Rosalie's POV
I wake up to nothing in particular, but I check my phone to see that it's seven thirty. I sigh putting my phone back on the nightstand. Well, I'm awake now, might as well get up for the day. I walk to the adjoining bathroom and turn the shower on.

I take my clothes off and stick my hand in to feel the water is nice and warm. I jump in, massaging my scalp with shampoo and conditioner. Good thing I brought my body wash and I lather that on. Once I'm done, I wrap a towel around me as I comb my hair.

I change into a charcoal sweatshirt, light gray tang top, black jeans, and white converse. As I finish tying my shoes, I reach in my bag and grab my light gray hat. I finish my look with black eyeliner and mascara, that make my eyes pop.

I walk back to the bathroom and grab my necklace that I left on the sink. It's a beautiful blue gem with a silver design in the shape of a heart. I put it on as it dangles from my neck, the blue gem bright in the light. I smile as I take in my appearance in the mirror, before slipping the necklace under my sweatshirt.

Suddenly, a loud animalistic roar fills my ears as everything begins to shake as tremors shook the place. As I pull myself up from the floor, as I hear a scream. This scream was young, very young, then I froze as all the color drained from my face. Mason!

I scramble out of the bathroom and out of my room to listen for Mason, but I couldn't decipher where the scream came from. I hear another roar, but this one was different from the first. I ran to my left as I come to another corridor, but the sound of heavy footsteps and loud voices told me to go straight.

Upon entering a new hall that I never noticed has me frozen in fear! The walls are scorched as claw like marks covered the walls. A high screech hinted that I was close and I ran again to a huge door, even bigger than Optimus himself!

There's a crowd of people and bots, blocking my view of the situation. I push through a few soldiers to see Mason surrounded by huge mechanical dinosaurs!

"Mason!" I yell and run to him, ignoring the protests of bots and soldiers. The gigantic T-Rex moves his attention to me as I embrace Mason, shielding him from the T-Rex's view.

"Rose!" Will shouts. Haejax runs in after me as he stands between me and the Dinobot.

"Rosie, it's okay, Grimlock isn't going to hurt you." He says with a smile as he looks up at the T-Rex. "You weren't going to hurt the fleshling were you?" Haejax inquires in a teasing baby voice as Grimlock tilts his big head. He shakes his head in the end before looking back at me.

I feel something poking me and I turn my head slowly to look over my shoulder, to see a two headed pteranodon (pterodactyl) on a crate. I slowly feel my body shake as a scream is lodged in my throat, unable to escape. I noticed we're surrounded with Mason clutched to me.

"How the hell do you have dinosaurs living here?!" I cursed, even though I never really do, unless I'm extremely mad or surprised; in this case, I'm surprised! I actually can't believe I found my voice to even say a word.

"Hey hey hey, watch your language, we have children here..." Haejax teased with a small laugh as he pointed to Mason and the littler versions of the Dinobots; that were standing behind him.

"Grimlock and the others are kind of like the cybertronian version of a dog." He says. "They are part of the original knights sent out to look for worlds we could inhabit, but we ended up training them like dogs after they were released from their really long captivity. It was really funny watching Big Rig ride this guy." He adds with a small laugh, as he crouched down in front of Mason and I.

"I promise you, they aren't a threat. The Dino sparklings are even the perfect size for Mas to play with." Haejax explains as the three baby Dino's looked at us expectantly. With Grimlock still staring at me, I debated my next course of action.

I stretch my right hand out as Grimlock slowly comes forward. I feel a sense of familiarity from the Dino's, but once I touch Grimlock's snout, everything changed.

A great ship crash lands on a terrain leading to a valley. The valley has mountains, tall grass swaying in the wind with reptilian creatures scattered about. A door opened as figures exited the space craft.

Nine figures stood around the ship, observing their surroundings. A green light emitted from the figures eyes, the light running over the reptile creatures. When the light disappears, the nine figures forms change into those of the reptiles.

Suddenly, a slim black object is falling from the sky. All the creatures in the valley watch the mysterious object fall until it impacts the ground. A bright light is seen before the inevitable happened.

