Truth

Nobody's PoV:

You are in a village in an island. The village is filled with happy, peaceful villagers, everyone is friendly. You are always with this boy, for he is your best friend. His name is Shuu. You always play soccer along with the others. But there's a problem, when you want something, you need to sacrifice someone or something and must fight through soccer.

"(Y/n), soccer is great, right?" Shuu said while you both sat at the branch of a tree.

"Of course it is, Shuu! What makes you say that?" You asked concerned.

"Nothing..." Shuu replied. "Come on, let's play soccer!" He then added.

"Sure!" You said and gave him a sweet smile. But you can't remove to your mind what just Shuu said.

You're done playing with Shuu but you can see to his face that something is troubling him. But you just kept silent because you know that he will only answer 'Nothing'. Because you love him, you showed your concern by eating dinner together at your house, your parents is fine with that because your parents and Shuu's parents are pretty close. Right after eating, you pulled him to your room...

"Um...Shuu? I've been observing you lately and I think there's something troubling you. Would you mind if you tell me?" You finally told him.

Shuu just sighed.

Shuu's PoV:

I just sighed.

"What now? (F/n) noticed my actions. How shall I tell this? I'm really in a hotseat right now. Should I tell her or keep it until the time has come?" I thought while (f/n) is looking at me, worriedly

Nobody's PoV

"Shuu, could you just spill the beans? You know I don't like to wait, especially when I'm worried!" You said and you are really getting worried.

"(F/n), i'm sorry. It's just that I have this problem.. can you help me? I'm really troubled." He asked.

"Shuu, of course I will help you. That's why I'm here." You said while your hand is on his shoulder.

"(F/n)?....... something happened! They want my sister as sacrifice and me and the team wants us to fight them with soccer. And if we lose, my sister will be the sacrifice to the Gods!!! What shall I do?" Shuu said and tears started to fall.

"Shuu, I understand you. I don't want her to be sacrificed also, she's like a sister to me. But, Shuu, you need to face this. You love her, right? And if you love someone you'll do anything for her. You must protect her. Besides, I'll be with you, no matter what!" You said and gave him a comforting smile. Then, Shuu hugged you.

"(F/n), thank you! I don't know what I'll do without you by my side!" Shuu said as tears started to fall madly.

"Don't worry, Shuu, I won't leave you!" You said while comforting him.

"I won't leave you too!" Shuu said making you blush. 0//0

Time Skip~

"Onii-chan, you won't let me be the sacrifice right?" Shuu's sister said as she hugged him.

"Of course! Onii-chan won't let you be the sacrifice. I'll protect you!" Shuu said as he hugged her back.

(Onii-chan -- Big Brother)

Shuu knew that (f/n)'s advice is not enough. He needs to make sure that his sister is safe. He finds a way to keep her sister safe, but, because of always finding, he put himself into great despare.

He talked to the head of the village to make others the sacrifice but the head did not agree, even how many times Shuu talked to him. The head as long with the other official gives ransom to Shuu, the ransom is so big that you could be the richest person in the world. But there's some stakes, Shuu needs to lose this match just to get the big money. And unfortunately, Shuu accepted it, it means he needs to lose this match and.... and let her sister be the sacrifice!!

When Shuu reached their home, he sobs in the corner of the room.

"Why do I have to accept this? Now, my sister will be dead!! And there's no turning back now." Shuu said while sobbing.

Time Skip

So the day of the match finally came, all the villagers are here, and of course you are there.

The match finally started, and you could notice that the faces of the villagers even the players are serious and sweatdropping.
As the match goes on, you noticed that Shuu is not playing seriously, he's like playing around, and all of his teammates are mad at him. What the glob is this? Don't you want your sister safe?

The match ends and the team of Shuu lost. All the people are disappointed, some are crying. You and Shuu's teammates feel disappointment and anger. You could see Shuu's sister in a boat straight to the destination where they say the Gods live. You can see Shuu in a long wood bench, he's teeth are grinning and his hands turned into fists.You ran to him, and sat besides him.. he wants you both at the top of the falls because he has to reveal something.

