Please answer all of the required questions in the form. If you are dissatisfied with any of the images, just tell me and I will recreate it.

NUMBER TWO

If you want your image to be posted as a chapter, you have to tell me. Otherwise, it will be sent by email.

NUMBER THREE

BE NICE WITH YOUR REQUESTS. This may not be the hardest thing to do, but I'd prefer you to not be rude or bossy towards me. YOU DON'T OWN ME AND IF YOU ARE REQUESTING SOMETHING OF ME, YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE RUDE OR MEAN.

NUMBER THREE

There will be 'payment.' Don't leave yet, it's not money. It will not be something hard or something you have to have paid for. It will be something simple like a follow or vote for this story, e.t.c. If you retract your payment after you have received the image, I will report whatever you use it in for stealing my work and complain in the comments. Trust me; I can be very annoying.

NUMBER FOUR

Please be aware that there will be a font section and image crop sections. I will be cropping the images in shapes and you can decide which shape you would like.

NUMBER FIVE

Please try not to request more than 10 in a day.

NUMBER SIX

PUT IN CREDIT. If you do not input credit, I will say that you have stolen my work. I don't care if the watermark is there, you should still input the needed credit. AND DO NOT, FOR ANY MEANS, GET RID OF THE WATERMARK! If you are using it as a profile picture, it will not be inputted either way. If that is the case, put the credit in your bio. The credit should be something like:
