Picture: Xzavier Resse

        West's POV:

Xazvier smiles at me, a heart-stopping smile that makes me wanna drop to my knees and do dirty things to him.

"You're West, right?" Xzavier asks, his voice holding a slight accent. I nod my head eagerly and smile widely, totally forgetting Darren for the moment.

June skips up next to me and waves at my date. "Hi Xzavier!" She says cheerfully, smiling all the while. In the background, I here Kayden say "Damn, West is gonna get lucky tonight," making me flip him off.

June shakes her head and pushes me towards Xzavier. "Alright, have fun! And please, please, please don't let West near anything expensive. He will literally destroy it all by tripping on air,"

I pout, causing Xzavier to chuckle and slink his arm through mine. "I promise," He winks at me, causing me to giggle like a little girl who just met One Direction.

And trust me, I would know, because when Kayden met One Direction, that's exactly how he sounded.

"Okay, bye guys!" I wave cheerfully at my friends, avoiding any and all eye contact with Darren. Xzavier pulls me out of the house, a big smile on those luscious looking lips of his.

"So," Xzavier starts as he opens the door for me. What a gentleman! I bet Darren would never- No, no, no West! This date is about Xzavier, not Darren, so stop thinking about him! "Tell me a little about yourself."

I wait until he gets into the car before talking. "Well, I'm West Destry, but I'm sure you already know that," I laugh nervously, staring out the window to conceal my bright red cheeks. "Um... I'm gay, if you couldn't tell. I... Like chicken. Actually, I like food in general. Do you know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because- Okay, I'll stop now, I'm rambling again..."

Xzavier laughs, his laugh sounding like the most beautiful thing I have ever heard. Minus the sound of Dar- Nope, not going there. "Well, I like food, too," He says in that slight accent of his, chuckling all the while. "Well how 'bout your family? You got a mum and dad?"

Mum? Oh, he's British. Well, add that to list of things that Xzavier makes me hard from.

But hearing "mom"- or "mum" in his case- makes my heart clench. My stomach does fifty flips, and bad memories try to push their way into my skull.

"What did you do to her?!" I scream, tears running down my face.

"West?" Xzavier asks, his voice laced with concern. "West, what's wrong? Are you feeling ill? Do you want me to take you back home?"

I can feel my breathing getting heavier, and the car begins to spin, making me nauseous. I gulp down some vomit and try to focus on Xzavier's sexy, sexy voice.

"Fine," I manage to choke out after a minute, my head not pounding as much and my breathing evening out. "I'm fine, just didn't feel well for a minute. But to answer your question, I don't have a mom... But I do have a dad and an older sister."

Xzavier gives me concerned glance, probably noticing my rapidly paling face. His hand shoots out and grabs my own, his thumb massaging circles on it, soothing me to the point of me nearly melting into a puddle. "I'm sorry, I won't bring up your mum again, yeah?"

I nod gratefully and sink back in Xzavier's car seat. "So, what about you? You got a British accent, so where are you from?"

Xzavier smiles and goes on to tell me about life in England, how his dad raised him while his mom worked here, in America. He tells me how his dad missed his mom so much, that five years ago Xzavier and Mr. Resse moved to America for Mrs. Resse, which is why Xzavier only has a slight accent. "I'm an only child, which can get quite boring, really," He says in that adorable accent of his, pulling into the parking lot of a very expensive looking restaurant.

"Oh trust me, being an only child is lucky," I laugh and think about how my sister uses to dress me up in girl clothes when I was little. No wonder I'm gay...

Xzavier jumps out of the car and opens my door, bowing slightly and moving his hand towards the restaurant. "Dinner awaits, Mr. Destry,"

I giggle again and gracefully get out of the car. And by gracefully, I mean get my foot stuck on the way out and make me land right on top of Xzavier, or lips touching for a second. "Oh my God, I'm such a klutz!" I cry, trying to get off of him but only ending up rubbing against him. I bit my lip, trying to hold in the groan that wants to leave my mouth.

"It's fine," Xzavier says, his face flushed. "West, stop squirming for one second." I do as he says, and with much more gracefulness than I could even do in my dreams, he stands with me in his arms. "See? Just had to stop dry humping."

My face turns such a bright red, I look like Rudolph's nose. "I'm so, so, so sorry! I didn't mean-"

"I never said I didn't like it," Xzavier cuts in, his arms still around me. Well... No wonder my pants are so tight... He leans in slowly, his lips nearly meeting mine... When my phone goes off.

"Oh my Harry Styles," I groan and pick up my phone, shooting Xzavier an apologetic smile. "Hello?"

