This is my second hated season behind rebooted. It's poorly written, brings the Nya drama back and the characters do stupid things for the sake of the plot! So infuriating. 

(Third Person P.O.V)

The remaining members of the Ninja's team had regrouped at Yang Tavern, located in downtown New Ninjago City.

It is a small pub where the low life of Ninjago gather and is notorious for its Slither Pit fights.

"Where is he?" I'm so tired of sneaking around." Kai demanded, looking around the pub, waiting for Jay to arrive.

"Easy, Kai. We're all itching to get back into action. But so far two of our own have gone missing, and none of us has yet to lay an eye on him." Lloyd said trying to calm down the Ninja of Fire.

Cole let out a frustrated sigh. "It's taking him a while to get here. Do you think Jay's ok?"

"Uh, why wouldn't he be?" Kai asked slightly confused.

"Well, Nya said he ran off on her, meaning that he was alone, didn't Sensei Wu and Misako disappear when they were alone? You don't think something happened to Jay, do you?" Cole questioned.

"Cole, I think you're just overreacting. I'm sure Jay is fine." Lloyd advised.

"But what if he's not fine! This whole thing with Nadakhan and being fugitives has got me REALLY stressed out, and when is the food going get here!?" Cole started to complain.

"Cole, we just sent Nya to order our food like two minutes ago." Lloyd said.

"I eat when I'm stressed, Lloyd!" Cole argued back. Nya returned to the table. "They'll bring it to our table." Nya informed them.

"We haven't been able to find Nadakhan's ship anywhere. Any ideas?" Lloyd asked the group.

"He could be anywhere! We have no idea where he could show up." Cole announced as he stuffed his face.

"Heh, heh, yeah." Nya responded nervously. Luckily, none of the others seemed to notice her suspicious behaviour.

"If only we knew someone who has faced a Djinn and could tell us what to expect." Zane said with a heavy sigh.

Jay walked into the pub followed by Echo and a highly, reluctant (Y/N).

"(Y-Y/N)." Nya chokes out in shock and jealousy at seeing her again. (Y/N) just ignored that tone in Nya's voice.

"Hi, brother." Echo said to Zane and waved at each other. "Hey guys, sorry we're late." Jay said walking up to the table along with Echo and (Y/N).

Jay and Echo sat at the table but (Y/N) didn't, just leaning against the wall. The Ninjas had to collectively pick their jaws off the floor at seeing her again.

The Ninjas look to Jay, the looks on their faces asking how he'd managed to convince her to come.

Jay still nervous about his whole encounter with Nadakhan, blurted out. "I encountered Nadakhan he tried to make me wish but I resisted."

"You encountered Nadakhan?" Zane questioned. Jay nodded. "I-I found out I was adopted." Jay croaked out.

"Wait. What?" The Ninjas gasped. "I got a letter saying my dad died." Jay informed them and Nya went pail. "I ran home, and my parents informed me that I was adopted."

"Oh, Jay." Cole said. "I'm so sorry for you." Zane apologised and patted Jay on the back.

"So I went to go check this place out. To uh... To see who my birth dad was." Jay recounted to the Ninjas. "My mum had (Y/N) and Echo come with me."

"So while we're on the subject why was (Y/N) there?" Cole asked, nodding his head slightly in (Y/N) and Echo's direction.

(Y/N) didn't do anything for a few moments before Echo spoke for them."(Y/N) had a chunk of Vengestone embedded in her left hand." Echo explained and (Y/N) quickly shushed Echo.

"Vengestone? How did that happen?" Zane questioned noticing (Y/N)'s bandaged left hand.

"Cole's wish about Vengestone." Echo called out answering Zane's question. "Her Vengestone sword suddenly exploded and a shard impaled her."

"She was babbling incoherently for six hours." Echo continued before (Y/N) could stop him.

Cole breathed out his voice a bit low and he sounded quite guilty, feeling quite stupid watching as (Y/N) eyes just narrowed more.

"Listen, I know you're mad at us and I'm mad at myself, we shouldn't have-" Cole started to choke on his words.(Y/N) turned slowly with narrowed eyes at him and lightly growls.

 "No." (Y/N) snapped coldly out at him making the Elemental Master of Earth, flinch.

"Information. Only." (Y/N) spat venomously, before Jay took over.

"M-my mum convinced her to speak with us, she has information on Djinn. That's the only reason she's here. I don't think we should push our luck." Jay informed them in a very serious tone.

(Y/N) just started droning out what she'd had told Jay, with a very unenthusiastically tone. Before turning around and starting to leave.

Echo saw that (Y/N) was leaving and followed after her not before waving goodbye to his older brother.

