel of glass as a whole, it must be in shards

She can't bend the entire mirror/glass panel all at once, only portions of it at a time. If she bends too much, she never knows what the side effect could be. It could be a fever or a headache or even her fingertips turning to glass or a mirror for a while, with the effects spreading or combining the more she uses her powers after that

She can't bend molten glass

It's a wildcard. Headaches, fevers, itchy rashes, temporary glass fingertips, blurriness, dizziness, sore throats, and there're probably more that haven't popped up. Depends on the amount she changes and its composition and thickness, but so far, it seems pretty random.
