Huang Shaotian, the male who introduced you to Glory, the king of trash-talking and the king of swords. He was your best friend since you two were little. You both joined Club Blue Rain at the same time, but Huang Shaotian clearly was stronger, earning the position of the team's Ace Player. Meanwhile, you were just one of the many second-stringers.

Sure you envied him, but because of his adorable antics and his cute ways of trash-talking, you couldn't stay mad at him. Of course, it was only in your perspective. For captain Yu Wenzhou and even his teammates, those stuff were annoying.

Just recently, you became a rookie pro-player. The club placed you in the first-string, with Huang Shaotian's team, team Blue Rain.

You were excited that you were one step closer into beating Huang Shaotian, that was until they said that you were just a reserve player. The last reserve player left the club to study abroad. Yeah, you know beating Huang Shaotian was pure wishing, even if you play past the usual retiring age.

But, you were determined to beat him at the All-Stars competition next month. You trained hard and even pulled an all-nighter two times. Suddenly Huang Shaotian started to call you, "(Y/n) (Y/n) (Y/n) (Y/n) (Y/n) (Y/n)!"

"What is it Huang Shao?" You looked over at the bundle of adorableness, trying to look mad, but you know that you couldn't resist the cuteness.

"PK with me!" Huang Shaotian said, "if I win, I'll get one thing I wanted from you, the same if you win!" You accepted the challenge and lost.

"Why do I lose all the time?" You mumbled and stormed out of the room, furious. Yu didn't even wait to hear what Huang Shaotian wanted. You were even more determined to beat him in the All-Stars competition.

The day finally came, the Rookie Challenge. You immediately registered and walked over to the Club's reserved seats, trying to avoid Huang Shaotian at all costs. Having your seat right near to said male didn't help at all. You sent a glare to Yu Wenzhou and he raised his hands 'innocently'. Your turn was right after Excellent Era's Sun Xiang's. You stormed up the stage and stomped your foot after Sun Xiang and Tyranny's captain, Han Wenqing left the stage.

"I challenge Huang Shaotian, this time, I will win!" You shouted. Huang Shaotian was bewildered, he didn't want to shame you in front of the audiences. He reluctantly walked up the stage.

During the game, Huang Shaotian was silent, surprising everyone, even his teammates. Except for Yu Wenzhou. The genius handicapped captain knew what the core of the problem was, he was one of the Master Tacticians, the one who specializes in analysis.

As everyone expected, Huang Shaotian won. You were embarrassed, tears threatening to fall from your eyes. You had bravely declared that you would beat him in front of all the Glory fans, in the studio to the ones watching from the TV. You were prepared to leave until you felt someone tug your wrist. You immediately turned around, a pair of lips meeting yours.

Your eyes widened, as well as everyone in the studio, except for Yu Wenzhou who knew of Huang Shaotian's feelings for you.

"H-Huang! H-H-Huang Shao!" You blushed and stuttered after he pulled away, hands on your lips. He went for it again and this time, he French kissed you. You were shocked when wouldn't find the right words to say.

"Heh guess I lost," Huang Shaotian suddenly said, making you confused, "when we were little, we made a bet. Whoever kissed the other first loses. But it doesn't matter. I love you (Y/n)!"

Everyone gaped at the confession, including yourself but your eyes immediately softened and replied with a smile.

"I love you too, Huang Shao,"

You two left the stage holding hands.

Extra:

"I win!" Huang Shaotian shouted, raising both of his hands to the air, "hey, (Y/n), do you know what I want?"

"What?"

He kissed you, "there! I got it!"
