___Nexo Knights___

Chaos had walked straight into a trap and wasn't certain how to feel about that.

Chaos glared at the Knights and Ninjas that had gathered around the forcefield to gawk at her.

Chaos snarled like a caged animal at the humans that dared come before her.

"Easy, kid." Ava said typing away at her iPad as she studied Chaos. Chaos hissed at the technology specialist.

Blindly Chaos lunged toward the magic circular cage walls, she threw her head backwards and let out a furious screech over the audacity of these Knights. Chaos was personally going to gut the one who dared to imprison her.

The Ninja's watched as the Nexo Knights unstrapped Chaos from the back of the Rumble Blade.

"So those other girls we saw that all looked like (Y/N) are her?" Kai said scratching the back of his head, trying to make sense of what was going on.

"If Cole's theory is correct then yes." Zane explained to the Ninja of Fire. "What!? How!? Why!?" Jay complained loudly wanting answerers. "That's what we're here for, Jay." Nya explained to the Master of Lightning.

While the others were discussing this bizarre situation Lloyd took this opportunity to slip past everyone and talk with Chaos.

"Um, hi I'm Lloyd. Do you remember me?" Lloyd asked the girl trapped within the forcefield. "You're the knight I gave some golden apples to." Chaos stated in a very stagnate voice.

"No, well, yes but I'm Lloyd. Don't you know me?" Lloyd rambled tears sprinkling in his young eyes.

"I've never met you before that day, kid." Chaos answered honestly as Axl picked up the platform of the forcefield, carrying it into the Fortrex.

Chaos hissed and snarled at the giant of a Knight though Axl didn't acknowledge her behaviour, just continued with his job of carrying the containment device inside.

"Wow, cranky." Aaron commented while he watched the angry girl hissing violently as though she was some territorial feral cat.

Chaos howled in response making the green knight back up a fair distance on his hovershield. The Ninjas followed quickly after the Nexo Knights brushing past Aaron in their rush.

"Someone missed nap time today." Lance pointed out in a condescending tone. As the Nexo Knights gathered to watch the examination take place.

Baring her teeth, Chaos let out a vicious snarl when the Nexo Knights came closer to the edge of the platform. The rest kept a wary watch waiting for an opening to strike, just in case the child managed to escape.

(Third Person P.O.V)

___Nexo Knights___

Merlok's mouth dropped open as he scanned the hissing child with monstrous glowing eyes before him. His digital mind racing trying to understand how this could even be happening.

When Merlok turned Monstrox into the Book of Monsters his evil power was divided amongst eleven books. Merlok had never imagined that such evil power could even be split into eleven separate sentient individuals.

For Chaos, on the other hand, the moment that her eyes locked onto Merlok despite his new golden form had a completely violent meltdown.

Thrashing and violently throwing herself against the walls of the forcefield in a desperate attempt to strike out at the wizard, clawing at the magical wall that kept her in place all the while screaming profanities.

"Vile! Immoral! Corrupt! Prejudices! Degenerate! Black-hearted! Crooked! Despicable! Atrocious! Heinous! Contemptible! Horrible! Mass murdering wizard!" Chaos screamed as she continued to claw her way through to harm the wizard on the other side.

The Ninjas looked on, worry and panic on their faces as they watched Chaos continue to scream and yell in a murderous rage at the digital wizard.

Chaos was in such a state of blind hatred that she'd forgotten she even wielded magic in favour of brute strength.

Chaos longed to lash out at them and destroy them like the puny insects they were but infuriatingly Chaos had begun to notice a more worrying feature of this spell that had been cast on this cage.

Chaos could feel her powers and energy being drained from her the longer she stood within these cursed curved walls.

She was getting weaker the longer she remained in these damned curved walls, the further weakened she would become.

It took Chaos a few moments to recognise what this spell truly was.

It was meant to drain the one within the platform to the point that they had no choice but to give in and await whatever fate the caster of the spell intended for them incase the prisoner tried to escape.