You both are at the top of the falls...

"Shuu, are you alright?" You asked worriedly.

"(F/n), I have to tell you something." Shuu said, his face is looking at the ground while you both sat.

"What is it?" You said.

"(F/n), I....I....I let the team lose! And I let my sister die!" Shuu mumbled kind of angry.

"What do you mean?" You asked.

"I let my team lose because they gave me a huge cash!" He mumbled again.

"Shuu, who's they?! And how could you do that?!" You said as your anger rise.

You are about to add something but you could here people screaming, and at the top of the falls, you could see that the village is burning with fire, and you quickly ran to the village and so as Shuu.

But when the time you got there, it was too late! No one survived except You, Shuu and Shuu's teammates. You fell on your knees and started crying, knowing that your parents and your younger brother is still there. Shuu ran up to you and comforted you...

"Don't touch me!!" You said angrily while you are crying. Shuu is just standing there, shocked.

"How could you? You promised you're gonna keep her safe, and now you don't?! Maybe they did this! You knew that this is going to happen! You promised that you're not gonna lie to me. We swore that! Remember?! You failed to protect her! And you lost my trust!" You said angrily as tears are still falling.

You ran away to the forest while crying. You don't notice that you are in the shore. And suddenly, everything went black.

~after that~

When you woke up, you are on a bed. You scanned the whole room and there's no one in there, only the tube that is attached on your hand (because your confined). And then, Shuu popped in your head.

"Shuu." You whispered.

"Oh, so you're awake." A man said. Because of curiosity, you just stared at him, following him until he came close to your bed.

"I'm sorry, who are you?" You asked.

"Oh sorry! I'm Ishido Shuuji, Holy Emperor of soccer in Japan." He said.

"Why am I in here?" You asked the man.

"(F/n), you're left arm bone is dislocated. And the operation just finished. You also bumped your head. (F/n), do you remember anything?" Ishido said.

"There's this boy I remember. I think he's name is Shuu. And I remember burning, but I don't know where." I explained.

"I see. I'm going to send two people in here tomorrow, okay?" He said.

"Yeah, sure!" You agreed.

"You need to take a rest." Ishido added.

"Yeah." You said as you saw him walk outside the door.

"I wonder who's Shuu? I know him but how? I guess that bump is quite strong. Who is he?" You tought as you feel yourself getting sleepy.

The Next Day~

When you woke up, you saw a nurse who's checking your status. She is cute and lovely and she has a purple colored hair.

"Ohayou, (f/n)-chan!" She said, you're quite shocked because you are focusing on her cuteness.

"Ah!....Ohayou!" You replied.

(Ohayou -- Good Morning)

"By the way, my name is Fuyuka Kudou, and i'm the one who'll be your nurse while you're in here!" She said giving you a sweet smile.

"Hai!" You said and returned a sweet smile to her.

(Hai -- Yes)

You are talking to her and suddenly, two people entered your room...

"Fuyuka-san, it's nice to see you again. Would you mind if you leave us here for a while?" The red haired man with a glasses said.

"No, I don't mind! It's nice to see you too, Hiroto-kun and Midorikawa-kun!" Fuyuka said and gave them a sweet smile, Midorikawa replied with a sweet smile too. And then, Fuyuka left.

"Good Morning, (l/n)-chan. My name is Midorikawa Ryuuji, and this is Kira Hiroto." Midorikawa introduced themselves.

"Please, just call me (F/n)." You said as taint of red appeared on your cheeks.

"Okay then. We recieved a call from the name Endou Mamoru. We're here as lawyers, we need to investicate what happened to you. Say, do you remember anything, (F/n)-chan?" Hiroto said.

"Actually, I don't quite remember anything. Only burning." You explained.

"I see..." Hiroto said.

"When you recover, you will stay in an orphanage called Sun Garden, Hiroto and his sister is running that place." Midorikawa added.

"Okay, sure!" You agreed quickly.

