The meeting held on the Isle of Vile had taken a turn for the worse with both sides devolving into screaming matches with the other. Allowing for both Pythor and the Elm of the Dark Realm to step out for a private talk.

"It seems we are at an impasse." Pythor hissed to the ancient soul-eating tree. The Elm of the Dark Realm cracked a smile at the large white serpent as he silently slid the large wodden doors shut.

"I take it you also saw away to get something you want out of this mess." The Elm of the Dark Realm chuckled menacingly to the sly serpent.

"Indeed." Pythor said with a slight hiss. "And I take it that you want the people responsible for Hela's rule over your people." Pythor hinted to The Elm of the Dark Realm with a sly grin on his cold-blooded face.

"Correct." The Elm of the Dark Realm answered. "I persume you want revenge against the ones that stole her from your people in the first place?" The Elm of the Dark Realm asked staring down the white serpent with sadistic glee etched into his bark like face.

"Well, they are one and the same." Pythor agreed with a remarkably calm yet dry tone, considering the soul-sucking monster before him could easy devour him as a snack. "So? Why don't we make a deal?" Pythor offered as a compromise.

"Do you actually know who is responsible?" The Elm of the Dark Realm questioned with a deep hostile tone. After all, you can't trick a trickster.

"I know the group they belong to but not the exact individual responsible for the crime." Pythor calmly answered.

"It will take some investigating from a certain someone to find the culprit or the culprits decedent should they no longer be amongst the living." Pythor gleeful hinted at.

The Elm of the Dark Realm glanced towards the closed doors of the room the meeting was taking place. A crooked grin spread across the twisted trees visage.

He knew exactly whom the white Serpentine was referring to. Sitting upon her misbegotten throne staring down at the chorus of voices inside the hall as they squabbled.

"I like the way you think Pythor." The Elm of the Dark Realm chuckled out loud. "I think we can work out a deal."

Dareth quietly glanced up at (Y/N); well the person he was sure was (Y/N) anyway.

"It was her... He was sure it was... They looked just like her..." Dareth's mind kept telling him over and over again. Despite his mind telling him it was her, his heart knew the truth.

This wasn't (Y/N). Not the (Y/N) he'd had known.

This (Y/N)'s presence was almost suffocating. The invisible darkness cascading off her in thick waves. He could feel it trying to strangle all the good from her being. As though it wanted to create something dark and sinister. A monster in human form.

Dareth looked into her eyes with great trepidation and fear. Her eyes were warring with the darkness into the swirling vortexes of hatred and anger. Dareth quivered in fright before tearing his eyes away from her.

Dareth jumped when Ronin placed a hand on his shoulder. "Agh!" Dareth squeaked. "Sorry, Dareth." Ronin apologised as others in the room snickered at Dareth's pathetic squeak of fear.

(N/N) just sat there as though nothing had happened. Ronin took a deep breath and stepped forward before the throne. "I have proof of our clams." Ronin declared to everyone in attendance at this impromptu meeting.

"And why should we believe you?" One of the Sea Monsters laughed at the thief turned bounty hunter.

"I'm not sure if you'll believe it or not but... I owe (Y/N) a great debt. So I'll play a few things for you." Ronin said pulling out his phone. "This is a recording from our world of (Y/N) singing on stage with the Treble Makers."

Ronin held out the device to the monsters to take and present to (N/N). She gave him a long look, assessing the truth of her words for an uncomfortably long time.

Marquis de Seaweed then proceeded to snatch the strange object from the human before presenting it to his fellow monsters to inspect before it is presented to (N/N).

"Just tap on the screen and it will start playing." Ronin quickly informed the curious monsters fiddling with his phone.

Sure enough, the phone started to play a recording of (Y/N) singing on stage with the Treble Makers.

Both Sea and Forest monsters we're enchanted and holding back laughter as they watch a girl who looked exactly like their Weapon playing an instrument and singing to a crowd of Humans and Serpentine.

Lyrics:

I can see it in your eyes,

And I can't figure out,

Why I'm the one that you despise?

Wondering what we've become,

Can't help but think,

That this is a façade.

Could you delete me?

Would it be easy?

Will, you just put me in my grave?

Will you erase me?

Or could you face me?

Will I haunt your every save?

Could you delete me?

Would it be easy?

Or can you decode, decode every line?

Am I here just by mistake?

Because I can't help but feel that I have been misplaced.

I know they changed my mind,

Where I'm from and who I am inside.

Could you delete me?

Would it be easy?

Will, you just put me in my grave?

Will you erase me?

Or could you face me?

Will I haunt your every save?

Could you delete me?

Would it be easy?

Or can you decode, decode every line?

Would I be missed,

If they found my body, left for dead?

Won't you just get out of my head?

Welcome to my own world where it's just me now.

Where I'm no longer a piece in this wretched game.

Could you delete me?

Would it be easy?

Will, you just put me in my grave?

Will you erase me?

Or could you face me?

Will I haunt your every save?

Could you delete me?

Would it be easy?

Or can you decode, decode every line?

I'm in my head now,

Left for dead now.

Can't reset now and fix now.

Now I'll be living with your decisions.

I tried to make them disappear, it appears I did just fine.