It would be all too easy then to neutralise her when she couldn't fight back.

Chaos refused to be bound and vulnerable. Chaos ground her teeth together as she felt herself being further drained of her power.

Chaos refused to go quietly and fought with what strength she still had left in her body, standing fully on her feet, then smashing herself against the barrier holding her within.

Chaos struck the wall over and over until jolts of electricity shot through her tiny body. Launching her backwards into the rear wall electrocuting her further before she hit the ground.

Chaos half-curling into a ball on the floor in an attempt to protect herself from the agony. Her body twitched every now and then. The blast had felt as though it had burned her on the inside.

It made her skin sting and twitch but there was nothing she could do to take back control of her own body at the moment. Chaos was weakened and she hated the feeling with an unholy passion.

Chaos bared her teeth one more time just as the Ninjas rushed to see if she was ok before passing out.

(Third Person P.O.V)

___Nexo Knights___

"What the brick did you do?!" Lloyd shouted at the Knights as he pressed his hands against the force field to get a better look at her.

"Nothing." Merlok quickly informed the tiny, green ninja. "It was one of the spells on the forcefield. It must have activated to keep her restrained inside of itself."

"Must have! She was electrocuted!" Jay shouted at the digital wizard. Steam was partially coming out of the Master of Lightning's ears as he shouted this.

"You can check the security footage of this room if you don't believe us." Ava said holding up her iPad for the Ninja team to watch the footage if need be to stop any argument.

"Is she even ok?" Jay demanded Lloyd joining him in hovering around the imprisoned child to see if she was even still breathing.

Zane took this opportunity to affirm that she was indeed still alive. "She's alive." Zane reported and the Ninjas let out a collective sigh of relief.

"Though it will take some time before she recovers." Zane said casting a glance in Chaos' direction. "She will be asleep for a few hours." Zane informed the others before taking the offered iPad to watch the footage and check for himself.

The Ninjas waited on pins and needles to see what Zane had to say before they responded any further.

"Their version of events is correct." Zane reported to the others. Merlok then turned his attention to the Ninjas clearing his throat before asking. "Do you mind if I continued to scan her to find out more about what is going on with your friend?"

"Only if at least one of us is present at all times." Cole objected with his fellow ninjas nodding in agreement. Merlok nodded agreeing to that stipulation.

Cole took the first watch and was left with the technological and programming wonder child that was Ava Prentis as the digital wizard, Merlok 2.0 scanned the unconscious child.

The rest of the Ninja team proceed to go get something to eat or relax until it was their turn to take watch.

Merlok paused for a moment then turned to address the Master of Earth. "You're a ghost? Do you mind if I asked how that happened?" Merlok asked politely.

"I got cursed by a ghost called Yang." Cole bitterly admitted to the digital wizard. Merlok let out a sigh of relief causing Cole to shoot the old man a dirty look.

Merlok noticed the filthy look. "Oh... I thought it may have been Hela." Merlok explained to the Ninja of Earth.

"So how did you become... What you are?" Cole asked, returning the nasty comment with one of his own. "A digital wizard." Merlok chuckled in response to Cole.

"I was originally a flesh and blood wizard who was the last wizard in the kingdom of Knighton and last surviving member of the Wizard's Council. I even defeat Monstrox's army a hundred years previously." Merlok claimed, starting to prattle on giving Cole a strong sense of Sensei Wu deja vu.

"When Jestro allied with the Book of Monsters, I had to use my magic to drive them out of the capital city. The side effect of this magic caused me to be absorbed into the castle's computers as a result. Which transformed me into a hologram." Merlok continued to informed Cole.

Ava rolled her eyes at the windbag of a magic man as he continued on his tales choosing to return to her codding slightly wishing that she could use the mute button she'd installed to mute Merlok's inconsequential ramblings.

