||Chapter 25||

-Author's POV-

The home theater fills with laughter, and happiness. The married couple shares a seat, cuddling and holding each other; they make up for the time of neglect earlier that day. Madison couldn't contain herself from checking her iPhone every minute or so, hoping and praying her parents had messaged her.

No call and no text.

"Put your phone away," Cheryl whispers to the teen, and quickly takes her phone away.

"Hey!" Madison shouts in a whisper.

"Kimba," Cheryl forces the phone into a confused Kimberley's hand. "She's not allowed to use her phone anymore." Kimberley giggles, readjusting herself; she puts the phone under her bum.

"I don't even want it anymore," Madison makes a sickened expression and finally gives the film her attention.

She was never one to watch films; the outside world was far more interesting; it grasped her entirely.

"This film is stupid," She comments, nobody pays much attention to her. The contestants too far gone into the romantic comedy, and the couple too busy exchanging their saliva. They makeout like teenagers beside her, and she has the urgency to leave.

It's an itch.

She needs the outdoor winds to consume her.

With a discreet shift of the eyes, she makes sure everyone's attention was on anything but her. Holding her breath; she exits the theater and runs down the corridors of the grand home.

She smiles.

With a bit of effort, and tugging to the glass garden doors; she steps out to her new haven.

The outdoor was her escape.

Madison's bare feet make contact with the cool ground, her heart races with peacefulness. Blood pumps through her heart; with each thump; her smile grows.

Chris? Can you hear me? She looks up at the stars and moon; millions of twinkling stars glimmering in the night. She settles on the grassed ground, and lays out spreading her arms and legs.

Her brother was a spring's day, the laughter that made her cry with euphoria. He was the one that made her forget everything. the past of an unloving mother giving her away at birth still taunts her daily, she hated the woman that seemed so careless.

She never believed in love, and she blamed it on her.

The winds were her escape, releasing all her troubles to the unseen breeze. Casting them away to a foreign land.

She hears the footsteps before the calling of her name.

"What are you doing out here Maddy?" Madison opens her eyes, not knowing she'd closed them.

Cheryl hovers over her with a disapproving look.

"Well?" She pushes.

"Films are so cliché" The teen rolls her eyes "You're blocking my view-"

"I am the view." Cheryl winks playfully, she giggles and settles down beside Madison.

"Watch'a thinking about?" She asks, both their eyes gazing up to the dark skies.

"Nothing," Madison sighs contently, a smile still lingers to her lips. "Just star watching."

"Have you ever bought a star?" Cheryl asks, mirroring the teen's smile. She was allowing herself to fall in love with the twinkles in the sky, along with the teen.

She was falling in love with Madison.

"You can do that?" The teen asks with a frown. How did I not know this?

"Mhm," Cheryl hums, an idea coming to mind. "Not sure where you can buy them though." She lies.

"I'd buy them all," Madison giggles.

She takes her eyes away from the stars and turns her head to get a glimpse of the smiling Geordie.

"Why aren't you inside?" She asks her.

"Why aren't you inside?" Cheryl repeats the question, directing it towards Madison.

"We all know how that film will end," She rolls her eyes with a light laugh. "He'll come running back, she'll accept his apology.. Happily ever after."

Cheryl frowns to Madison's words.

"Sounds like someone doesn't believe in happy endings," She giggles lightly.

Madison shrugs in response, her eyes return to the stars.

"Not that I don't believe it," She speaks up, "Just hasn't happened for me yet."

Cheryl smiles.

"It'll happen-"

"Don't really have a boyfriend-"

"Happy endings don't always have boyfriends in them-"

"All films have boyfriends in the end." Madison rolls her eyes once again; the cliché films were definitely not her thing.

"I haven't had my happy ending yet.. And I'll have you know, I don't have a boyfriend." Cheryl confesses, she giggles easing the sudden gloom.

"You're not happy?" Madison returns to looking at Cheryl, a frown adorning her expression.

"Yeah of course I am-"

"But you said you've not had your happy ending yet?" She asks with confusion. "Does Kimba not make you happy?"

Cheryl smiles, it grows with elation.

"Kimba?" She asks, happiness lacing into her tone.

"Yeah, your wife." The teen replies, unknowing she'd just called Kimberley, Kimba once again.

Cheryl decides against teasing.

