the bad boy, player, man whore, fuck boy; there are plenty more ways you could describe Dimitri. he's not afraid to admit he enjoys the pleasures in life, nor is he willing to stop enjoying them. while others would expect him to have a girl in his bed every night, it's not always the case, and a lot of the time he prefers a woman in his bed only when he needs a distraction. that's what he sees them as, a being to distract him from his brutal life. when Dimitri cares about something, you won't notice. he's extremely good at hiding his true feelings and replacing them with what people expect. he's not afraid to break hearts in order to keep them from being shattered, because that's what would happen if someone fell for him. their heart would soon become shattered.

violence is just another thing Dimitri holds on to, to relieve stress and worry. it helps him to reign in emotion and keep it from showing when it's strongest. his physical muscle is counted as a weapon to him, and he uses it as so. he won't fight without good reason, because when he fights, the person on the end of his anger may not wake up until a few days later. his self control is impeccable when it comes to weapons and fighting, able to hold everything in for long amounts of time. it's self destruction, but Dimitri doesn't know any better.

growing up in a powerful gang has had its fair influence on Dimitri. he was pushed to train and know everything from an early age, including becoming the new leader when the time comes. after learning of what could happen to you when in a gang, he swore to stay away from woman, to never be in a relationship or hurt anyone he cared for. so many years of the same outlook and people only see him for what he appears to be. they don't see how protective he is inside, how much he wants to keep his family safe from harm. which is why when he saved a girl from being abducted, he made sure no one knew it was him. he wanted things to stay the same. wanted his social appearance to remain how it'd always been, a player with no heart.
