Kai and Nya had made it to Spittoon. In the middle of the town was a giant circus dark purple, blue and black striped tent.

But no sign of the menacing-looking female ringmaster or the townspeople for that matter.

At the front of the tent was a ticket booth with a sign that said ticket above it and left of the booth was a sign that said: Face your fears at the circus of frights.

Below that a sign that read: No entry without a ticket.Kai looked back at the booth there sitting on the counter were two tickets just waiting to be picked up.

"Nya were those there a moment ago?" Kai questioned his sister. He was positive that they hadn't been. "I'm not sure." Nya shrugged and glanced at the tickets.Kai sighed and picked them up.

"Well let's get out answeres shall we." Kai said offering his sister the other ticket.Nya took the ticket and followed her brother inside the tent. After a moment in the dark, a stage light turned on a blinded the pair.

"Hey! You kids get out! No sneaking in beforehand! The big tent isn't open until later tonight!" A voice boomed at them.

"But we're here for." Nya objected. "OUT!" The voice boomed again.

Nya and Kai quickly backed out of the tent. Only to find the townspeople all running around play games, trying out the side attractions and rides.

"What they weren't here before?" Kai objected. "Maybe they were all watching a performance somewhere?" Nya offered as an explanation causing Kai to huff in irritation.

"C'mon. We're getting some answers." Kai said grabbing Nya's hand and wading through the busy crowds.

The crowds shoved, pushed and rushed past the siblings in their path as they made their way to whatever attraction they had glanced and were determined to reach.

Kai and Nya were almost separated by the force of all that shoving from the crowd.

"Ouch. Are you two all right?" A kind voice asked from behind the pair.

Kai and Nya rolled over on to their stomachs before sitting up to see a small light fortune-tellers tent.Inside sat a girl that looked just like (Y/N) running the tent.

"(Y/N)!" Nya and Kai screamed running into the tent to hug her. "Who?" The girl questioned while the pair hugged her."(Y/N)?" Nya asked again though unsure this time. "Sorry kids never met someone by that name before." The girl informed them.

"Oh, sorry." Kai said as he and his sister let go of her. "Are you two lost?" The girl asked them politely."Yes and no." Kai admitted to the girl running the fortuneteller tent.

"Here, why don't I read both your fortunes while we wait for your friend, free of charge." The girl offered and the siblings took a seat on some comfy cushions.The girl started to shuffle the cards.

"Now what would you like to know?" The fortune-teller questioned them."Um..." Kai said as he rubbed the back of his neck and looked to his sister. Nya just shrugged.

"I'll give you three questions each." The girl told them. "And you can ask about anything you like Money, Love, Fame. All the standed things people think about."Nya and Kai paused of a moment.

"How about things outside of that?" Nya questioned the fortune-teller.

"I don't see why not. No harm in going off the beaten track." The girl said with a bright smile."Now, who wants to go first?" The girl invited the pair.

"(Y/N)! How do we find her!?" Kai blurted out the first thing that came to mind.The girl shuffled the cards then asked Kai to pull out three then lay them out on the table.

"Hm... That's funny." The girl said out loud. "What is?" Nya questioned. "The cards are blank?" The girl said glancing back down at them.Kai and Nya also looked and sure enough, they were blank.

"How did you cause that?" The girl asked them. "What do you mean? There your cards." Kai objected.The girl showed them all of her cards and adequately assured, they all had pictures on them.

Nya flinched at some of the scary pictures on the cards but didn't say anything."So what does this mean if they come up blank?" Kai questioned the girl.

"Are you sure your friend... Exists?" The girl asked them giving them a strange look."What kind of question is that!" Kai angerly demanded.

"Look this has never happened before and all I can make out of this is that you're making her up." The girl said rolling her eyes in a disgruntled way.

"We can ensure you that our friend is real." Nya explained to the fortune-teller. "Ok..." The girl replied picking the cards back up. "Maybe try asking something about her in a different way?" The girl offered as an explanation.

"How?" Nya requested. "Try asking it in a more personal way?" The girl suggested with a shrug.

"What's something more personal?" Kai urged his sister. Nya's eyes lit up. "Her birthmark!" Nya said out loud. "Her dragon... shaped... birth... mark." The joy faded from Nya's face.Nya thought back to what she'd done to (Y/N) on Chen's island.