"Umm...(f/n)-chan, expect us to visit you here more often because we need to know your background, okay?" Midorikawa said.

"Sure!" You gave him a grinning smile. And so, they left.

"Phew! It's over! I'm really in a hotseat that time. But, I don't understand, I thought Ishido is the one who sent the two people. Why is it Endou Mamoru now? What the glob is happening?" You tought as Fuyuka entered.

"(F/n), I want to inform you that you are free to walk around the hospital. You could wander around if you want to, but only in the hospital and the yard around it." Fuyuka said.

"Thank you, Fuyuka-san! I want to smell some fresh air after five days of being in here!" You said feeling relieved and Fuyuka left.

You quickly sat on your bed and stood. It's kind of dizzy at first, but after a few steps, you did not feel dizzy anymore. You walked straight to the backyard and sat on a bench. You inhaled deeply and exhaled it freely. You feel so relieved. You didn't noticed that the time is almost 6:00 pm, you only noticed it when no one is outside the hospital anymore. So you hurridly ran inside.

"Oi! (F/n)-chan! Don't run! You might get hurt, you're wounds are not yet healed." Fuyuka said worriedly.

"Sorry! It's just that... visiting... hours is over, so I thought it's...it's time for me to go back!" You said while panting.

"You're right but don't run. Oh and just to inform you, you will be discharged here after one day." She said.

"What?! One day only?! Why is it the people in here always in a hurry?" You said.

"Yeah. Midorikawa-kun and Hiroto-kun will pick you up, okay?" She reminded.

"Okay!" You replied.

The day you are about to be discharged has come. Midorikawa picked you up in your room and took you to their car, Hiroto is in there and he is the one driving the car.

"Umm...Hiroto-san, why are you such in a hurry?" You asked.

"Well (f/n)-chan, Endou wants to see you and he has something to tell you. Something very important." Hiroto explained which makes you confused.

"Who is Endou Mamoru?" You asked again.

"You'll see." Hiroto said.

"But first, you have to take some rest. Hiroto will drive you to the Sun Garden and we will also enroll you to Raimon Jr. High." Midorikawa added.

"Really? Thank you!" You said and gave them a sweet smile.

"It's nothing (f/n)-chan!" Hiroto said.

You then arrived at Sun Garden, Hiroto advised her sister, Hitomiko-san, to take care of you while Hiroto and Midorikawa is not around and while you are studying at Raimon. Hitomiko quickly agreed, with no hesitation.

"Ohayou, (f/n)-chan! My name is Kira Hitomiko. Call me Hitomiko." She said.

"Ohayou, Hitomiko-san." You greeted her.

"I will tour you around the building and I will take you to your room." She said.

"Ok!" You said and gave her a smile.

Time Skip~

You lay on your bed and looked straight to the ceiling. You thought about what is happening around you, all the people are in a hurry because someone wants to see you. But there are two questions bothering your mind. Who is Endou Mamoru? What's that 'very important' message?

The next day, you are getting ready for school, when suddenly soccer popped in your head.

"Sakka..." You whispered making it look like you are remembering something or someone, but you just shrugged it off.

You walked to your school. You arrived at the front gate, your shy because you feel like all eyes are beaming on you. You just looked straight towards the school door when somebody called you...

"(F/n)-chan!" He shouted. You looked to the direction to where the voice is coming from.

"Eh?!" You shout a bit, knowing that the man is running towards you.

"(F/n)-chan, Ohayou! My name is Endou Mamoru and I think Hiroto and Midorikawa already told you why you're here." He said.

"Well, technically, they said that you are going to say something to me, something very important." You said.

"Yes, that's true! Could you meet me at the soccer club after class?" He asked.

"Yeah, sure, Endou-san! Besides, I am going to join the Raimon Football Club as a midfielder." You said then grinned.

"Really? That's great!" Endou said and also grinned.

"Class is about to start, I'm going now, Endou-san!" You said as you bowed at him and quickly run towards the door.

