"Um... Hi Mum, Hi Dad." Jay said with a strained smile.

"I believe a big Uh-oh is in order." Zane said looking up at Past (Y/N).

"And this is our son, Jay he's a Ninja!" Past Ed says happily picking Jay up off the ground.

"My baby boy! It's been so long!" Past Edna said smothering Jay in a motherly hug. "Mum. Company." Jay cried out as he struggled to breathe.

"It's about time you came to the junkyard for a visit." Past Ed says with a smile ruffling Jay's hair.

"Oh, Ed. He's here now." Past Edna teased her husband.

"Jay's been out there fighting dragons, and looking for weapons. I couldn't be more proud!" Past Edna recounted to Past (Y/N) with motherly tears in her eyes.

Past (Y/N) studied the lovey dovy couples expression against one and other for any hint of deception.

The lovey dovy couple showed no sign of knowing their son and his Allie were hiding something from them.

"Oh, and who is this." Past Ed asked slapping Zane on the back. "He's Zane, he's on the team." Jay answered for Zane.

Past (Y/N) ears prick up at the mention of a team. Where there more hiding in the shadows of the towers of junk and scrap.

"Oh, you three must be hungry how about I got get us all some sandwiches to nibble on?" Past Edna said walking off to the trailer to make some.

"We're so proud, Son." Past Ed says happily as he went to help his wife leaving Zane and Jay with Past (Y/N).

"So... (Y/N)... What's with the hole?" Jay asked nodded his head towards the hole.

Past (Y/N) answered with cold silence.

"Um..." Jay wasn't sure what to do and looked at Zane.

"Miss (Y/N), we have yet to formally meet or be introduced in this timeline but we need your help." Zane admitted at Past (Y/N).

"Zane! Why?!" Jay chocked out trying to find logic in what his teammate was doing. "Did you listen when Cole said change one thing change everything?" Jay screamed shaking him.

"Yes, I did listen to our brother." Zane answered as Jay continued to shake him.

"But thanks to Garmadon meddling in the timestream many things have already been changed, if we hope to save Lloyd and (Y/N) from being permanently erased from life by Garmadon's meddling we will need (Y/N)'s help to do so." Zane pointed out to his brother who was shaking him the entire time.

"But..." Jay said letting go of Zane.

"No, but, brother you and I both know that honesty is the best way to tell (Y/N) anything no matter how painful or how dark. I know you are only trying to protect her but she needs to know what she is also up against in the future." Zane reasoned with his brother.

"Jay you entertain your family while I prove to miss (Y/N) that what I say is true." Zane reassured Jay. "I will also need your phone."

"My phone?" Jay questioned.

 ___Timeskip___ 

Kai had gone to talk to himself looking through his mirror. "Time to play my part. Sorry, Nya." Cole said as he put on a mask and picked up a bag.

Cole made his way into Nya's room. Past Nya woke up and screamed.

Cole covered her mouth and lifted her up bound her and put her into the bag, took the bag and left over the roof.

"Let me go, Skeleton!" Nya complained."Ugh! When my brother finds out about this, you'll be sorry!" Past Nya continues.

"Actually, he'll be quietly relieved." Cole says out loud to himself. Kai climbed up the wall and joined Cole in the escape."Let's get out of here!" Kai says taking the lead.

Past Sensei Wu and Past Kai came running out."They took Nya." Past Sensei Wu says trying really hard not to be relived.

"They took my sister?" Past Kai exclaimed. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!"

"We'll get your sister back."Past Sensei Wu says, patting Past Kai's back. "But first, I want you to meet your team." Past Sensei Wu says as Past Zane, Past Cole and Past Jay emerge.

"Looks like the fire returned. That just leaves one last thing." Kai says as he and Cole leave.

The skeletons were celebrating for no reason. Past Samukai wasn't happy though.

He scolded a skeleton who walked off and repeated what Samukai had said while making a mouth with his hand.

Kai and Cole dropped the bag with Past Nya inside right into his lap, then hid.

___Timeskip___ 

It was now dawn. The Past Ninjas were sleeping and Past Sensei Wu was sitting in a tree with Future Cole and Kai.

"Where are Jay and Zane? We still haven't heard anything from the pair since the last time they texted." Future Kai hissed getting impatient.

"I'm sure your friends will succeed in there mission... So what exactly happens next?"Past Sensei Wu asked the pair.

