Personality:
Sometimes batshit crazy. Because of her entire life so far she has been deprived of love, so she takes it very very seriously when you don't believe her when she says she has love for you. She'd even cut off a pinkie and gift it to you to prove herself. When she's not crazy and trying her best to get anyone she feels love for to love her back she's actually genuinely sweet and loves to cuddle.

She was found out in the street mangled after having been hit with a Trash truck as the driver had to look down at the GPS as she ran to save a cat in the road. The reason why she has a red eye is because of the fact the original was far too damaged for sight so they gave her a corpses eye

Quirk:
She has the ability to see and talk with spirits as well as giving them a physical form mainly through plushies but her favorite is a fox Runa. Sometimes Kasumi will allow Runa to combine with her making Kasumi more powerful as well as the ability to control spirit flames she would also have three tails and large fennec fox ears when sharing her body with Runa

Kasumi means mist, which is really fitting for her because Kasumi usually has a light fog around her at all times and when she's sad angry or really happy the fog grows thicker and expands in size.

Drawback:
If she tries to keep to many spirits in physical forms at once the fog about her will dissipate and she'll start coughing up blood because her body will start trying to rip itself apart