"Yeah, me wife makes us very happy.. Very, very happy." The Geordie's eyes sparkle, and for a moment, Madison believed the stars were in Cheryl's eyes.

They compelled her.

"There you go then," Madison smiles. "You've got your happy ending."

"Not yet," Cheryl looks away from the green eyes, suddenly unable to look into such pureness.

Her soul was broken; the only thing keeping her going was the heartbeat stubbornly beating each day. Cheryl was gloomy on the inside, constantly fighting her inner demons.

She wanted to find her little girl.

"What does your happy ending look like?" Madison asks curiously, she shuffles around the cool grass; lying closer to the Geordie.

Their hands brush gently.

"A family." It all sounded so simple to Madison, unknowing of the woman's past.

"Technology has advanced you know? You and Kimba can have a baby now."

Tears suddenly form to Cheryl's eyes. If only it was that simple.

"Mhm," She's unable to speak, the lump forms and rises. Mentally she begs herself not to release the sob.

"I read somewhere you can see what the baby would look like depending on the sperm donor- are you crying?" Madison turns and sees Cheryl's chin trembling, her veins bulge out of her neck; allowing the teen to know she was forcing her cries down.

"I didn't mean to.. I just.. That's what.. I mean it's hard for lesbians to have a baby no? You can't just stick it in and.. I don't know what I'm saying right now.. I mean you are a lesbian so technically - okay I'll stop talking now. I'm sorry." She manically speaks, rushing her words out quickly.

Cheryl releases the sob and laughs tearfully.

God I love her.

"Are you laughing crying? Or are you sad crying? Because I sometimes laugh cry." Madison sits up and looks down at the hysteric Geordie. Tears stream down the ends of her eyes as she howls out in laughter.

"If it makes you feel any better, my auntie is a lesbian." Madison joins in and giggles, unable to contain her laughter with the way Cheryl sounded her euphoria in musical happiness.

Cheryl sits up and yanks the teen into her arms. She squeezes her tightly, and to Madison's disbelief; she places kisses to her face.

Planting them with cooing sounds.

"You alright mate?" Madison asks, her eyes wide. She's not sure how to react.

I've never been held this way. I've never been kissed this way.

"You make us laugh," Cheryl wipes her tears with a giggle. She rests Madison into her lap; half lying on the grass and half her back lies comfortably in the Geordie's lap.

"Glad I amuse you," Madison rolls her eyes with a smile, the green orbs flutter shut with Cheryl's fingers feathering through her hair.

Like air kissing the scalp with tender touches.

"You have really beautiful hair," Cheryl comments, her fingers still working through the river of chocolate silk.

"Mum always has me doing these hair masks or whatever, I don't need it. But, she insists." Cheryl's smile slowly fades, going unnoticed by the teen.

"You don't have to listen you know? I know it's bad for us to say this.. But, sometimes you have to make mistakes." Madison nods to the Geordie's words, her eyes slowly flutter back open.

"Have you always wanted to become an artist?" Cheryl asks, her nails scrape against Madison's scalp; earning a sighed smile in return.

"I did.. Well, I don't know really." Cheryl smiles, listening to the teens words.

"I wanted to becme an astronaut, that died quickly when Mum said girls aren't supposed to go flying to ludicrous like planets," Cheryl's smile soon turns into a frown.

"I also wanted to become a florist, Mum said it's best to just go picking flowers from the garden," It was a pattern Cheryl picked up on, the same pattern Kimberley had noticed.

Clara seemed to take over every decision and concern the teen would make.

"Mum says the best thing for me to do is join the family business-"

"But what is it you want to do?" Cheryl asks, trying not to let the bubbling anger sound.

"I think I'm doing it?" Madison shrugs, her eyes avert from Cheryl's and gaze back up to the stars.

"Mum once told me-"

"Your Mum seems to say a lot of stuff." Cheryl rolls her eyes, glad the teen wasn't looking at her.

"Yeah, I guess," The teen shrugs. "But she once said, do something a 1950's straight man would get upset over-"

"I'm a lesbian who can't cook to save her life, I think I've done pretty well to piss him off." Madison howls out in laughter.

It was the way her nose crinkled, the dimples, the smile. It reminded Cheryl of her younger self.

It was questionable.

"You make me laugh," Madison repeats the Geordie's words, her smile still beaming with ecstasy.

