The Ninja's were having no luck handing out flyers. "I see no one else is having any luck." Jay stated looking at the stacks of flyer they were all still holding.

"It's as if they think I'm passing out a communicable disease, I mean sure I have a cold sore but it's hardly contagious." Kai sighed and all the ninja then backed away from Kai. "What? What!" Kai demanded.

"Maybe if we use our powers, we can get this over with." Cole said seeing no other way. "But Sensei gave us strict instructions not to use our elemental powers." Zane objected.

"Well, Sensei's not here and what he doesn't know won't hurt him." Kai stated proudly.

So with that the Ninja's began to use their powers to promote Steep Wisdom to the people of Ninjago just as strange wind began to blow through the city.

The truck Cole was holding above his head suddenly collapsed on top of him. "Someone give me a hand." Cole pleaded.

Jay and Kai tried to help Cole. "My powers there not working!" Kai said panicked. "Mine, neither! " Jay said suddenly filled with dread.

"What do you mean your powers aren't working wait if our powers are gone, that means..." Cole gasped and a three of them looked up at Zane who was plummeting towards the ground.

Zane hit the ground with such force he left a Zane shaped hole in the street. "Ouch, I told you we shouldn't use our powers." Zane groaned as he climbed out of the hole.

"We've got to go see Sensei!" Jay declared and the Ninja bolted back to the Steep Wisdom Tea shop.

(Third Person P.O.V)

When the ninja made it back to the Tea shop they discovered a group of very angry Serpentine yelling for the Ninja and Wu to "Come out and face them." and "Lloyd was in serious trouble this time."

Sensei Wu came out of the shop absolutely confused about the group of enraged Serpentine.

"What are you talking about what has my nephew done?" Sensei Wu said calmly stroking his beard.

"He's attacked the Treble Makers and kidnapped (Y/N)." An angry Hypnobrai hissed.

"Lloyd did what?" Jay gasped. "I knew he was taking (Y/N)'s absence a lot harder than the rest of us, especially after his dad's death but I never thought he'd take it this far." Kai stated and led the charge to see Sensei Wu.

"Sensei Wu! Sensei Wu! We were getting the word out!" Kai shouted as he ran trough the crowd of Serpentine. "And then there was this wind!" Cole cut in as he pushed his way through the crowd.

"And our powers disappeared." Zane said making it through with Jay right behind him. "You were using your powers!" Sensei Wu said sternly.

"Yeah, yeah. I know we're terrible students. But what happened to our powers?!" Jay shouted as the wind became stronger.

"If your powers are gone, then something must have happened to -" Sensei Wu began as he was cut off by one of the Serpentine shouting. "It's Lloyd!" and pointing at the green dragon coming for a landing.

The Serpentine swarmed toward Lloyd intent on beat the boy senseless. The ninja's followed them intent on protecting Lloyd from the Serpentines retribution.

"I know that wind. That's not Lloyd! Stop!" Sensei Wu shouted after them.

The green dragon remained and one of its passengers climbed off. "(Y/N), stay exactly where you are." Morro ordered the ghostly green seashell locket gave off an eerie glow that matched the green aura around (Y/N) keeping her in place.

Morro stormed towards the mob and took off his hood. "Step aside." Morro declared. "Whoa, Lloyd's gone through puberty." Jay muttered to his brothers.

"Release General Arcturus' Great-Granddaughter!" A Constrictai ordered and the mob behind him shouted in support.

Morro raised an eyebrow to this and looked back at (Y/N) with a mild look of surprise.

"Lloyd! What's wrong with you?!" Jay shouted at the Green Ninja. "I want a word with your Master." Morro demanded.

"I sense some kind of foreign entity has taken over his body so the question isn't what but who's gotten into him." Zane warned his brothers and the Serpentine. "And now it has (Y/N)!" Cole shouted.

The Serpentine charged forward but the wind throw them backwards to the ninja's feet before they could get close enough to the dragon.

"Whoever you are whatever beef you have with Sensei, you have with us! Let Lloyd go and give us back (Y/N)." Kai ordered.

Morro cracked his neck and laughed "I'm Morro Master of the wind." Morro decreed. Lloyd's hair turned black and his skin had a greenish tint to it and blasted them with wind that sent them flying.

"How are we suppose to fight a friend?" Cole asked his brothers as the last of the Serpentine got to there feet once more.

