Secret santa! (Actual christmas this time)

Hey Morro! I was your secret santa this time  :D

"This has to be just right" (M)Morro thought to himself as he plotted, "It has to be perfect, it has to be nice, and last of all... It has to be done without the others knowing"

He had been planning this for weeks, even though it was just supposed to be a simple night out. The reason for all this planning? So he won't be intruded on by the chaos causers.

How did he manage to do that, you ask? Simple really, he got rid of the procrastinators by reminding them that christmas was only a night away, and asked them if they had gotten their presents yet.

The others, however, required more skill, but he managed to get them all but a certain ghostly girl busy and out of the house by dark.

"So far, so good" he quietly muttered to himself.

He walked into the living room, where he saw her. The one that made his heart thunder in his chest, though he would never admit it aloud.

She was stretched out on the couch, a glass of orange juice in her hand as she read something on her phone.

"Now's the chance to enter in and say something romantic" He thinks to himself.

He slips into the room, approaching the blonde haired girl. "What's up OJ addict?" he said with a nod.

"That was definitely NOT romantic, you buffoon" he mentally scolded himself. For some reason, he couldn't bring himself to act the way he wanted to around her, at least without getting somewhat flustered.

"Nothing much" The sound of her voice gave his heart a jolt as he watched her place down her glass and gaze up at him with those stunning blue eyes of hers.

Even if she didn't think of it herself, he knew she was magnificent. Though, again, he doubted he would ever say that outloud.

"Where'd everyone go?" She asked, making him come out of his thoughts. "Oh, late christmas shopping, running errands, you know, the normal" He replied nonchalantly with a shrug.

"Huh, guess I didn't notice before" She hummed, glancing back down at her phone. "Maybe you were too into your fanfiction to notice, what is that, hamilton?" he eased, peaking over her shoulder.

"Shut up, I'm not telling you" She said, turning off her phone and pushing his face away.

"Whatever, keep your secrets then" He says, folding his arms as she reached to finish the last of her orange juice.

"Hey, I've got a surprise for you" He says suddenly, making her put down her glass and look at him with questioning eyes.

"But, you've got to close your eyes and let me blindfold you," He says.

She narrows her gaze at him, "You're not going to pour cold water on me are you? Mom's not going to like dragging me from the departed realm again" She says.

"No, it's not cold water, trust me" (M)Morro says as she stands up from the couch

"Hmph, ok fine.." She says, closing her eyes and letting

He takes her hand and guided her out to the car, helping her into the passenger side before getting into the driver's seat himself.

Minutes passed on the road, and (F)Morro was getting tired of listening to the radio with nothing else to do.

"Are we there yet?" She asked, stretching back in her seat.

"No" (M)Morro answers, not taking his eyes off of the road for a second.

"..." five minutes pass, "How about now?" (F)Morro asks again. "No" (M)Morro replies curtly, getting a little annoyed.

This made (F)Morro smirk, she loved getting on his nerves, it made the best entertainment when she's bored.

Ten minutes of constant asking and getting on 9's nerves passed, and (F)Morro didn't cease with the question. "Now?" She asked, for the 100th time.

"No- oh actually yes" (M)Morro replies, parking the car and reaching over to undo the blindfold.

"... can I open my eyes?" She asked, still having them closed.  "Yea" (M)Morro replies to her.

She opens her eyes, studying her surroundings. They were in a neighborhood, houses nicely decorated lining the streets

"Where are we?" (F)Morro asks, looking over at (M)Morro, who was smiling at her.

"Just a random neighborhood, we're going to drive around and look at the Christmas lights" (M)Morro replies with a shrug.

In the corner of his eye, he watched (F)Morro's eyes light up, making his smile slightly bigger.

He takes the car out of park and cruises around the neighborhood, taking time to look at all the pretty Christmas lights.

Once they had gone through the whole neighborhood (Which was a rather moderate sized one), they decided to drop by Starbucks before moving onto another neighborhood.

After grabbing some nice warm coffee, they head over the the bigger neighborhood, stopping at the first house.

This house had many lights around it, all synchronizing to the music that was playing from the speakers.

(I've seen a house that did this once, it's pretty cool)

They sit on the curb and watch the lights dance by, sipping on their coffee to keep warm.

(M)Morro glances over at (F)Morro, studying her face as she watches the lights. She noticed, and glanced back at him.

He leans in slowly and gives her a small peck to the cheek.

Click

"What was that?" (F)Morro asks, looking back where the quiet, but noticeable sound came from.

Behind them, someone was taking a picture of the house they were watching.

"Oh, phew, for a second I thought the others followed us or something" (F)Morro chuckles.

(M)Morro laughed quietly, "Yea so did I, gave me a small heart attack"

They chuckle to themselves, sitting together and enjoying each other's company till it gets too cold for them.

They head to the car, driving around and talking about what mischief for the others they can create when they get back.

Time passed, and they eventually arrived home, finding everyone spread out in the living room.

"Where have you two been?" Harper asked, glancing back at them from where she was playing a video game with Kai.

"Just out getting some Coffee" (M)Morro says, holding up his now empty Starbucks cup.

(F)Morro heads to the kitchen, opening the fridge only to find a picture of them kissing taped to the orange juice

"What the-" She starts, tearing off the picture and studying it closely.

She looks around the kitchen, seeing the same picture taped everywhere. On the toaster, in the cupboard, everywhere.

She stepped out of the kitchen and looked at the picture frames in the living room, only to find the pictures are taped there too

"Where- How-" she started, confused.

"Don't think we didn't know what you were up to" sky said, a smirk on her face when she noticed that (F)Morro had found their little surprise.

"You guys we're stalking us???" (M)Morro said, crossing his arms and glaring at the group.

"Not stalking! More... supervising?" Harper said, not taking her eyes from the intense game of Mario kart.

"Suuure" (F)Morro said, crumpling up the lifter from the orange juice box and throwing it in the trash.

"They've been taped and hidden all over the house, you can't escape it" Ally chuckles, stealing a piece of candy from Lloyd and popping it in her mouth.

Zap nodded in agreement, "We all got, like, 20 copies each and hid them around the place"

(F)Morro and (M)Morro groans as the others share a laugh, some high fiving in their successful little pranks.

"Wait, so that click we heard earlier was you guys?" (M)Morro asks, recalling the earlier events.

"Yup, we all kinda followed you around, waiting for the perfect moment to crash." Zap explained.

"But, then y'all kissed and I had to take a picture, when you noticed I pretended to take pictures of the house" Realm continues.

"And then we printed out several copies of the picture!" Mint says.

"We taped them everywhere, especially in your rooms." Sky laughed.

"We hid them in the most ridiculous of places too, so good luck on getting rid of them quickly" Harper chuckles, still concentrating on her game.

"They're never gonna let us live this down" (M)Morro groaned to (F)Morro, her nodding in agreement. "We'll get them back," She says.