"Glad I amuse you," Cheryl mimics her, she crinkles her nose and lowers her head; planting a kiss to the teens forehead.

I've never felt this way before.

They fall into a peaceful silence, the nightly crickets sound through the tranquil ambiance.

"I'm sorry I was such a cow when we first met," Madison whispers her apology, Cheryl gazes back down at the teen.

Their eyes sparkle.

"Why was that?" She asks.

The teen always had trouble expressing her thoughts into words; she was never able to speak her mind. Nobody ever understood her when she did, so, choosing to stay quiet was the only thing she knew how to do.

"I don't know," Madison shrugs and averts her eyes.

"It's okay," Cheryl whispers, her hands retreating to the teen's hair once again. "You can tell us."

Madison gulps to the affection.

"I don't trust women," Her confession is a low whisper, almost inaudible. But, Cheryl's heard every word uttered.

Her feathering action stills.

She frowns.

"Why?"

Madison shrugs again. I can't talk about it, I can't tell her - I wont tell her.

"You want to know something?" Cheryl asks, taking a different route.

"I guess.."

"I never trusted women for the longest time, and look at us now.. I'm in a relationship with one." Madison giggles.

Oh the irony.

"Why didn't you trust women?" The teen asks.

Cheryl sighs before repeating the past.

"I was in a relationship, me boyfriend, I was in love with him.. Well, at least that's what I thought love was supposed to be like," She begins, taking Madison and allowing her into the gloomy past.

"I was.. Hmm.. 18 or so I believe?" Cheryl takes a deep breath before continuing. "I found him in our bed, with me best friend.. Well, ex best friend now." Madison frowns, her eyes losing the sparkle.

"I turned cold after that day, I met Kimba a few months later, I was a b*tch to her-"

"Did you's date right away?" Madison asks, a frown still adorning her face.

"No," Cheryl shakes her head with a pout. "We were best friends for three years, before anything like that happened."

"Must be nice to be married to your best friend.. No?"

"The best." Cheryl sighs, she feels the need to hold the teen in her arms. She's unsure why, never in all her life has she allowed someone to take her heart the way Madison has.

It was questionable.

"I'm sorry about.. You know.. Your erm-"

"Don't apologize," Cheryl giggles at the teen's awkward state. "I'm happy now."

"How long have you been... Famous?" Madison asks curiously.

"Started at the age of sixteen.. Until, now."

"Is it worth it?" Madison was unsure if this was the path she wanted anymore. Do I want this? Do I want my boyfriend to cheat on me? Do I want enemies? Do I want friends who backstab me? A million questions swarm her.

"Honestly?"

Madison nods.

"Not worth it," Cheryl shakes her head. "I know I'm your mentor and I'm supposed to help you's become into these world famous stars, but, it's not worth it."

This gets Madison to sit up, their eyes meet - both filled with concern.

"Why do you do it then?" She asks, her eyes furrow with sudden puzzlement.

"Lets keep this between us, but, I'm not doing this anymore.. After x factor I want to lay low for awhile.. Maybe produce music with unknown artists.. But, us? No, I'm done with that."

"But," Madison shakes her head. "Everyone loves you, you help so many lives... You've helped so many.. And you're just going to quit? Just like that?"

"I haven't helped anyone," Cheryl laughs lightly, "I only make music."

"You're so naïve," Madison laughs; her eyes grow wide in disbelief. "You don't even know half of it."

"If I am helping people, there are other ways to do it.. There are so many ways to stay in touch with me fans-"

"You've just said you want to lay low?" Madison frowns.

"As in spend time with me family, and friends. Take time out for me wife.. That type of lay low. As in I don't want to release any music, do you get us?" The teen nods, finally understanding what the Geordie wanted.

The industry was a hard life to live.

After years of doing it, she's hanging her cape and closing the door behind her.

"Feel like I'd get sick of it," Madison admits. "You know? The running around and needing to please everyone.. I'm not good at that. Nobody really ever likes me; my attitude seems to push everyone away. My entire lot thinks I need to work on that bit." Madison rambles, her fingers pick at the lush grass.

"Your attitude at times yes," Cheryl nods "But that's what makes you, you? Isn't that what you once told us?" She asks Madison.

The teen shrugs.

"Only because you wouldn't leave me alone,"

They laugh.

