   He can control any body of fresh water and purify/clean any type. He does this mainly to provide fresh drinking water to his people, makes it a whole lot easier when the wells start to run dry.

Personality:
   Brave but tactical, the two traits tend to be horriblly conflicting, one leads him to act fast in a dire situation but the other makes him cautious and less likely to act so hastily. The horrible part is that he can never seem to combine them, only choose one over the other.
   He tries to be reserved, not wanting to allow his emotions reflect on his decisions but every so often he just can't help it especially when it comes to his family.
   He does have a temper, one that rarely shows its head but it's still there nonetheless and it's difficult to not lash out some days. He begs for his family's patience but not in front of his people, they only get the strong and enduring side of him.

Weapon:
   His magic, makes a wonderful whip and other creative attack methods.

Other: He prefers not to drink and will hardly do it since his "weaker" side shows once he starts.
