pierce had a pretty average and normal childhood. if you'd call your parents disappearing when you were 6 normal. he went through multiple foster homes before moving in which a girlfriend in his freshman year, got her pregnant and dropped out of school. he earnt as much money as he could throughout the pregnancy, taking care of his girlfriend. he would've stayed working if the mother to his child hadn't died on the birthing bed. deciding his child deserved more and that he needed an education to give that to her.
