Powers/abilities:
   •Shape-shifting- Has the ability to change into male or female appearance that he has created for himself to learn off of other beings. He can also change his body to be constructed of pure water, which he does more often then transforming into his personas.
    •Ice control- He can conjure ice out of thin air, freezing things in an instant. He can also freeze his own body, which creates no need for a physical weapon.

Personailty:
He's an odd ball but friendly nonetheless, he's not particularly shy but not one to start a conversation. Most cultures above land are just bizarre to him, he spent his years in an ancient clan of Nix that were set in their ways and isolated from the rest of the world. What set his path to land? Well, he started to questions their way of life and that curiosity got him exiled as others started to rethink their life as well.
