I initially intended that the Halloween illustratons to be bright and dazzling and impressive but I'm still learning the ropes of digital art and honing my skills.

That and the time gap was to short and a major character was yet to be introduced so I was very busy.

I always like making the characters look as fun and goofy and happy in their designs because the course of events in the story get pretty dark and heavy at times.

My favorite of the sketches is Troy, probably because I spent some time on him.

I made Kuro cute because why not?