"I wish Sensei Wu were here to guide us." Lloyd bitterly sighed, with slightly teary eyes.

"No! Don't say that word!" Nya screamed at Lloyd. This got everyone's attention.

"I mean, why wish when we have everything we need right here, right? Haha. Go, Ninja, go?" Nya said coving up her slip up.

Everyone in the tavern looks at their direction. "Nice going. You blew our cover." Cole growled at the Water Ninja in training.

"No, she didn't." Jay said as he points to the TV.

Man on TV: "I don't know why this is news anymore, but Ninjago City's once again under attack by pirates. Or dare I say, Sky Pirates?"

The footage showed a flying pirate ship flying through Ninjago City. An anchor below started dragging cars around as the pirates wreaked havoc upon the city.

"We have to help!" Zane said. "But we're fugitives." Cole argued trying to remind them. "If we go out there, there's a high chance we will be caught again."

"That doesn't matter. We're Ninjas and it's our job to protect the innocent" Lloyd declared.

"And Soto said the map is on that ship. If we wanna stop Nadakhan, we need it." Nya said pointing back to the T.V.

"Well, what are we waiting for? I thought we were all itching to get back into action." Kai responded and the Ninjas suited up and made their way into the city.

(Third Person P.O.V)

(Y/N) had a bad feeling and turned to Echo, handing her book to Echo. Echo took the offered book with confusion.

"Something very bad is about to upset the balance, take my book and go find the others and protect our people." (Y/N) instructed the copper Nindroid.

Echo nodded that he understood her order and left to find Ronin and Dareth.

(Y/N) made her way into the city, shadowing the Ninjas as they went after the Misfortune's Keep.

(Third Person P.O.V)

The police gathered at an intersection. "Pull your flying vehicle over now!" The police Commissioner shouted at the Misfortune's Keep.

"So they finally fixed our offices." A Business Woman said admiring the buildings. Then she saw the Misfortune's Keep.

"Oh, not again!" The Business Woman screamed in frustration.

"I-It's been too long, Captain." Clancee said. "It has, hasn't it?" Nadakhan agreed and signalled to start shooting the cannons.

The Misfortune's Keep was in the middle of the city by now and had started shooting cannons at buildings. The Ninjas ran through the rooftops to the wreckage in the city.

They arrived at a building close to where the Misfortune's Keep was flying by. "Alright guys, for our own safety, travel in pairs." Lloyd ordered. "Don't forget, we need that map."

"I forget, what did the map look like again?" Kai asked. "Soto said it was on a lantern, look for a lantern." Zane reminded his dim brother.

The Ninjas jumped down to the streets. Lloyd and Cole landed in front of the police who were attempting to take the ship down.

"Protect the people, commissioner," Lloyd ordered. "We'll take care of the pirates." Lloyd and Cole then ran off towards the ship.

"Why didn't you arrest them?" The police Commissioner shouted at his fellow officers."It sounds like they were trying to help." Simon stammered.

"You might be soft, but I'm not." The police Commissioner shouted taking off after the Ninjas.

Kai and Jay were on their way to the ship. As they were running, one of the pirates threw an explosive barrel at the two of them.

"Look out!" Jay yelled jumping back, but Kai jumped over it and kept going. The barrel exploded separating them.

"I'm ok." Jay announced. "I'm going after that lantern!" Kai stated before running off towards the ship.

"Kai, wait! We're supposed to stay together!" Jay tried to remind, getting back up. But Kai was already gone without him.

Jay was stopped when one of the pirates jumped down in front of him. Jay was surprised to see it was a green Serpentine.

"N-not so fast Ninjas!" Clancee said trying to be confident but failing. "Mm-my name's Clancee and I'm not letting you get to the C-Captain."

"I don't have time for this." Jay complained and started spinning, activating his spinjitzu and sucked Clancee into the tornado. Clancee was thrown back and Jay continued running after Kai.

The Misfortune's Keep's anchor destroyed the road, digging through it with ease.

"That is not cool. But this is! Ice!" Zane said and uses his shurikens, but Flintlocke shot them.

"Now it's my turn." Flintlocke declared reaming his gun. Nya took off her hood, shocking Flintlocke and preventing him from firing allowing Zane and Nya to make it on board The Misfortune's Keep.

While Flintlocke was distracted with Zane and Nya (Y/N) made her way aboard the Misfortune's Keep, undetected by both parties.

(Third Person P.O.V)

Cole and Lloyd climbed onto the rooftops but were ambushed by two of Nadakhan's crew members, one of them had a mask like-face with a smile, the other was a tall and buff woman.

"Boy, you're really ugly." Cole gagged at the tall and buff woman. "I'm not a boy. I'm a lady." Dogshank hissed at Cole with murderous intent.

