Sadie's POV

Ring!  

Stupid alarm clock. I heard my mom call me.

  "Sadie wake up you have to go to school!"

  "I know!" I shouted back.

  "Your breakfast is going to be downstairs,"

"Okay," I stepped out of bed. Then down the stairs.

But then I fell. "Ahh!" I shouted. When I reached the ground there was a loud thump. "Ow! My bad luck," I said. I stumbled to the table. When I reached the chair that was beside the table I sat down.

My mom started to speak, "Are you okay Sadie?"

  "Yeah, I'm fine." I said.

   "I just wanted to know," My mom replied.

   "Why don't you sit down, mom?"

  "Well I need to go to work in a few minutes. And you, Sadie you need to go to school," My mom replied.

  "Oh right!" I quickly ate my breakfast. Then I ran up the stairs. And you guessed it, I fell. Down the stairs all the way to the bottom. Then I ran back up the stairs. And then I went to take a shower, first I got my clothes and  then I took a shower. Then brushed my hair.

Then I heard my mom shout,"Sadie the bus is here!"

"I'm coming!" I shouted back. I ran down the stairs as fast as I could. But when I reached the door the bus was gone.

  "Mom can you take me to school? I missed the bus!" I cried.

  "Sadie I'm going to be late for work."

  "Does that mean I can stay home?" I asked.

"I guess," My mom replied." Well I'm going to work now," said my mom. When my mom left, I sat down at the table. "I guess that's some good luck..." I said to myself. When I sat down I started to think. What will my teacher say if I tell her I missed school?

Then I said " What if I get detention?" I started to get worried, like the girl I am I want to be the most best student I can. 

"Stay calm Sadie, stay calm," I said to myself. I got out of the chair I was sitting on and went up the stairs to my room. Then I all of the sudden I was talking to myself. I wasn't worried any more for some reason.

  "My birthday is coming, I don't think I will have good gifts," I muttered. I was so busy talking to myself that I didn't hear my mom open the door.

  "Sadie I'm home!" My mom shouted.

  "Home already?" I answered back.

"Yes," my mom replied.

  "Did you have a nice time?" My mom asked.

  "Mom I stayed home."

"Oh yes, I forgot," I went down the stairs. " Sadie are you okay?"

 "Yeah, I'm fine."

  " I just wanted to know."

"I'm going to my room." I said quietly.

   "Did I do something wrong?"  my mom asked. I was half way up the stairs. Then I answered, "You didn't do anything." Then up the stairs I went. When I got to my room I sat on my bed.  I sighed.
