~Three days later~

Kuroko took a deep breath as he walked toward the gym. Aomine in front leading.

"Are you okay Tetsu? You look a bit nervous." Aomine said.

"Just a bit. But I'll be fine." Kuroko played with his fingers.

"I see. Good luck!" Aomine pat Kuroko back.

They made it to the gym where the first string are.

"Akashi!" Aomine called out.

"Aomine what's wrong?" Akashi stop what he was doing and looked at him. He look over Aomine shoulder and his eyes widen.

"Is that him." Akashi said.

Aomine nodded his head. Akashi walked over to Nijimura and said something. Then they both turn to Kuroko.

"Ara Kurochin." The purple giant walked over to Kuroko.

"Murasakiabra, how have you been?" Kuroko asked.

"I've been fine. How about you? Why are you here?" He asked.

"I'm good also. I'm here to join the basketball club." Kuroko said.

"I see. Good luck." He said.

"Kuroko Tetsuya was it. I'm Akashi Seijirou Aomine told me a lot about you." Akashi said.

"Um, I want to join the basketball club. Can we please play in a game." Kuroko said.

"Heh, fine." Akashi smiled.

As they play a game five on five with some other first string. Kuroko showed his misdirection magic pass, cyclone pass, and phantom shoot to everyone. Everyone eyes widen at Kuroko.

"Misdirection, a technique use in magic." Akashi said.

"Misa- what?" Nijimura look at Akashi confused.

"Directing your opponent eyes somewhere else." Akashi said.

"Welcome to the first string." Akashi said.

"Good job Tetsu." Aomine smiled.

"Yeah..." Kuroko sadly look down.

"Huh? Aren't you happy you made it to the first string." Aomine look at Kuroko.

"No, I am happy. It's just I don't know." Kuroko smiled.

The all look at Kuroko weirdly.

"Thank you. See you tomorrow." Kuroko said as he walk out of the gym door.

When he left they all watch as Kuroko leave.

"I thought he would be much more happier?" Aomine said.

"Yeah me too." Nijimura said.

"Um is Kuroko Tetsuya here?" Momoi asked.

"Yes, that's me." Kuroko appear before her.

"Wah!" She back away.

"This is Kuroko? Wow he had a low presence." Momoi thought.

"Here your uniform is here." Momoi handed him a number 15 uniform.

"Thank you." Kuroko said.

Kuroko look at the uniform. He squeezes it a bit. His eyes held a bit sadness.

"Kuroko?" She look at him.

"Ah, sorry. I'm happy to have this back again." Kuroko said.

"?" Momoi tilted her head.

Kuroko pulled the uniform into his chest hugging it tightly.

"I'm back." Kuroko said.