"Fortunately, I was soon discovered by Ava and Robin on the bright side in this new golden holographic form. I've even gained the ability to digitally transmit my magic to the Knight's weapons and armour to enable them to defeat the monsters." Merlok finished up with a proud smile.

"Did you ever fight Hela?" Cole asked. There was a sudden uncomfortable and cold silence, that had grabbed Ava's attention before Merlok spoke breaking the tension.

"I did my best to discourage her from her chosen path of revenge when she joined the Wizard's Council." Merlok explained to the Master of Earth.

"I told her that there was no way for her to return to her realm because we didn't know how she'd even arrived here in the first place but Monstrox trained her in the ways of dark magic, in secret."

"One by one the members of the Wizard's Council fell to Monstrox's. He'd infected them with his evil and I was left with no choice but to stand up to all of them. But I have also believed Monstrox was behind Hela's disappearance." Merlok admitted to the Ninja of Earth.

"You're actually mistaken." Cole admitted to the wizard. Ava spun around in her chair to listen to what Cole had to say.

"Long story short. Hela created (Y/N) to be a weapon but she rebelled and defeated Hela." Cole explained to the pair. "Somehow due to that (Y/N) ended up in Ninjago because of that and... and we..." Cole struggled to get the words out.

"And we just want to bring her home." Cole finished explaining.

Merlok didn't know how to respond to that this ghostly boy was obviously in pain and missing his friend but this was also a big chunk of disturbing information. If this (Y/N) was strong enough to take down Hela just how big of a threat was she.

Ava made sure to take notes of what she just heard to discuss with Robin and the Knights at a later date.

After a small awkward silence, Cole spoke again. "Do you think you can return my friends back to normal?" Cole asked quietly, not taking his eyes off the floor.

"I believe so." Ava affirmed before turning her chair back around to her computer screen.

Cole looked back at Chaos. "I hope she can go back to being in one piece without too much trouble." Cole stated out loud. "We need to put things right with her."

"I'm sure you'll get your chance. It's only a matter of figuring out how this came about." Ava commented as she carried on with her work. Merlok agreed with a loud hum.

(Third Person P.O.V)

___Nexo Knights___

It was sometime later when Chaos came too, her vision was hazy but she soon became aware of someone nearby her. Chaos took in a harsh breath starting a rather slightly dazed at Ava Prentis who was kneeling next to her on the other side of the forcefield.

Chaos let out a sudden demonic snarl but it was not directed at Ava Prentis. More in frustration at her surroundings and her inability to sit up.

Thankfully however during her brief stint into the inky black void the Nexo Knights had moved Chaos to the Fortrex's garage, far away from Merlok to prevent her from any further lashing out.

Zane walked into the garage to cheek on Chaos' well being. Ava nodded to the Nindroid let him take the lead.

"Chaos?" Zane asked quietly as he to look in the magical cage. He was quick to spot that Chaos was still curled into the fetal position on the ground, concerned he quickly went and knelt next to the girl.

"Chaos, what's wrong?" Zane questioned again. Chaos still didn't answer the ninja, just turned her face trying to hide it from Zane via the floor.

"Can you please sit up? It makes me sad to see you on the ground." Zane asked the little girl. Chaos made no move to get up. After a full minute of Zane waiting patiently for the other to listen to him, Chaos broke under the awkward silence.

"I can't move." Chaos mumbled quietly, her cheeks burning a little in humiliation.

Zane understood giving the small child a sorrowfully look. The magical bindings of the forcefield had released some rather surprisingly high-voltage, Chaos must have been shocked so badly that she has been temporarily paralysed.

Though the Master of Ice had witnessed (Y/N)'s staggering high pain tolerance on more than one occasion. He wasn't sure if the smaller girl was capable of the same colossal feats.

Zane noticed that although she could move Chaos looked scared he wanted to reassure the girl that everything was going to be fine.

So he gently sat down next to the edge of the forcefield. There he saw the dragon birthmark running along the length of the girl's right forearm.