Time Skip~

You followed what Endou said. Right after class, you walked straight up to the soccer club. You noticed that some of your new classmates are right behind you and looks like they have the same destination as well. When you reached the club room, you noticed that there are many members and looked directly at you. You saw Endou standing in the front so you have decided to stand beside him.

"Min'na! This is (f/n) (l/n). She will be the new player of this team 'cause she is important. So take care of her!" Endou said.

(Min'na -- Guys/Everyone)

You are again confused about what Endou Kantoku said but your thoughts are ruined when a member came in front of you.

"Hi, (f/n)-chan! My name is Tenma Matsukaze. Hajimemashita!" He said.

(Hajimemashita -- Nice to Meet you)

"Nice to meet you too!" You said and took his hand and shook it.

"I'm Shindou Takuto. You're very welcome in this team!" The boy with grayish curly hair said.

"Arigatou, Shindou-senpai!" You said as you bowed in front of him.

"I'm Nishizono Shinsuke!" The little boy with a blue headband on his head said.

"I'm Kirino Ranmaru!" The boy, that looks like a girl at first, that has a pink hair and has two pigtails at the lower part of his hair said.

"I'm Kageyama Hikaru! I know my uncle used soccer to bad things but I'm not like that!" He said as he grinned at you.

And so, all the members introduced themselves and you felt happy because they welcome you that easy. After the introductions, you all went to practice and Aoi gave you a jersey and a pair of spike shoes. You quickly changed and joined the other members while practicing. While you are all practicing, Endou kantoku called you and told something to you.

After Endou talked to you, you are shocked and confused making you sit besides Aoi and the other managers. Midori noticed it and asked you if you're fine but you just said 'Nothing'. While you're thinking, Endou called the attention of all the members making you kind of shocked.

"What is it, Endou kantoku?" Shindou asked.

(Kantoku -- Coach)

"I'll be gone for a while. Kidou will be here to take over my duty being coach." Endou said making the whole team shocked, even Haruna and Kidou.

"Kantoku! Don't leave!" Tenma shouted.

"Sorry, min'na!" Endou said as he left the room.

"KANTOKU! KANTOKU! KANTOKU!" They all shouted (including you) as Endou left. Everyone is depressed knowing that they lose a coach.

"Daijoubu ka! Endou kantoku is challenging us to be strong as the Football Frontier is ongoing." Tenma cheered up the team.

"Besides, we still have Kidou Kantoku!" Shindou added. The whole team nod in agreement.

Really Long Time Skip~

Months passed and the you keep winning the matches in the Football Frontier. You still kept thinking about what Endou kantoku told you.

During the morning practice, the Fifth Sector Bus is in the school campus, wanting you and the team to come with them. At first, Kidou didn't agree but when Shindou saw the main purpose, you all come with the bus.

While travelling, the driver sprayed a sleeping gas on the bus and made you all asleep until you reached in an island. When you woke up, you noticed that Aoi, Midori, Akane, Otonashi-sensei, and Kidou Kantoku is missing until Tsurugi said that they are locked inside the building. Kariya asked why does Tsurugi know a lot about this island, Tsurugi answered and told the story to the team. You are all settled until Kibayama (you know him, right?) showed up. He said that there's no choice but to fight his team- Unlimited Shining. You all didn't resist and fought them. As you are playing, you feel someone is looking at you, someone that is familiar to you. You did not focus all your attention to that because Hakuryuu is super fast that you can't even bring out your avatars (let's just say you have an avatar here). It ended up losing, you all fell on the ground because of the pain Hakuryuu did to you. Kibayama and the guards are about to carry you when a soccer ball came dashing in front of you and blur the eyesight of the guards. While it's blurry, you saw the shadows of Endou kantoku and some other guys.

You are in a deep sleep when suddenly the voice of Tenma woke you up. You are all in an abandoned house in the shore of the island. It looks like Tenma and the others saw the shadows of Endou kantoku and the other four too. You just listened to what they're talking about until a familiar voice interrupted them. It was... Endou Kantoku!! You all squeeled in happiness and run toward him. After that, he introduced the people who is with him, Kazemaru, Fubuki, Kabeyama, and Fudou. They are all here to investicate about Fifth Sector and the team is here to help them.