"Who tells you this?" Cheryl asks, she gently taps the teen's nose, getting them to lock eyes once again.

"Just, my grandparents, aunties, uncles, cousins.. You know, the whole lot." Madison laughs, masking her sadness.

"I don't think your personality needs any changing." Cheryl says firmly, the anger bubbling once again.

Madison nods and abruptly stands up.

"Where you off to?" Cheryl frowns with her question.

"We should probably head back in-"

"We're talking-"

"Yeah, but I'm over it." She didn't want to get any deeper than they already have, she didn't want to let the woman in more than she already has - she's in deep waters now. She wasn't sure she could swim if she let Cheryl in fully.

Cheryl sighs and stands up; dusting herself from any grass left behind.

They walk back into the home in silence.

"Did I say something wrong?" Cheryl asks, sadness sounds into the question.

"No.. No you didn't," Madison forces herself to not look at the Geordie.

"If I did I'm sorry," She apologizes.

"I promise you didn't, I just wanted to come back before the film finished." Cheryl nods, although, she didn't believe her.

They quietly enter the home cinema, sitting in their seats once again.

"Where did you go? You took forever babe. I was going to come looking for you's" Kimberley whispers into her wife's ear.

"Was just having a chat with Maddy." Cheryl smiles.

"Oh right," Kimberley takes Madisons phone from her pocket and leans over to hand it back to her.

"It was vibrating," The teen smiles, her heart speeds frantically as she lights her screen up with a notification.

1 New Message.

'Mum: I'm sorry about the other day. I'll speak to you tomorrow. Have a goodnight. x'

Madison smiles with tears in her eyes.

"You okay?" Cheryl whispers, noticing the tears brimming the sparkling green orbs.

"Yeah," Madison breathes, the tear slips. "Yeah I'm fine, I'm amazing." She sniffs and replies to the text.

'It's okay Mum, I understand. Speak to you tomorrow. I love you. x'

Kimberley and Cheryl share a look and shrug. It seemed the teen was fine, but the tears spoke otherwise.

I'm fine. I'm amazing.

The words repeat, Madison's heart repairs with a simple text.

Naïve child.

----

The night had finally come to an end; everyone exits the cinema room and descends up the stairs. Trailing behind one another as they climb the stairs, everyone wearing a tired expression, whereas Madison beams with happiness.

"It was a fun night," She speaks, everyone too exhausted to talk. "Really, the film was nice. I enjoyed myself. What about you's?"

Cheryl smiles as Madison giggles for no reason.

"Oh my god Madison," Jessica groans. "You've been talking my ear off all night, quit it!"

"Aw!" The teen teases, "Is someone gwumpy?" She giggles again.

"Shut up Madison!" Jessica, Ella, and Kaylee say in unison.

"Alright girls," Kimberley speaks up, "Let's all settle down." They stop at the top of the stairs, Madison still wearing her smile.

"Yeah, lets all settle down." Madison repeats and winks at the blonde, this gets Kimberley to unintentionally smile.

"Goodnight girls," The contestants walk in opposite directions, Madison stays in her spot smiling away.

"What's gotten into you, you weirdo?" Kimberley giggles. "You're just asking to get your arse kicked tonight."

"What if I want to get my arse kicked?" Madison replies as they walk towards their bedrooms.

Cheryl kicks the teen's arse playfully.

"Hey!" Madison pouts and rubs her bum, "Wasn't actually being serious-"

"Who's got you in such a good mood? Your boyfriend?" Cheryl wiggles her eyebrows.

"No," Madison rolls her eyes.

They stop at the teen's bedroom.

"Your girlfriend," Kimberley joins in on the teasing.

"No, go away!" She's ready to go into the bedroom, but Cheryl grabs her quickly and pulls her into a cuddle.

"Where's me goodnight?" Cheryl shakes her playfully.

"Let go!" Madison giggles; Kimberley watches this with a smile.

Madison was bringing happiness into a home that was once filled with unknown sadness.

"Get," Cheryl smacks her bum and turns her around, smacking it once again.

"Minor Cheryl! I'm a minor! Stop touching me inappropriately-"

"We're not going over the pedophile speech again. Goodnightttttt" Cheryl sings.

"Whatever," Madison huffs, "Goodnight Kimba." She mindlessly steps closer to the smiling blonde and gives her a kiss against the cheek.