"Our old selves have most of the golden weapons, shadow Garmadon now should have my sister. And in about one minute I get woken up and tricked to take the sword of fire. That will release our greatest nemesis into Ninjago." Future Kai says.

"Ouch!" Future Jay hissed stepping on a rather painful rock. "Explain to me again why we couldn't get my folks to drop us off closer or take flashlights?" Future Jay hissed to Future Zane.

Past (Y/N) slip her hand over Future Jay's loud mouth and made the gesture for him to be quiet and pointed at the sleeping Past Ninja and the two future Ninja in the trees above them.

Past (Y/N) also made the gesture for the ones in the trees to be quiet. As she, Future Jay and Future Zane joined them.

Future Cole went to ask why (Y/N) was her but Zane cut him off. "We were found out miss (Y/N)'s past self has agreed to help save the future." Future Zane whispered to him.

Before anyone could say anything else Kai's past self got up and ran after an illusion that looked like his sister.

Past Kai ran to the temple of fire with the Future Ninja and Sensei Wu not far behind.

Past Kai spied his sister hanging from a rope in the ceiling.

"This is when I take the sword and cut down my sister. Then I get attacked by my own shadows." Past Kai informs the team.

A shadow of Garmadon appeared in front of Past Kai and Past Nya.

"You can't hurt us! You're just a shadow!" Past Kai hissed defiantly.

"This time I am so much more!" The shadow says.

"Wait. He never said that before." Future Kai warns. "Something's different."

The Garmadon from the Future walked out.

"G-Garmadon!? You're supposed to be trapped in the underworld!" Past Kai says.

"Oh, there's so much more you don't know." Future Garmadon laughs. "Go future me! Destroy him!" Shadow Garmadon yelled.

Past Kai and Future Garmadon fought.

"We have to do something! I don't stand a chance against Garmadon's four arms. Wait! That's it!" Kai says realising something.

Future Garmadon was hitting Past Kai's sword. Making him stumble backwards. Future Garmadon knocks Past Kai's sword out of his hands. Future Kai took the sword and stood in front of both Past and Future Garmadons.

"Two Kai's?" Shadow Garmadon hissed. "Oh that not all." Past (Y/N) declared leaping down from her vantage point with three other familiar Ninja.

"Hi, Future us." Past Jay shouts waving to his team's future selves.

"Don't get me wrong you ninja's will suffer for what they've done. But I do not appreciate being used or lied to or trying to kill me it really annoys  me." Past (Y/N) declared wilding her weapon.

"But people who lie, use and try to kill their own kids really pisses me off!" Past (Y/N) hisses at the Garmadon's.

Future Garmadon launched towards them with his mega-weapon. "Looks like my team has four arms too." Past Kai teases Future Garmadon.

(Y/N) rolled her eyes. "I will never be on a team with you. Kai." (Y/N) spat at both Kai's as she blocked an attack from Future Garamadon.

"Zane told her everything, everything." Future Jay informed Future Kai, Past Kai looked hurt and confused.

(Y/N) gave Garmadon a hard kick sending him sliding backwards. Future and Past Zane took over the frontal assault Future Garmadon stumble backwards into Past and Future Cole.

Future Jay noticed Past Kai confused look. "You're the biggest jerk in the world to her, Garmadon is probably better friends with her than you." Future Jay filled him in as Future and Past Cole wrestling with Garmadon for the mega weapon.

Garmadon threw Future Cole over himself sending him flying into Future Zane and Future Kai onto a rock in the middle of the lava. Future Jay landed on top of them.

"Any ideas how to stop this guy?" Future Jay groaned as he slid off his brothers.

"We should be able to rectify the damages to the time stream by destroying the mega weapon that brought us here in the first place." Future Zane theorised.

"You mean if we destroy that mega weapon, everything goes back to normal?" Future Kai asked.

"Uh... Theoretically." Future Zane answered.

"But nothing can destroy the mega weapon! Only a weapon of equal power has any chance to stop it." Future Cole remarked.

"Um... like the weapons that created it in the first place?" Past Jay said holding up his golden weapon.

"You all heard the smart one." Past  (Y/N) commanded with a knowing smile as she wrapped Future Garmadon in the chains of her weapon.

"No! What are you doing!" Future Garmadon screamed. Past (Y/N) gave him a smirk.

