The next round of the Tournament had begun and (Y/N) and Dareth were nowhere to be found. Master Chen was furious about this and throwing a fit that his future wife was nowhere to found.

And ordered all of the fighters inside a blimp to start the match.

Shade was trying hard to hide the bemused look on his face when he caught sight of his opponents.

"What are you looking at?" The Master of Speed spat at the Master of Shadows.

Shade was looking at the cast the Master of Speed had on his leg.

Shade let out a chuckle The Master of Speed along with the Masters of Mind, Light and Fire were all wounded from there battle with the other person they had all accused that night.

Despite the Master of Speeds obvious injury, the other Masters were sporting some themselves.

Rumour was that the Master of Light was sporting some rope burns from trying to get out of his entrapment. Though if he was he was hiding them indirectly with his powers.

The Master of Fire had a black eye and a split lip. While the Master of Mind was sporting a concussion.

"The next ones out of the tournament." Shade proclaimed to the four of them.

"Uh, heh. Why so scared to show us your arm, Shade? Worried we're gonna find a tattoo and know you're working for Chen?" Kai replied with a stuck up look on his bruised face.

Shade burst out into laughter. "Didn't you lot accuse that nice girl from last night of being Chen's spy ." Shade lectured with a twisted smile as he watches the four bristle at that. "How did that work out for you?"

"Do you mind?" Skylor responded sounding annoyed but Shade just ignored Skylor and continued his verbal assault.

"I mean she must really hate all of you now." Shade countered with sadistic glee as Lloyd's and Jay's faces fell.

"I don't know about you but I'm glad she not mad at me." Shade continued Sensei Garmadon put his hand on his son's shoulder to steady him.

"I'm surprised that she didn't go running into Chen's arms after you all did that to her." Shade proceeded Lloyd and Jay both growled at him.

"Maybe after Chen's done making a fool of himself to that girl maybe I should ask her out." Lloyd and Jay both lost their tempers and sessed Shade by his collar and throat.

But Shade didn't stop. "After all we have so much in common now that you've all tried to attack her over something she didn't do."

Sensei Garmadon had to pull Lloyd and Jay away from Shade. "Tensions are high." Sensei Garmadon stated trying to calm the two.

"I've had enough of this. I can't stand heights, Where's Chen?" Neuro warranted and he walked to the front of the blimp and opened the door. The pilot's seat was empty.

There was a video screen that switched on though.

"How do I know if this thing's on? I'm on right now? Hello, final eight. I see you are all eager for the tournament to commence so one of you can win my Staff of Elements."

"Instead of fighting for a Jade Blade, today you will be fighting for something different." Master Chen announced and the picture changed from his face to a girl running.

"Nya!" Kai uttered in fear. "You know her?" Skylor asked. "She's my sister." Kai whispered back. "We have an uninvited guest on the island." Master Chen continued.

"And she must be holding the proof that will stop Chen." Kai muttered, "Find her and you will automatically move onto the final found." Master Chen finished.

"He wants us all to hunt her down? She won't stand a chance." Lloyd yelped.

"Then we have to tell her before anyone else does." Kai responded as all of the ninjas pull up their masks.

"In 10 seconds the bottom will drop." Master Chen proclaimed. All aboard gasped.

"But to show you I'm not a bad man, I've given you eight parachutes." Master Chen announced as all of them screamed and ran for the parachutes that were hanging on hooks on the wall.

"Sensei Garmadon is there? Shoot, that makes nine. Oh well, I was never good at maths." Master Chen stated as the floor began to open.

"That guy's love for trap doors is seriously getting on my nerves!" Jay shouted as the floor opened and they all fell towards the earth.

(Third Person P.O.V)

Speaking of earth (Y/N) and Dareth were underneath it in the tunnels in search of Zane.

Dareth was carrying (Y/N)'s guitar for protection. He wanted to be a guitarist. But never learned to play for real though he had however mastered the art of air guitar to perfection.

"Are you sure you want to do this (Y/N)? What about the others?" Dareth gulped. "Not my problem." (Y/N) answered. "This place and its people are all about looking out for number one and that's what I'm going to do."

"And that means?" Dareth asked. "Find Zane deliver him to Echo then hunt down Clouse for that book with my only chance to get home in it." (Y/N) answered like a drill instructor.

"(Y/N), I'm sorry that the ninja and those elemental master guys hurt you." Dareth spoke quietly trailing behind (Y/N).

"That is none of your concern Dareth you are not at fault you should not be apologising." (Y/N) answered not looking back at Dareth.

"I know... It's just you deserve to hear that from someone today and if no one's going to do the right thing I will." Dareth declared proudly puffing out his chest.

"You're a good man Dareth... No wonder children like you. You possess a kind heart. It is you're greatest power." (Y/N) stated bring a smile to Dareth's face.

"Hum, The Brown Ninja. The Ninja of Heart. Not bad." Dareth agreed with a child like smile.

"It would explain you're ability to talk to animals." (Y/N) pointed out. "It's called Zoojitzu." Dareth explained with a nod.

"Hey, it useful. I heard from one of the children that you saved her from a shark by talking to it." (Y/N) responded to the puffed up Brown Ninja.

"Ah, that would be little Sally. Sweet child. Good student." Dareth recalled thinking back on his young students. He would have to do something nice for the girl when he got back.

Dareth continued to prattle on unaware of the eyes watching them from the shadows.