"No goodnights for you-" Cheryl cuts off the cheeky teen.

"That's rude-"

"I'm rude, deal with it. Goodnightttttt" She mimics the Geordie and shuts the bedroom door behind her.

She enters her new haven.

"Did you see that? She didn't even kiss us goodnight," Cheryl complains as they enter their own bedroom.

Kimberley's expression never changing from complete and utter bliss.

"She called me Kimba.. Again."

"Yeah, she's been doing that all night." Cheryl giggles at her wifes face.

"All night?" Kimberley frowns.

They enter the ensuite together, brushing their teeth and washing their faces.

"Talked to her outside," Cheryl speaks with a mouthful of toothpaste.

"She's growing on us," She says before gargling water.

"I want to ask you something.. But I don't want to upset you.." Kimberley sets her toothbrush down and waits for Cheryl to finish rinsing her mouth.

"What's up?" Cheryl straightens up and leans against the marble sink.

"Erm," Kimberley clears her throat. "Do you think.. I don't know it's stupid-"

"Baby, what is it?" Cheryl suddenly grows worried with her wife's uneasy state.

"I just," She can't put her words together; it was always easy to talk to Cheryl. But right now, she couldn't breathe.

"I was thinking like," Kimberley shrugs. "Don't you think she looks like you?"

"Who?" Cheryl asks naively.

"Madison." Cheryl laughs to her wife's words.

"Why are you laughing?" She frowns.

"She has parents baby," Cheryl continues her laughter.

"Right," Kimberley joins in and releases a few laughs.

"But she does look like you no?"

Cheryl nods with a pout.

"A little, yeah I guess." She shrugs and wipes her makeup off, Kimberley watches her intensely.

"You're staring," Cheryl speaks, but her eyes never shift from her reflection.

"I like staring." Kimberley waits until the used makeup wipe is thrown away and gently grabs her wife by the waist.

"What are you after Mrs?" The Geordie raises her eyebrow; Kimberley simply gazes at the beautiful woman currently wrapped up in her arms.

"What?" Cheryl giggles, a blush working it's way to her cheeks.

"You're bloody gorgeous, that's what." Her cheeks burn up with bashfulness.

"Kimba," She whines. "You're embarrassing us."

Kimberley giggles and claims her lips.

"So bloody gorgeous," She murmurs into the passionate kiss, her arms grow tighter with cultivating hunger.

Cheryl parts her lips, allowing the blonde to claim her mouth completely. With her arms now wrapped around Kimberley's neck, their bodies press firmly as one.

After years of being together, Cheryl's heart still skips when Kimberley looked at her with hankering eyes.

Kimberley's quick to lift her wife up into her arms, Cheryl swiftly enveloping her legs around the firm waist.

Their tongues never stop merging.

Kimberley walks them into the large bedroom, gently settling them down on the plush bed. Their arms still cling tightly to each other as they shuffle around with their lips still locked - tongues never stopping.

"Mmm" Cheryl moans; the touches Kimberley was now gracing were sending shockwaves through her.

"What do you want tonight baby?" Kimberley asks breathlessly, her hand already reaching out for the drawer filled with sex toys.

"No baby," Cheryl stops her. "I can't keep quiet with those!" She hisses, her eyes growing in horror.

"I'll use a small one-"

"No Kimba," She groans. "I'm being serious right now. We've got a house full of girls.. Please not tonight."

Kimberley sighs and gives in.

"Fine," She huffs. "What do you want then?" Her hands working again; and taking off Cheryl's nightwear.

"Mm just your lips-"

"Which ones?" She winks, getting a giggle from her the Geordie.

"You're bloody annoying," Kimberley sits up on her knees and removes her own top.

Cheryl lies beneath her, taking in Kimberley's revealed breasts.

She beckons her back down with a motion of a finger.

"What?" Kimberley smiles, their mounds press together with a content sigh.

"That feels so good.. Mmm" Cheryl bites her lower lip, Kimberley working away at the Geordie's neck.

"I'll never get sick of this feeling," She continues her admiration. The blonde smiles against the tasteful skin, her lips trailing down and claiming a nipple.

Nibbling away.

"Yes," Cheryl breathes, her fingers now grasping the honey locks.

"That's it," She hisses, her teeth clench together in hopes not to scream out in pleasure.