"Great, we don't have powers but he does!" Jay complained. "Well, we may not have powers, but we still know a little thing called spinjitzu. Ninja go!" Cole declared.

The ninja ran at Morro but he was able to get rid of them all. Morro laughed evilly as Kai ran up behind him but he hesitated to hit him... would Lloyd feel the pain as well?

But Morro stopped him by using the wind and Kai went flying backward and into the tea shop wall.

"Kai!" Nya shouted and went to her brother. The Serpentine had surrounded the dragon and were trying to pry (Y/N) off of it but she was held in place by some unknown force.

"Ninja go!" Cole shouted he tired using Spinjitzu but Morro stopped him like he did Kai.

"Our spinjitzu is worthless against the wind." Jay shouted to Zane who came running into battle with his shurikens.

"Shurikens...Cute. Try this on for size!" Morro laughed and he used the windmill and it slammed into the ninja.

The shop door flew open Morro used a gust of wind to blow his way into the shop. "Get Out!" Nya shouted as Morro.

Morro paused for a moment and sifted through Lloyd's memories as to who she was.

"Ah, I know you. You're Nya, the harlot that tried to con the Elemental Masters into killing (Y/N)." Morro chuckled sinisterly.

"I'll take you on any time!" Nya shouted her pride slightly wounded.

"I should really be thanking you. If you hadn't been so backstabbing (Y/N) wouldn't have been unprotected and I would have never been able to defeat her and take control of her." Morro mocked before turning his head in (Y/N)'s direction.

"(Y/N), punish Nya!" Morro ordered with a twisted grin. To the Serpentine surprise (Y/N) leapt of the elemental dragon and raced inside the tea shop her movements were mechanical she was like a marionette and Morro was the puppeteer.

"She must be under some form of control." A Hypnobrai hissed. "What do we do?" A Fangpyre questioned. "We have no choice we retreat for now till we find a way to free (Y/N) from this Morro's control." The Hypnobrai admitted.

"Why do ninja always cheat." The Fangpyre spat and ordered the retreat for now.

Nya was thrown backwards into some shelves by (Y/N). "Nya! Enough Morro it's me you want." Sensei Wu shouted. "Not you just your father's staff." Morro corrected his former Sensei.

"I see you've found the allied armour, Morro yet, you haven't summoned your friends." Sensei Wu commented. "Your pathetic students haven't given me a reason to." Morro spat back.

(Y/N) smashed a glass jar over Nya's head as she was getting to her feet. "Why take control of (Y/N), As long as you left the Serpentine alone she would not have come to stop you." Sensei Wu asked his former pupil.

"My master ordered it. Though I'm quite happy to have destiny herself under my control." Morro mocked the Sensei.

"You want the staff, try to take it!" Sensei Wu challenged Morro leapt at Sensei Wu. (Y/N) grabbed ahold of Nya and flung her into the counter breaking it into splinters.

Sensei Wu as pushed up against a shelf. "You've gotten old, you used to be a great sensei now your just a petty shopkeep." Morro taunted the elderly Sensei.

"With age comes wisdom." Sensei Wu responded as he escaped Morro's grasp but the staff rolled out of his hand and a message was left in the dust.

"A secret message engraved on the staff." Sensei Wu gasped. "The staff of the first Spinjitzu Master." Morro said and sized the old staff.

"(Y/N) we're leaving, now!" Morro ordered said as (Y/N) pushed a shelf on top of Nya.

The ninja went to follow but Sensei Wu stopped them. "We will not win this fight today." Sensei Wu warned as Morro summoned a dragon and (Y/N) followed his order and went with him.

"Spill it, Sensei! What just happened back there, and what have they done to Lloyd and (Y/N)?!" Jay demanded tapped his foot impatiently. "Yeah, sensei. Who was that?" Cole asked as Sensei Wu let out a long sigh.

"We're all waiting for an answer." Jay angerly shouted. "You five were not my first pupils." Sensei Wu explained. "There was one before you. Morro the master of wind." Sensei Wu sadly admitted.

(Third Person P.O.V)

Morro tightened his arm around (Y/N)'s waist slightly a (Y/N) held onto the staff for him.

He silently sighed under his breath and hugged her a little tighter pulling her gently towards his chest.

Once they were safely far enough away they would make camp for the night and Morro would see for himself just what made (Y/N) tick.