Cautiously Zane inspecting the dragon birthmark well as closely as the forcefield would allow him too. He'd never had much of a chance to look at it so closely before now.

"I promise," Zane pleaded, trying to reassure her. "You don't need to worry. My brothers and I will take care of you. So please stop hurting yourself."

"I'm thinking about making some soup, I hope that sounds good to you." Zane continued as if nothing out of the ordinary was happening at that moment.

"I'm not hungry." Chaos replied only managing to lift her head slightly. Zane couldn't help it as a small smile grew over his face when a sudden growl came from Chaos' body proving its owner wrong with comedic timing.

"My sensors tell me you haven't eaten since yesterday. You must be at least be a little bit hungry and soup will be light on your stomach." Zane reasoned standing up and heading out of the room.

"I'll be back with it once it's done. Just try to recover." Zane affirmed as the metal door closed with an audible clink.

(Third Person P.O.V)

___Nexo Knights___

Zane poured a generous amount of soup into a bowl watching in satisfaction as steam rose with it carrying a delicious aroma.

While Axl stood off to the side complimented him, saying that it was quite impressive.

Zane responded in kind with. "You are a quick learner. It will not take you long to figure out the recipe for yourself." While he placed the bowl, a spoon and a glass of water on a tray before making his way back to the garage.

Once he re-entered the room again he was pleasantly surprised to find Chaos was able to sit up on her own. Zane smiled again at that, happy to see her recovering already.

He came in holding the tray carefully watching to see Chaos' reaction to it. Chaos stared at Zane for a split second before saying. "I told you I'm not hungry."

Zane frowned. "Why was Chaos being like this? She was clearly hungry and the soup was clearly appealing."

"Yes, you are. Why don't you want to eat?" Zane asked confusion written all over his face. Chaos continued staring at Zane a bemused smile on her face.

"Do you think I slipped something in with your meal?" Zane questioned. Chaos' eyes flicked to him then back down to the bowl as if trying to tell him something.

"If it makes you feel better I'll even take a few bites and sips to prove it to you. Please eat." Zane said sincerely.

Zane took small bites and sips to prove that the food was safe. Chaos' expression didn't change. "Chaos please." Zane tried to reason with the child.

"Wow. I'm not sure if your ignorant or if this is a half-assed attempt at torture?" Chaos said out loud, still not taking her eyes off the Nindroid.

When Zane gave her a confused look Chaos let out a sigh of frustration. "Ignorance it is." Chaos stated. "How do you expect to get that food through a wall of magic?" Chaos finally informed Zane as to what she'd been hinting at.

Chaos watched as Zane's eyebrows went up in realisation. "Excuse me for a moment I must inform my brothers of this." Zane responded before quickly running out of the garage narrowly missing bumping into Robin who was coming in.

Chaos sighed and shook her head. "Is everything ok?" Robin questioned Chaos. "You tell me." Chaos responded with a shrug.

Robin gave a nervous chuckle quickly averted his eyes around the room looking for anything he could do to distract for the child's judgmental eyes.

Robin's eyes fell on Lloyd's gi sticking out of the desk drawer he'd placed it in for safekeeping and quickly busied himself with trying to tuck it away.

When the draw wouldn't close he pulled out the green gi to refold it causing the Realm Crystal to fall out of the clothing folds, bouncing across the garage floor till it hit Chaos cage.

Robin quickly bends down to pick it up when the Realm Crystal let off a shine opening a portal that sucking both Robin and Chaos inside.

(Third Person P.O.V)

_____ Ninjago _____

After the rather chaotic landing Chaos was pleasantly surprised to find that the forcefield had been destroyed during whatever that had been and took a good look around.

It was very clear to her that she and Robin had been transported to somewhere that was definitely not in the same lands they had just been in.

"Oh, this can't be good." Chaos said out loud. "Bet I get blamed for this."
