Okokok so you know in Season 3 Episode 13 "The Parting Shot" where Bobbi and Hunter are staking out the Russian military base or whatever? And Hunter goes "I was just trying to recall the last time we went away together on a proper vacation." and she names the Caesar Park Hotel or whatever in Rio and he's like "on a mission. Stakeout." and she says San Diego and he's like "visiting your mum doesn't count" and then Bobbi like smiles as shes thinking and goes, "Florence?" and he's like "That wasn't me." Um. UM. SO BASICALLY IN THE COMICS, MOCKINGBIRD AKA BOBBI MORSE MARRIES CLINT BARTON. And then they divorce and after that he gets w/ Laura. (hence why everyone thought Laura was the mockingbird in Hawkeye). 

So so so what if she went to Florence with Clint and that's what she's remembering? I also found this, idk if it's from the comics or if it's a fanart but it proves that sometimes she gets her men mixed up, which would explain why she thought she went to Florence w/ Hunter.

Okok part 2 bc i was watching AoS again and saw this...

In Season 2, episode 6 "A Fractured House", Bobbi Morse follows Phil Coulson up the stairs to his office, telling him that "Marcus Scarlotti was behind the attack. An assassin. Almost killed Barton a few years back." 

Sooooo maybe she knows that Scarlotti almost killed him, bc maybe she was WITH him?