Endou said that you will all practice in the forest. You will use nature in your trainings.

The next day, you all looked for a place to practice and you saw a perfect spot. But, that spot... you think you know that. The spot has a wide, long grassy ground that is between the two walls, the walls looked like they were demolished by fire a long time ago.

When you saw it, you grew dizzy, some of the memories are going back, it's so fast that you can't understand a thing making you even more dizzier. Shindou noticed your actions and when you're about to faint, he caught you.

"(F/n)-chan, are you allright?!" Shindou exclaimed but in a whisper way so nobody could hear you.

"Yeah. I'm just a little bit dizzy, Arigatou, Shindou-sen-" You said as someone cut you off, calling the attention of the team.

"No! You can't use this forest to train!" The boy with a dark aura protested.

"Please! We really need to!" Tenma begged, making the boy smirk.

"Okay, if you want it then come and get it! Let's have a match!" He said sarcastically.

You looked at the boy 'cause he is familiar to you. The boy noticed you and glared at you then he quickly looked back to Tenma. Your eyesight is getting blurry and Shindou is still holding you. The boy appeared in your head and...

"Shuu...." You whispered but Shindou clearly heard it and it caught the attention of the boy and looked at you. Right after that, you fainted. Shindou carried you and his on the way back to the abandoned house.

"No. Leave her here. If you don't, I'll take her! If you win the match, you'll get her back and you can use this forest to train. But if you loose, say goodbye to her and the forest!" The boy challenged the team. Shindou and the others had no choice but to fight them. Shindou layed you at a flat rock and left you there. Raimon and the Dark Ancient go to the field while Shuu is left behind. Shuu came closer to your ear.

"(F/n), i'm sorry. I'm doing this all for you. I hope you would understand that." Shuu whispered in your ear then left. You opened your eyes slightly and saw Shuu leaving.

"Shuu....?" You whispered. You can't say it out loud because your head aches and you can't feel anything, so you decided to get back in sleep.

Time Skip~

You suddenly are awaken by the voices of your teammates dashing through your ears. They are all saying your name and if you could hear them. You sat at the bed. You stared at the wall for a while until you remember the match.

"Ah!..... what happened to the match?!?!" You exclaimed to them which makes the others confuse but Tenma quickly answered your question.

"Oh, about that, it's kind of complicated. You see, we are at the urge of losing but when I saved a goat during the match, Shuu suddenly said that it's ok if we train here." Tenma said as he scratched his head because of shyness.

Well, you listened to all he said but the name 'Shuu' shocked you. You suddenly remembered what happened earlier but instead of sharing it out, you hide it.

"Really? That's great and kind of weird." You said and Tenma chuckled.

You started training with Fubuki on the sand to learn how to feel the wind. It's so hard that you couldn't even reach a halfway but you just shrugged it off.

It's night and all of your teammates are sleeping, even Endou kantoku and the others. You're the only one who's still awake, and because you can't sleep, you decided to go outside and think for a bit.

You sat above a waterfall. You bent your knees and put your head about your knees. You just kept on thinking, you are just staring in the moon when suddenly a boy appeared.

"(F/n)?" He said. But you just kept silent. All of the emotions are mixed that you didn't even know what to feel, so you just stayed emotionless and just looked back at the moon.

"(F/n), I know you're still mad at me. So I'm sorry! I'm really sorry!" Shuu said as he ran beside you.

"I don't know anymore, Shuu!" You said as tears started to fall. "Would you just leave me alone!" You added and the tears are falling madly. Shuu stepped backward and frowned.

"I just want to tell you that....that I'm doing this all for you." Shuu said then left.

"And what's that?" You said demandingly.. As you turned, Shuu is already gone. "What the heck Shuu! Why are you always doing this to me?" You thought as additional tears fall.