The ground, rock, soil, plants, animals, and even water; turned to metal. The reptilian creatures stampeded in the direction opposite the light. Some of the creatures were able to take shelter, survived after everything went quiet.

The nine figures were unfazed, but when other ships came down collecting the metal; the nine figures were being chased down. Five of the figures were captured and caged like wild animals. The other four were trapped in their ship as the earth crumbled around. The largest of the nine cried out from the ship to his trapped comrades.

Once the projection of the home movie stops, I open my eyes to realize that I had my forehead touching Grimlock's face. I gaze deep into his eyes as if I was having a conversation with him.

"There were more of you." I mumbled, as a small animalistic sigh comes from Grimlock as he stares back at me.

I notice Haejax was gently rubbing his neck, as the baby triceratops walked up to Mason and hesitatantly nudged him, with a few small clicks and chirps. I watch as Mason slowly gets to the floor as the baby triceratops wags his tail. I'm completely in awe at how these giant creatures are so friendly.

"Damn, she's lucky. Usually the Dinobots aren't good with newbies." I hear Epps say astonished. I hear somebody laugh and I look over to Haejax, who is smiling.

"When we rescued them, Grimlock was very hostile, then Optimus put him in his place and they've been loyal ever since. They even have modes too, but prefer their Dino modes." I listen as Haejax talks as I continue to pet Grimlock. I feel a tingling sensation around my neck, and I look down to grab my necklace.

I quickly put it back under my sweatshirt when I see movement out of the corner of my eye. I look over to see Bumblebee walking over to the two headed pteranodon and putting his hand on the Dino's shoulder...or wing?

"This is...Strafe...my partner.." I watch as Strafe squawks and nudges Bee.

"If I didn't know any better, I think you two were made for each other." I tease as I hear a few 'burns' or 'oh' and laughs from the crowd. I notice there were three more bigger Dino's that were to my left.

A triceratops with glowing red eyes snorts when I reach my hand out to him. I touch his horn as a name is spoken through thought. The voice is deep, deeper than Optimus's. 'Slug.'

"Slug," the triceratops exhales, as another Dino comes up next to him. I think it's a Utah-raptor (Velociraptor), but it comes up sniffing my head and I stay perfectly still. It's bright green eyes make it seem less terrifying, but you never know. Looks can be deceiving.

The Dino nudges my head with his snout, my hair blowing as he sniffs. I was taking a risk, but I lift my hand slowly as not to startle him. 'Slash,' Once again, a voice echoes in my head. I really hope I'm not going crazy.

"Slash?" He makes a hum noise as if he was answering me.

"See Rose, they won't hurt you. Now let's go get breakf-" Epps begins to say walking over to Mason and I, but the ground trembles again as one of the Dino's runs. It stops between Epps and I roaring at him, like a warning.

My eyes widen in shock as my mouth forms an 'o'. Epps is pulled back by Will as the bots grow tense at the situation. Things are escalating fast as I notice this is a different Dino. This one is a Spinosaurus, with blue eyes and has three-sails. He's growling just waiting for something to move.

I have no clue what I'm doing when I notice that I'm moving closer to the Spinosaurus; it's like my feet have a mind of their own. When I'm by the side of its head, I reach my hand up and place it on the side of his jaw, since he's so tall.

When I lower my hands, he brings his head down, following my hands. His eyes are still facing the crowd, as he growls lowly. I shush him as I lean my head on his snout so I can look into his eyes. 'Scorn.'

"Scorn," his eyes flicker to me as I smile at him. "Everything's okay, no need to be mean." I rub his snout as he starts to calm down, I even think he started purring. Once his eyes closed and he leans into my hands, did I look over to the shocked crowd.

"What?" Will walks forward, but cautious of Scorn.

"How did you do that?" I give him a puzzled look. "How did you calm him down?"

"What? I thought you said they listen to you."

"Well more like, we tell Grimlock and they listen to him. But scorn is never one to socialize with any of us. Only with the other Dinobots." Will explains. I look to Scorn who is watching me, so I just rub his head.

"Haejax is right, they're friendly." I say. Mason comes beside me with the baby Dinobots in tow. The baby pteranodon is on Mason's shoulder, with the other two by his sides. A loud grumble makes us all turn to Mason who is giggling wrapping his arms around his stomach.

