Backstory:
In middle school Ito confessed for the first time to an upper classmen. He told her he felt the same and on the night of Japanese New Years he took her to a private spot on a cliff above an ocean to view the fireworks before he suddenly ripped her clothes off and let all of his friends take turns raping her.
Her quirk finally manifested at the last moment with the last guy where chains formed all around them all tightly squeezing each man to the point the chains cut through their bodies