Time Skip~

The next day, Kirino noticed you're acting strange but you just said 'Nothing'. You finally perfected the training with Fubuki but you're still not in the mood to talk to others due to what happened last night.

The Fifth Sector suddenly notified all of you to go to the God Eden Stadium. You need to fight the SEEDs so that Otonashi, Kidou and the other managers will be unhostaged and all of you can go home. You have no other choice but to fight them so you all agreed.

It's finally the match, and you noticed that your opponents are not there yet until a flash of 'dark and light' light beamed on your eyes. And you saw Shuu with them. The others are in great shock including you. Tenma tried to talk to Shuu but nothing changed his mind.

"Shuu! Why are you doing this?! I thought soccer is great and fun! Why do you have to do this?" You shouted at him.

"Don't you see, (F/n)? I'm doing this all for you! I wanted to make you proud and want you to forgive me!" Shuu said in an anger tone.

"With this?! C'mon Shuu! If you want to make me proud, then don't do it this way! And why do you need to do this to me? This is not what I wanted! I thought you know that!" You said as you're in the urge of crying. You stopped as Shuu looked away and Tenma comforted you.

The match started and it didn't go well. Hakuryuu always hurt you all, bringing out his avatar and using his powerful shoot. Shindou, Tenma, and Tsurugi are bringing out their avatars and bringing it to their limits. When you looked at Shuu, he always give you a death glare bit that doesn't bother you, all you think of his how to help your team, so you did all your best but nothing happened. During the match, you all are so weak that you can't even stand up! But when Endou, Fudou,Kazemaru, Kabeyama, and Fubuki saw this, they changed players and they are the ones who run to the field. They all turned back young and awesome. They helped you stood up and encouraged you. The encouragement helped but that didn't last long, Hakuryuu and Shuu brought back the pain in all of you. Shuu even brought out his avatar.

When you're all in pain, Tenma once again talked to Shuu while Tsurugi talked to Hakuryuu. It took a while to convince them that it's wrong to be one with the Fifth Sector but it was worth it. Hakuryuu and Shuu finally opened their eyes and saw the truth. After that, the plays are turning back in a good mode. Soccer is finally fun. All of your faces including Zero are happy faces. All of the audience are so happy because of that and Ishido is kind of not happy to Kibayama. Tenma talked to Shuu to thank him and you saw Shuu giving a bracelet to him. As you glanced at him, you smiled at him and he just gave a weak smile. When you turned back to walk towards the others, Shuu grabbed your wrist and dragged you to a dressing room.

"Shuu, why'd you bring me in here?" You asked.

"(F/n), I'm really, really sorry! I hope you forgive me! It's just that I turned out of my mind when you're gone! I don't know what to do! Thats why I asked Ishido to find you but again he wants me to become a SEED so that he would agree to my request. I'm sorry!" He said while he fell on his knees and sobbed. You sat in front him and hold his shoulder.

"Shuu, it's OK! It's fine! I know it's not your fault. I know that the Fifth Sector is the one who burned our village before and killed our family. And I know that you don't want this to happen. I forgive you Shuu." You said as you hugged him.

"Thank you, (F/n)! I really don't know what to do without you here." Shuu said as he hugged back.

"I will never leave you again, Shuu! And I know that you won't too, right?" You said as you broke the hug and gave him a grin.

"Of course!" Shuu said and you both just chuckled. You two stood up as Shuu is still holding your hands.

"(F/n)?" He mumbled.

"Yeah?" You asked.

"I want to tell you something that I should have told you a long time ago." Shuu said as he eye-leveled you.

"And what is it?" You asked curiously.

"(F...F/n), I... I love you, right from the start." He stuttered and blushed madly. You blushed madly as well. Like mad cow!

"I love you too, Shuu!" You replied and chuckled. Shuu smiled widely and hugged you, tightly. You hugged back, it was good but you can't breathe.

"Shuu, I can't breathe...." You said as you pant for air.

"I'm sorry" Shuu said and chuckled.

Shuu wrapped his hands around your waist.

"I love you." He said.

"I love you too. " You replied.