Would you just delete me?

It'll be easy!

Why can't you delete me, you won't miss me?

Can't you just put me in my grave?

So just erase me, go on and waste me!

I'll disappear from every game,

From this life, I know this life isn't mine.

So just delete me,

Let's make it easy,

Perhaps I'll find you in another life,

In another life.

In another life.

(N/N) was livid and filled with an uncontrollable burning rage and embarrassment from the spectacle she'd just witnessed. She felt as if she was back in front of Hela getting scrutinised for any perceived flaws or omittances by her fellow monsters for this discretion.

The Siren of Seaguard cackled in delight. "Oh, what an absolutely wicked girl. Using incantations as song lyrics." The Siren continued to cackle enjoying what she was witnessing. While other monsters such as Baron Badwood were stifling their laughter.

"It's good to see that all my training didn't go to waste at least." The Siren of Seaguard proclaimed.

"Oh, yes. Singing for a bunch of worthless humans." Baron Badwood snickered. "A wonderful use of one's training."

"Well, what do you expect? She isn't a siren-like möi." The Siren of Seaguard quickly pointed out. "You can't expect a miracle." She huffed while flicking back some of her seaweed-like hair.

"I think (Y/N) is a wonderful singer." Echo innocently objected. This caused everyone in the room to turn and look at the copper Nindroid.

"Echo, bud. You need to be quiet right now, ok?" Ronin urgently explained to Echo.(N/N) stood up from her throne and marched over towards Echo.

"Um..." Was all Ronin managed to get out before (N/N) cornered Echo. She grabs ahold of Echo's face and pulls said face towards her to inspect Echo's face.

Getting a real good look at the copper coloured creature. (N/N) had at first thought he was a knight in copper coloured armour but was surprised when she realised he was something else.

Everyone that wasn't a monster froze in panic and worried for Echo's safety. Echo just calmly stood there with a smile on his face as (N/N) carefully examined him.

"You're not human... and you're not a monster... What are you?" (N/N) said out loud.

Echo smiled wide and said. "I'am Echo. I was built to protect those who can not protect themselves." This one sentence caused (N/N) just for a moment to almost smile before her face returned to its natural stone-cold expressionless state.

Momentary or not this was enough for Echo to be sure this was his friend. "Do you not remember? You gave me my name after my father abandoned me and the ninja's abandoned you." Echo politely asked his own hand reaching out to touch her face.

(N/N) snorted out loud before saying. "Sound like typical humans. But you are mistaken we have never met before." As she let go of Echo's face.

"No, you are you." Echo politely objected. "I know it's you." Echo stated and grabbed ahold of (N/N)'s right sleeve to reveal her dragon birthmark.

"You showed me your birthmark while you were recovering before the Ultra Dragon rescued us from the island. You said Dragons were believed to be evil where you were from." Echo explained still clinging to her arm.

"You saw a dragon?" (N/N) questioned. Echo nodded enthusiastically.

"The Ultra Dragon. It rescued us and took us back to the mainland where we meet the Serpentine. They had been locked underground by humans. We saved them. You're their general great-granddaughter. Dareth was at the meeting he has it on his phone." Echo happily explained.

The room turned to look at Dareth as the man fiddled to pull out his phone. "Damn, Borg-phone. Need to get a new one. Maybe a Borg-watch instead." Dareth hissed at the device as he struggled to pull up the file he needed.

(N/N) gestured for some of the monsters to gather beside her to observe.

They silently watched the recording of Acidicus starting a fire in a trash can and spitting his venom into the fire to begin the tale as the images in the fire took form.

"Before the war, the Great Anacondrai General Arcturus came across a terrible sight a village of surface dwellers were trying to kill a newborn surface dweller out of fear for the newborn's power."

"The Great Anacondrai General Arcturus refused to permit such an evil take place and charged in to rescue the infant. The Great Anacondrai General Arcturus named her Eris and adopted the hatchling as his own."

"The young hatchling was raised alongside the other Serpentine hatchlings without fear or worry. Then one day the Serpentine were attacked the child fought alongside her elders to defend her home."

(N/N) was transfixed on the giant purple snake standing next to the girl that looked like herself.

"The young girl grew up into a beautiful woman whom one day had a child of her own named Hela and a treaty was passed the Elemental Masters and the Serpentine."

The mear mention of Hela's name was enough to strike fear into the heart's of the monsters gathered in the hall. Enough that quite a few a zoned out in fear.

"While training her own daughter as her father had trained her the Elemental masters attacked and killed the young woman and the young girl was never found."

"The Great Anacondrai General Arcturus grief-stricken by the betrail and murder of his daughter and kidnapping of his granddaughter went into battle to punish those elemental masters who broke the treaty."

"But the Elemental Masters had developed a weapon called the sacred flute and without the power of the daughter to protect them from it the Serpentine were sadly defeated."

Selma reached over and stopped the recording. The looks of fear on all of the Monster's faces told her that this was all the proof they needed to hear.

Selma stared silently at (Y/N) for a long moment. In one way, it was an enormous relief that she had finally accepted the truth. On the other hand, the sheer level of despair and fear on everyone's faces was more than a little discouraging.
