An old fashioned tom, Pineshade was incredibly dedicated to the warrior code. He supported Hawkstar with every hair on his body and met his well-deserved end in the battle within LeafClan camp. Prior to his demise, Pineshade was a talented and clever warrior. When Hawkstar elected his two deputies, Pineshade fully anticipated that he would be one of them. And so, when Hawkstar chose Ravensplash instead, Pineshade came to resent her.