"What's for breakfast?" I laugh at him when Jazz comes forward.

"C'mon 'lil man, it's time for breakfast!" Jazz scoops Mason up who is giggling and the baby Dino's are squawking for Mason.

"I'll be back Rexie! Phoenix! Spike!" Mason waves at them as he exits the room. I start walking towards the door, following the others until the loud footsteps behind me caught my attention. I turn around to see Scorn following me. I smile shaking my head before I say,

"You have to stay here Scorn. Okay?" He just looks at me. I put my hands on his snout, rubbing it soothingly. "How about I come back after, ya?" He makes a low grumble and I pat his nose before heading to the door where Bee was waiting.

He gives her a nod and she smiles at him as they walk to the cafeteria. The place is packed with soldiers, she almost couldn't see Will and the group. Bee continues walking to where the hangar is and I go over to the table.

Mason was already eating a pancake with eggs and bacon. I just grabs some eggs and sit down to eat. When I'm done, Mason is already bouncing in his seat. "Rosie, can I go play with Rexie, Spike, and Phoenix?"

I smile at him and nod my head, and he takes off like a bullet. Next thing I know Mason is running down the hall with the baby Dinobots behind him. I'm happy that he's smiling and laughing.

"So how are you liking it here?" Will asks turning to me. I raise my eyebrows with a 'really' look.

"If you mean being thrown into a world of a different race and find a hidden room with a bunch of freakishly large dinosaurs, then yes, it's alright." I say sarcastically gaining chuckles from everyone.

Later that evening after dinner, I headed for the Autobot hangar; to see a few N.E.S.T soldiers and a handful of the Autobots. I notice Optimus was talking to Will and another man on the screen.

Off to the side, Elita and her sisters are resting in their vehicle mode. There's another red car that isn't Sideswipe's next to them and Ironhide is off to the side looking grumpy as ever. As I just took everything in my phone starts ringing.

I go to my pocket and see that it's Ruby calling me. I quickly answer wondering why she's calling me.

"Hello?"

"Hi Rosie!"

"Hi Ruby, is everything okay?"

"Oh yes, I was wondering if you could come in tomorrow morning? Taylor walked out on us." I hear her sigh and imagine her shaking her head.

"Of course, I will be there at my normal time."

"Thank you so much sweetie!" I smile at the nickname.

"Your welcome, bye Ruby." I hang up, look up to see them staring at me. "What?"

"Who was that?" Epps said walking over.

"Just my boss, I need to go to work tomorrow."

"Not going to happen." Will shakes his head.

"Why? You said yourself and Haejax, that I will get an escort to work and Mason for school." Footsteps behind me had me turn around to see Bee.

"I will take...her tomorrow.." I turn to Will who's thinking.

"Please Will, they're short staffed." I plead and he sighs giving in.

"Fine, but he" pointing to Bee, "goes and stays until you're done. Then you come right back here." I nod my head and Will goes back to talking with Optimus. I turn to Bee and hug his leg.

"Thanks Bee!" He nods and I let go. Bee bends down and has his hand behind me. I look at him and he tilts his head towards his hand. I sit down on it as he brings it up and he leaves the hangar.

Be walks down the halls and stops at a door that I recognize as the rec room. I see Jazz kneeling beside the couch and Bee puts me down. I look at him then to Jazz and make my way to the couch.

I peek over the side to see Mason asleep with the baby dino's around him. I smile seeing that he's enjoying his time here.

"How long has he been out?" I whisper quietly.

"'Bout and hour 'lil lady." Jazz replies looking at me then back to Mason. I walk over to Mason and pick him up gently, his head lays on my shoulder. I start heading to the door when I hear quiet chirps. I turn around to see the dino's awake looking at me. I shake my head with a smile and say,

"Come on." They get off the couch and follow me to Mason's room. I go in and lay Mason on the bed covering him up.

"Rosie?" Mason rubs his eyes and I shush him.

"Shh..get some sleep Mas," I stroke his hair when the Dino's get on the bed and curl up. When I hear his quiet snores, I get up and shut the lights off but leave a nightlight on. I shut the door quietly and go to my room. Looking forward to that early shift tomorrow.