Kimberly teasingly bites down on the erect nipple, getting a vulgar growl.

"Mm I love that.. But don't do - fcuk! Don't it anymore baby!" Kimberley regardlessly does it again; she can hear the pleasure sounding through the moans Cheryl was currently expressing.

"Baby.. Ah! I'm going to scREAM! Stop!" She pushes a grinning Kimberley off, giving her a disapproving look.

"It's not funny Kimba! I told you we've got a full house!" She scowls at her. "No sex tonight!" Cheryl huffs and turns to her side.

Kimberley falls back atop of her wife, lips still working away.

"Aw, baby," She giggles. "I'm sorry.. Okay I wont bite your little sweeties anymore-"

"Little sweeties!? My nipples aren't little sweeties I'll have you know-"

"Taste like sweeties," Cheryl forces her smile back. "Mmm my favourite sweeties.. Can I have some?"

Cheryl shakes her head.

"Not even a little wittle nibble?" Kimberley pushes, her finger trails and circles around the erect nipple.

"Little toffees is what they are. Mmm.. I love them." She breathes into the Geordies ear, knowing how much it drove her crazy.

"Fcuk" Cheryl finds herself giving in; she turns over and allows her wife to claim her nipples once again.

"Uh," She bites her lower lip, hands grasping honey locks again.

Kimberley was an animal when it came to sex, she couldn't get enough of Cheryl's skin. The need to touch every inch grew with greed; her hands tug and pull, grasp and grip to every limb - needing to feel her.

"Mm yes.. Baby, right there." She loved hearing the Geordie's voice in bed, it always grew with grit when pleasure aroused.

"You gonna stay nice and quiet for me love?" Cheryl nods, her teeth imprinting into her lower lip.

"Oh god," She gulps.

Kimberley removes the offending material blocking her from the moist cunt she'd soon be indulging in.

"Fast? Or slow? How do you want it-"

"Enough of the chitchat for fcuks sake Kimberley! Just do it!" She practically cries.

"Ooo feisty," She growls. "I love it,"

Cheryl is unable to contain herself for much longer; she throws her legs over Kimberley's shoulders and jerks her in where she needed her most.

"Now!" She snarls.

"So sexy when you get this way," Kimberley whispers, placing a kiss to the wet center. "Oh so sexy," She repeats, her lips coating in her wife's juices.

"P-Please.. Please baby. Please!" She cries, her tears trickle with need.

"Shh," Kimberley gives in to the sound of desperation, the taste Cheryl exuded was unlike anything she'd ever taste. It was addicting nectar; it was her addiction.

She eats her with hunger.

Her hands grasp to the rocking hips, pulling her in closer; her face now fully in the warm cunt.

She wiggles her face back and forth into the soaking center.

"Uh!" Cheryl cries out in pleasure, her fingers twist the hard buds.

She's ready to come undone.

Kimberley's tongue works magic, lapping and thrusting against the pink fleshed flaps, the hole stretches and molds to her strong tongue.

"Mm yes! Mhmmm yess! Fcuk!" Cheryl grunts one last time, her world becomes into a buzzing sound, blacking her surrounding with unconsciousness.

Spurts of pleasure explode in the pit of her stomach.

Her world is silent.

Heart rate slows down, each thump is felt in her p*ssy, now being cleaned up by Kimberley's tongue.

The blonde comes up for air, her chin glistens with Cheryl's pleasured evidence.

"C'mere" Cheyrl whispers, her limbs unable to move.

She's shattered.

"You okay?" Kimberley giggles and kisses her wife.

"Give us some," The Geordie croaks, she opens her mouth. Kimberley instantly knows what her wife wants, with just a few words uttered.

She slips her tongue into the awaiting mouth and allows her to suck down on it.

Like a child needing their pacifier.

"So good," Cheryl breathes. It was a sweet taste, Kimberley's tongue; moist mixed with her juices.

It was intoxicating.

"I'd fcuk you.. But cant. I'm sorry." Cheryl grunts, allowing the blonde to spoon her from behind her.

"Its alright love," Kimberley giggles and places a kiss to her shoulder.

"There's always tomorrow."

"Mm goodnight, love you." Cheryl whispers.

"Goodnight, love you."

I love you so much. Kimberley mentally speaks with a content smile on her lips.

So much.
