Kuroko was on top of the rooftop holding onto the fence. Watching as people ran in the field. He's been getting message from Ogiwara and Kuroko would reply.

Kise had finally joined the basketball club which mean time is running out. Kuroko sigh to himself.

"Changing the past...I wonder if I can do it.." Kuroko said.

"Changing what?" A voice said.

Kuroko quickly turn around only to feel something soft touch his lips. Kuroko eyes widen. When their lips separate Kuroko face was red.

"A-Akashi! What are you doing!!" Kuroko cover his lips embarrass.

"Heh, I never knew you could make that face. Cute." Akashi smirk.

"C-cute? I'm not cute I'm a guy!" Kuroko said.

"That don't matter. If I say your cute your cute." Akashi said.

"Um..what do you need?" Kuroko look away.

"Kuroko I've been wanting to tell you this. I love you. Please go out with me." Akashi said.

"Eh? Uh..." Kuroko hesitate.

"Oh right I forgot! Today was the day Akashi asked me out. Can't believe I forgot about it!!!" Kuroko shouted in his head.

"Uh...I..." Kuroko hesitate to answer.

Akashi thought about the future Akashi. He felt like he was cheating on Akashi with the Akashi here right now. But it was fine right. They were the same people that Kuroko love.

"I also love Akashi." Kuroko said.

Akashi smirk and pulled Kuroko into an embrace.

Kuroko blush more. Kuroko also hug Akashi back. He was glad Akashi was still here with him even though he wasn't the Akashi he knew.

"Haizaki quitted?" Aomine Saidz

"Well it can't be helped." Nijimura looked away.

"It's that a bit cold to say?" Kuroko Said.

"You talked to him right. Then all I can say is it can't be helped." Aomine Said.

"Haizaki is one full of pride. Even if we or the Senpai talked to him it would be the opposite effect." Midorima Said.

"But..." Kuroko looked down.

"Geez, don't be naive we're teammates but at the same times we're rivals." Nijimura Said.

"When you get so great that you can worry about others? If you have time to look back to run!" Nijimura looked at him.

Kuroko thought about Haizaki burning shoes in the burning pit.

"Again...I couldn't change the past..." Kuroko whisper.

Aomine and Midorima looked at him.

"Gather up!!!" Sanada shouted.

Everyone gather up in the gym and lined up.

"I'm less than two months till the qualifiers. The coach will oversee you know." Sanada Said.

"Eh.." Murasakibara wined.

As Kuroko was listening he felt a hand touch his. Kuroko turned at saw Akashi next to him with a smile. Kuroko blushed.

"For real?" Aomine Said.

"Um, What kind of person is he?" Kuroko asked.

"Oh right it's your first time." Aomine turned to him.

"That's true...then I should say hello." A low voice Said.

"Geh." Aomine made a weird face.

Kuroko felt a hand in his shoulder. Kuroko turned to see Shirogane next to him.

"I'm Kōzō Shirogane, The Coach. Nice to meet you Kuroko." Shirogane smiles.

"Nice to see you again." Kuroko smiled.

"Again?" Shirogane looked st him.

Kuroko eyes widen at what he said.

"Uh...Ah! How do you know my name?" Kuroko sweat.

"Naturally I remember all our players name." Shirogane Said.

"Hello!!" Everyone Said.

"Ah, Don't tense up." Shirogane Said.

"He did drop by practice often." Akashi Said.

"Is that so..." Kuroko looked down.

"Time is running out..."

"What's wrong Kuroko?" Akashi noticed Kuroko had a sad face.

"No...it nothing." Kuroko smiled at him.

"Is that so." Akashi Said.

"The coach wants to see the players as they are so he often watches silently from the second floor." Akashi smiled.

"He seems much kinder than I expected." Kuroko Said.

Silence. All the GOM looked at Kuroko with disbelief face.

Aomine our his hands up.

"That's not true." Aomine Said.

"Eh?" Kuroko looked at them.

"It's been peaceful till now. By the real practice starts now. It'll be a lot harder, but don't worry. Nothing kills the young." Shirogane smiled.

"It's just he's a strict as the devil." Aomine Said.

"Uwah.." Kuroko remember this day.

This was the day Akashi became Captain and everything started to change..

"Akashi." Kuroko and Akashi was walking hike together. Their hands holding enterwined.

"What's wrong." Akashi turned to him.

"Akashi, lets say that a boy who was older than me in high school regrets his past because he couldn't save his friends and his lover. And he's traveled back in time to save them. Do you thinks that's the right thing to do?" Kuroko looked at Akashi with a pained expression.

Akashi eyes widen at Kuroko pained face. Even though he told Kuroko to hide his emotion. It was his first time seeing Kuroko like this.

"Nee. Tell me Aka-" Before Kuroko could speak Akashi held onto his hand and kissed him.

Kuroko eyes widen with tears in his eyes.

"Let's go home. We'll talk about this another time." Akashi Said. He wiped away the tears on his cheeks.

"But..." Kuroko looked at him.

"Don't worry. We'll always be together." Akashi smiled.