"Fire!" Past Kai shouted and shot fire at the mega weapon.

"Lightning!"

"Earth!"

"Ice!"

The mega weapon flew out of Garmadon's hands and was floating in the air. The golden weapons got caught in the energy being let off by the mega weapon.

The weapons charged through the stone ceiling towards the sky with a big crash and then an explosion was heard from the sky with that, the place began to collapse.

The Future Ninja all began to fade away and the ones from the past ran for their lives out of the collapsing cave.

____Timeskip____

Past Sensei Wu counted heads, two girls and four boys. Past Sensei Wu let out a happy sigh everyone had made it out safely.

Past (Y/N) was walking away from the group. "Hey wait where are you going?" Past Cole shouted out to her.

"Sticking to what I know about the timeline." Past (Y/N) shouted back she was headed back to Mrs and Mr Walker's home slash junkyard.

"Hey wait, You don't get to walk away from this!" Past Kai shouted going after her before anyone could stop him.

(Y/N) rolled her eyes as Past Kai mad it within striking range and punched him hard in the face knocking him out.

"There that should put things back to normal." Past (Y/N) noticed as Past Kai lay on the ground unconscious.

"What did you do that for?" Past Jay questioned her. "It how our first meeting was supposed to end. He attacks me and I knock him out cold." Past (Y/N) said indifferently.

"Oh, and heads up the next time we meet. You lot do something that makes us enemies and I'm not going easy on you just because I know how it ends." Past (Y/N) says ominously as she walks away.

"Where would be the 'fun' in that." Past (Y/N) says to herself her eyes glowing.

_____Back to the future_____

The Ninja fell onto the deck of the bounty.

"Did we just... Uh..." Jay asked

"Just return to the future?" Kai said finishing Jay's sentence.

"This feels familiar but... weren't we training Lloyd?" Cole questioned looking around.

"Perhaps the future was altered and there's no green ninja!" Zane panicked thinking that they had failed.

Then Lloyd and (Y/N) came through the door talking.

"Hey, sorry I'm late guys! Are we ready to get training?" Lloyd apologised.

"You're still here!" Kai exclaimed. The ninja's all hug Lloyd.

"Uh... Yeah... Why wouldn't I be?" Lloyd questioned looking to (Y/N) for answers.

"So when we went back in time and destroyed Garmadon's mega weapon... that didn't change anything?" Jay questioned looking to his brothers.

"My... father has a mega weapon!?" Lloyd exclaimed.

"Wait a minute... You never heard of it?" Kai asked and cut a melon into four pieces with his sword.

"I think I'd remember that! What is it!? Should I be concerned?" Lloyd asked.

"I have the answer remember when I told you about the time I meet your dad?" (Y/N) told Lloyd as she rummaged through her satchel for something.

"Yeah, Time travellers and stuff." Lloyd answered as (Y/N) pulled out an identical phone to the one Jay had and toss it to him.

"These are those idiots." (Y/N) said nodding her head towards the four Ninja. "Oh yeah. I remember now" Lloyd said heading back inside. "Training cancelled yes." Lloyd cheered.

"The phone has a few photo updates for you four on your new reality... Oh and Jay you have a date the Nya tonight... Don't forget it's at Mega Monster Amusement Park." (Y/N) informed them stretching.

"And with that, I no longer know any of what the future holds." (Y/N) announces happily.

"You have a date with my little sister!" Kai spat at Jay.

"I have a date with Nya?" Jay yelped in surprise.

(Y/N) stretched out and enjoyed watching Jay being chased by an irate Kai. Life was good.

Jay had bolted inside desperately looking for a hiding place.

(Jay's P.O.V)

I had found a safe hiding place, for now, Kai was fuming that I had somehow gotten a date with Nya in this new timeline.

I don't know why I know I should be ecstatic but Why couldn't I be happy about this, I should be happy about this.

I flick through the photo's on the phone. It looks like Nya and I had been dating for a while in this new timeline.

Nya looks really happy so does the 'me' in the photo but why does it hurt...

It feels like I'm cheating... Cheating on someone else that had taken a special place in my heart... Someone that I never got the chance to tell how I feel...

And It looks like I'll never get that chance now...

"There you are!" Kai rowed at me.

I let out an eeep! and toss Zane the phone and prepared to look on the outside as I felt on the inside right now.