"Cole, get to the ship! I'll take care of these two." Lloyd instructed. "I got it." Cole assured using his Airjitzu, he jumped on top of a nearby billboard and then onto the ship.

As Cole managed to infiltrate the ship, he made himself vanish and snuck up behind the one firing all the cannons, a small mechanical monkey.

Cole reappeared and threw the monkey off the ship. "Bad monkey. Now, where is the lantern? It's got to be here somewhere." Cole said to himself wiping his hands together.

Cole walked around the ship trying to look for it and eventually made his way to the navigation room, looking around when he suddenly heard a voice.

"I ain't afraid to shoot you where you stand." Flintlocke spoke.

Cole quickly turned around and saw a man with a big moustache and a gun pointed right at him. Before Cole could react, the gun fired, shooting a bullet right for Cole's chest.

Cole braced himself for the impact, but the bullet just fazed right through him.

The bullet bounced around the whole room until it finally smashed through a glass container that contained the Realm Crystal. The Realm Crystal shattered and the shards fell to the ground.

"You shot the Realm Crystal!" Cole shouted. "Well, you made me miss!" Flintlocke yelled back.

Cole looked back at the shattered glass case and noticed the lantern sitting behind it. He quickly grabbed it and began running away.

Flintlocke continued to try and shoot at Cole, but to no prevail.

"I got it! Let's get out of here!" Cole explained. Jay nodded and followed close behind Cole with the Smith sibling and Zane guarding their exit.

Cole ran onto the main deck, with Jay right behind him, when Nadakhan returned with his crew in a puff of orange smoke.

Flintlocke came charging up onto the main deck and spotted Nadakhan. Just as Lloyd made his way on board.

"Captain! They destroyed the Realm Crystal!" Flintlocke shouted to Nadakhan.

"Oh, good now we don't have to worry about (Y/N) finding out about the Realm Crystal." Kai said with a huge sigh of relief.

"Um... Kai." Zane interrupted tapping Kai on the shoulder to point out the calmly enraged (Y/N) above them, dangling on the roof of the opening of the main deck.

Cole panicked and turned invisible. "Start talking." (Y/N) said in a cold tone that would give hardened killers nightmares as she dropped down from the roof.

(Third Person P.O.V)

In Chen's Noodle House, Ronin and Dareth are eating their plates of noodles with Skylor behind the counter, watching TV as the pair finishes off their meal.

The two eat in silence until Dareth asks a question. "They're probably fine, right?" Dareth questioned referring to Echo and (Y/N).

"Probably." Ronin shrugged optimistically, with his question answered, Dareth turns back to his noodles.

"Everything ok?" Skylor asked the pair. Ronin sighed sadly picking at his meal instead of eating it.

"We're just worried about two of our friends." Dareth said slurping down some noddles.

"I'm sure they are fine." Skylor responds with a warm, comforting smile.

On TV: "Coming up next. here's the latest song from Ninjago's number 1# band the Treble Makers."

"Hey, mind turning that up?" Dareth asked Skylor who turned up the volume on the TV as requested.

"You two fans or something?" Skylor questioned the thief and the Zoojitzu Master.

"They're actually our friends and (Y/N)'s also Dareth's student." Ronin tells Skylor, with Dareth nodding along in agreement.

Skylor's eyes went so wide that it looked like they were going to fall out of there sockets. "You two know (Y/N)?"

"Yeah." Ronin admitted to Skylor. "Are you two Elemental Masters, as well?" Skylor questioned the pair."No." They both answered. It wasn't the first time they had to answer that question.

There was a chime at the door and Captain Soto stepped in.Captain Soto grumbled a greeting and ordered some noodles.

Skylor nodded and went to serving some fresh noodles to the new customer, as the T.V showed the new music video.

As the song finished playing Ronin and Dareth looked at one and other. "I have a bad feeling about this, Ronin." Dareth said slightly panicked.

"I know I felt it too." Ronin acknowledged as Echo came running into the Noodle House.

"Echo?! What's wrong where's (Y/N)!?" Dareth questioned the NindroidCaptain Soto who had never seen a copper Nindroid was staring in awe of Echo and Skylor came to see what the fuss was about.

"Echo, why do you have (Y/N)'s book?" Ronin asked in alarm. (Y/N) never let anyone near that thing and now a frantic Echo was holding it trying his best to stay in one piece.

"Sky pirates are attacking the city." Echo managed to get out before he fell to pieces before everyone.

The T.V cut to breaking news: Ninjago City's once again under attack by pirates. Or should I say, Sky Pirates?"

"Why do we keep coming here?" Ronin said as Dareth started trying to put Echo back together in a frantic rush.
