"Is it working yet?"

"Not yet M'lord. The subject still rejects the serum."

I roared in anger as I flipped the nearest table; shattering bottles and scaring the wither skeleton. I glared at the skeleton with glowing red eyes.

"I told you to make it work!" I said as I slammed my fist into the nether brick wall.

The wither skeleton jumped and shook. "M-m-maybe we can t-t-try serum 224."

"Fine. If you think it'll work." I said, walking to the door. "But I expect good results from it. Or it's your bones going in the fire."

~Rob's POV~

"Tell me again why we have to walk the same trail as last year?" Vikk asked as we trekked through the hot desert.

"Because we've wasted enough magical energy as it is." Wag said from the front of the group. "If any of us use any magical energy, we'll pass out out for a few days."

"But can't Sky and Ant teleport us?" Lizzie asked. "I thought Brines can teleport."

"We can." Sky replied.

"But we can only have one passenger. So by the time we get everyone to Redstonia, we would've passed out by the third person. It takes a lot of our energy." Ant continued as he gave Dan a bottle of water.

"Dangit. I don't want to pass out from heatstroke again!" Vikk exclaimed, having taken off Lachlan's hoodie and wrapped it around his waist.

"You'll be fine Vikk. We have plenty of water this time." Lachlan said, referring to the tons and tons of bottles in my magical bag. "And I can always carry you."

I gagged while Preston made a face at the two.

"Ew! Stop being cute!" Preston said, causing us to laugh.

While the others laughed and joked around, I looked behind me and noticed Jerome and Syn lagging behind a little bit. I slowed down and began to walk beside them.

"How are you guys holding up?" I asked the two, knowing their boyfriends were still missing.

"As best I can." Syn replied honestly. "It's kind of hard not hearing Jordan's smart-alec replies."

"And I miss messing around with my Benja." Jerome told me. "But he would want me to hold strong. I know we're close."

"We'll find them soon. I promise." I said, giving both of them a pat on the back before walking back to Preston.

"How are they doing?" Preston asked, looking back at the two.

"They're holding on. We need to rescue their boyfriends as fast as we can." I answered, pulling out some water for myself.

After a few hours, it was getting dark. We still had a few days left if travel.

"Okay guys! We'll camp here for the night. Tucker. Can you start a fire?" Wag asked, stopping at a random location.

"Sure thing Wag." Tucker said, using his magic to summon a few logs.

"Everyone else, get some rest. We leave at dawn." Wag said as he sat down in the sand and fell asleep.

Everyone yawned in agreement and walked around to find a place to lay down. Soon, the sounds of multiple people snoring echoed through the night; the only ones awake being me, Tiffany, Tucker, and Tom.

"Who's going to take first watch?" I asked, sitting down next to Preston's sleeping form.

"I don't think we need to take sleep watches." Tucker said as he poked at the fire with his sword. "We're in the middle of nowhere. Nothing will attack us."

"What about the mobs?" I asked.

"I haven't seen anything yet." Tom said, looking around at the dark barren desert. "It's strange. It's past dark and there are no mobs in sight."

"Well, I've heard rumors that sometimes Notch won't let mobs spawn on certain nights. Maybe tonight's one of them." Tiffany said, laying her head back to look at the stars littered across the night sky.

"Maybe." Tucker said, yawning at the end. "Anyway, I'm going to sleep. Anyone gonna join me?"

"I think it's time we all hit the hay. We have a long few days of traveling ahead of us." Tom said, laying down on the sand.

I nodded and curled up next to Preston, using his outstretched arm as a pillow. I yawned and closed my eyes, slowly drifting off to sleep.

~???? ?????'s POV~

"What do you see?"

"A bunch of random strangers. But why are they here?" I asked, as we crouched down in the sand.

"I have no idea." My partner said, his tail wagging slowly in the sand. "I say we kidnap a few of them and interrogate them."

"That's. Actually not a bad idea." I said, climbing to my feet and cautiously making my way over to where the group slept.

"Who are we taking?" My partner asked, creeping up behind me. "I say we take at least three of 'em."

"Alright. You choose one and I'll take two." I said, making my way over to a boy with a flower crown.

I carefully picked up the boy and walked over to another boy with large glasses. I tied both boys up before throwing them over my shoulder. Looking to my partner, I saw he had another boy with long blonde hair on his shoulder; his ankles and wrists tied up.

"Okay. Let's get out of here." I said, rushing off back to our camp.

~Back to Rob's POV~

I groaned uncomfortably as I moved around. Noticing I had nothing on my back, I quickly opened my eyes and saw the world was upside down. Well, I was upside down. I looked up and saw my feet were bound to wood by some rope. Upon further inspection, I saw my hands were bound and were lazily hanging above my head. Looking around more, I saw Tyler and Brice in the same position as me.

"Tyler! Brice!" I hissed out, trying to wake them up. "Wake up!"