"Wow! That some bad luck right there." The girl scoffed as she reshuffled the cards."What do you mean?" Nya asked for clarification. The girl let out a snort. "What never paid attention to your parents?" Kai and Nya both pulled faces at that remark but the girl kept going. "I'll take that as a no."

"Dragons are a sign of evil. If your friend was born with a birthmark in that shape she must have received a lot of bullying for that fact alone." The girl informed them then held out the cards of Nya's turn. Nya winced at that remark.

"Go on your turn. Pick three." The girl insisted eagerly to Nya. "Oh um... W-will the girl with the dragon-" Nya grumbled that part. "-birthmark... forgive me?" Nya said not being able to think of anything at that moment. Then pulled out three cards and laid them down on the table.

The girl frowned, looking up at Nya after looking at the cards with a dark look on her face. "That price will be expensive. A price you will never think to pay."

"Nya, we are trying to find her worry about that stuff later." Kai scolded his sister. "Sorry." Nya flinched at her brother's tone.Kai sighed but said nothing as the girl picked up the cards and reshuffled them then held them out for Kai.

"Where can we find the girl with the dragon birthmark?" Kai asked the cards before pulling out three.

"The dark tower; The former home of the Queen of Darkness, Hela." The fortune-teller answered after reading the cards then shuffled the cards once more.

"What?! We were already there!" Kai shouted out. "Maybe she's trapped inside?" Nya said, "Those girls fought us off."

The fortune-teller held out the card once more to Nya. "Who were those girls we saw at the Dark Tower? Why do they look like the girl with the dragon birthmark?" Nya urged the cards as she pulled them for the fortune-teller to read.

"Some places, if imbued with enough horror, grief, agony, blood and death, never forgot." The fortune-teller informed them. "The echoes of what transpired inside lingers on."

Kai threw the girl a strange look wondering what on earth she was babbling about.

"So much pain that it becomes visible. That it retains the imprint of it. If you linger you just might see other scars burned into the fabric of time. Who is not to say it is the same for people."

"That didn't answer the question." Kai growled at the fortune-teller who took no notice of Kai's mini tantrum.

"Last one for you make it count." The fortune-teller said holding out the newly shuffled cards to Kai. "Pass. I don't need to hear anymore mumbo jumbo." Kai hissed turning away from the cards. The fortune-teller turned the cards to Nya.

"Last chance." The fortune-teller announced dangling the cards in front of Nya."Nya! It's (Y/N)!" Kai shouted pulling his sister away from the fortune-teller.

"Wait! Kai! The cards!" Nya wiled as her brother dragged her away."There! She's going into that hall of mirrors." Kai stated pointing at the ride and sure enough, Nya saw a girl in a grey cloak run into the ride.

Both Nya and Kai ran into the ride without a moment of hesitation. The pair chased after the images in the mirrors that showed (Y/N) walking down them.

"(Y/N)!" Kai screamed at the top of his lungs in the maze.

"(Y/N)!" Nya shouted as she ran through the maze after her brother.

They came to a path in the maze."You take that one. I'll go down this one." Kai ordered as he went down the left and Nya went down the right.

Kai chased after (Y/N) with reckless abandon. (Y/N) seamed to have stopped having finally heard him. Kai ran right up and slammed into a mirror."Ouch!" Kai said holding his noise as (Y/N) disappeared down another hall.

"(Y/N)!" Nya shouted at (Y/N) following after her. (Y/N) was just standing there not moving. Nya walked up to her only to find that there was a sheet of see-through plastic between them.

"(Y/N)." Nya called out tapping on the plastic trying to get her to turn around and face her but (Y/N) just walked right out the exit.

Nya let out a huff and marched up and down the halls before finding her way out of the maze. She looked around but couldn't see (Y/N) or her brother.

When Kai finally stepped out of the maze holding his bloody nose he looked around but couldn't spot his sister or (Y/N) anywhere in the crowd.

"Nya!?" Kai screamed into the crowd. "Kai!?" Nya yelled into the crowd. Nither received a response.

"Oh, nuts to this." Kai hissed and took off looking for his sister. Nya let out a frustrated sigh.

"Uh, Kai why didn't you wait for me?" Nya hissed under her breath and left to look for her brother.