Brice groaned before opening his eyes; Tyler doing the same.

"Okay. Why's the world upside down?" Tyler asked as he looked around.

"More importantly, where are we, and where are the others?" Brice asked.

"Questions will be answered in moment. After you answer ours." A voice said from the other side of the campfire.

The figure stood up, followed by another. Once they were in sight, I could make out two males wearing what looked like a turtle and lizard onesie.

"My name is TinyTurtle and this is LittleLizard." The turtle onesie said.

"I figured when I saw the clothing." Tyler said, pointing to their clothes. "Also, you look like you're our height. Why are you called Tiny and Little?"

"They're nicknames idiot." LittleLizard said. "Now, what is your group doing in the desert so close to our base?"

"Ummm. We're just traveling and had to stop for the night." I answered.

"Yeah, and the last time I was down here, I don't remember there being a sign saying: Watch out for Lizards and Turtles! They'll kidnap you!" Tyler said sarcastically.

"TinyTurtle! Why'd you have to get him?" LittleLizard complained to hi partner. "He's so annoying!"

"You're one to talk!" Tyler said. "You wear a lizard onesie for Notch's sake!"

"Tyler! Shut the Nether up!" I exclaimed. "If you haven't noticed, we're on the lower end of this."

"You should listen to you friend. Now answer our question before I hurt him." TinyTurtle said, pulling out a knife.

"Say what now?" I asked, looking to the knife.

"Okay! I've had enough!" A voice said as he walked out from behind a cactus. "You two better scram before I use my magic on you. I'm very tired and cranky so you best leave NOW."

The two scrambled to get away as Syn's hand lit up with light green magic. Once they were out of sight, Syn walked over to us and used his magic to untie us.

"Thanks Tom." I said, as I rubbed my head from the fall.

"Yeah, yeah. We should head out." Tom said. "We're kinda far from where we set up camp, so we should just head to Redstonia now. I'll send a magic message to Tucker once dawn breaks. Now come on. Let's get going."

~Time Skip~

"Thank you for coming guys." Seth said as we gathered in their underground bunker. "Enderlox has destroyed multiple buildings, but luckily we got everyone to safety."

"Do you have any idea where Enderlox is located now?" Sky asked him as we looked at the holographic map of the city. "Or his headphones?"

"Etho has his headphones. He's somewhere in the city with his friends trying to find Enderlox and get the headphones on. Some of you guys can go join him."

"I think we should have a group of five. Sky, Wag, Rob, Jason, and Ian should head out there." Tucker suggested. "The rest of us will stay here and help as best we can here."

"Okay. Etho is somewhere near the training area. Be safe you guys!" Seth said, ushering us out.

I gave Preston a small kiss on his lips before rushing out after the group.

~Sky's POV~

"It's scary to see the streets completely empty." Jason said as we ran down the streets.

"You got that right." Rob said, looking around. "It's so creepy. Like a horror film."

"Hey, I see Etho!" Ian said, pointing to a figure crouching behind a fallen building.

We snuck around the area and crouched down next to Etho.

"He's somewhere in the hospital there." Etho said, acknowledging our presence. "Most my crew was killed so he is extremely dangerous. Take the headphones and go."

Etho handed me Ty's neon green headphones and gave me a nod. I turned to my small group and looked to Jason.

"Me and Jason will go in and confront Ty. We should be able to take him down since all three of us are sons of the big bosses. The rest of you stay out here so you don't get hurt. Everyone got it?" I asked. Everyone nodded. "Okay. Jason, let's go."

Jason and I ran off into the building, taking one last glance at the group before we disappeared from view.

"So where in this hospital do you think Ty is?" Jason asked as he turned Wither.

"I hope somewhere close." I said, letting my bronze eyes turn gold. "This hospital is way too big to search with only two people."

We walked down the halls, looking for any sign of Ty in the darkness. It wasn't until we came across a body that we knew we were close.

"Look. There's another body over there. I think they'll lead us to Ty." Jason said, hovering off the ground.

"Good idea. Let's go."

Following the bodies, we came across a door with blood under it. Looking at each other, me and Jason pushed open the door. Crouched in the corner of the room, Ty sat with his hands over his ears. Not realizing our presence, Ty continued to sit in the corner. Ty's enderdragon wings were lowered slightly, and his tail was curled around his left foot. I looked to Ty with a look of sympathy as I hovered over to him and moved his hands. Ty looked up at me with a tear streaked face and neon purple eyes. I placed the headphones on his head, before pulling him into a hug; which he eventually hugged back to.

"I don't ever want to go through that again." Ty whimpered. "I was able to fight it, but not before I killed all those men."

"It's okay Ty. You're safe now." I said, petting his hair. "Do you know who we have to save next?"

Ty sniffled and nodded.

"We have to go to the Budder Kingdom. Jordan's been turned, and he's rampaging through your city."