"West, baby, how's it going?" Junie asks, a smirk evident in her voice. "Did you two skip dinner and just bang in his backseat?"

My face turns red and I start to walk, putting a little distance between me and Xzavier. "No, but that might've happened if you hadn't called!" I whine somewhat loudly, making Xzavier- even though he is farther away- laugh. "Dammit June, don't call me again."

I hang up the phone before she has a chance to continue running her big mouth, and walk back to Xzavier with a smile. "Sorry 'bout that, some crazy... Mexican man... Trying to sell me burrito's again,"

Xzavier laughs and takes my hand in his, walking towards the front entrance. "Hey, Charlie," He says to the waiter at the podium, waiting to take people's names. The guy, Charlie, nods at my date.

"Hello, Xzavier," Charlie smiles. "You know where to go." Xzavier nods his head and pulls me to a fancy looking table.

"Damn, this place is waaay better than McDonald's!" I say in awe, looking around at the chandelier's and beautiful paintings on the wall.

Xzavier laughs and looks around as well. "Yeah, it's a pretty nice place," He shrugs. "My dad owns it, so I'm here almost all the time. I work here part-time as well."

My jaw drops. "You dad owns this place?!" I exclaim, grabbing his shoulders. "Are you rich? Do you have a really big house?" I gasp. "Does your room have a hot tub in it?!"

Xzavier laughs again and gently pries my fingers from his shoulder. "Am I rich? Yeah, I guess you could say that. My house is quite big, not bragging or anything. And actually, yes, I do have a hot tub, but it's on my porch rather than my room."

My eyes widen even more. "You're hot, sweet, funny, and rich? Holy hell, you are perfection," I whisper, wanting to kiss him so badly.

        Darren who?

"Well thank you," Xzavier giggles, his face reddening. "Perhaps you'd like to come over afterwards?" His smile makes his eyes shine even brighter, and I can't help but smile back.

"I would love to," I say, blushing a bit. Another waiter comes and takes our orders. While we wait for our food, we fall into casual talk, telling each other our likes, dislikes, favorite bands, etcetera.

"I'm just saying, Parachute is better," Xzavier argues, a goofy grin on his face.

I narrow my eyes. "No way," I hiss. "Maroon Five is the shit."

We glare at each other for a second before bursting into laughter. "We-we are sooo gay!" I giggle, making Xzavier burst into laughter even harder.

He nods in agreement, our food arriving right then. "Thanks, Cam," He says to the waiter, smiling his perfect smile at him.

We dig into the food, and as I eat a piece of steak, I can't help but moan at the flavor. "Holy mother of Adam Levine, this is amazing!"

Xzavier blushes a little bit as I continue to moan at the food. "Yeah, the chef is my dad's best friend, so we get to eat this all the time," He shrugs as if he isn't eating the most wonderful food in the universe.

"I'm taking this home and making it my bitch," I point to my plate of steak and roasted potatoes, making Xzavier laugh yet again.

We eat in comfortable silence, only talking once in a while. After our food is complete, we order a piece of cheesecake to share.

"So... Have you ever had a boyfriend before?" Xzavier asks, taking a sip of his Sprite.

I shake my head. "Nope," Embarrassment creeps into me. "I, uh, had this fling with this guy once, but we never took it far. Kissing and such, but... Yeah, still got my V-card." I pat my pocket, as if my virginity was sitting there.

Xzavier smiles. "It's good, I am too," He must notice my utterly shocked expression because he chuckles. "I never dated anyone either, because I didn't come out until last year."

"Hm..." I say thoughtfully as our cheesecake arrives. "Oh God, food, I love you." I hungrily take a bite, even though I just ate.

My date smiles at me and takes a bite as well. As he slides his mouth over the fork, I can't help the dirty things that come into my mind.

Thank you so much, Xzavier, for the boner.

"What?" Xzavier asks, amusement clear in his tone, his face red.

        I blink. "Huh?"

My date laughs and tells me "Uh, you kinda said I, um, gave you a..." He trails off, gesturing with his hand.

My face turns red. "I said that aloud?!" I cry, embarrassed. "Oh God, kill me now!"

"I guess now would be the time to tell you that you gave me one, too?" Xzavier blushes and drops his gaze to the table, absentmindedly picking at our dessert.

My face reddens more, but I can't help but smile. "Really? Hm, that's a first," I giggle and take his hand in mine. "This date has been amazing, Xzavier."

He smiles and looks into my eyes. "It has, indeed," He agrees. "So, do you still want to come over my house?"

I nod, eager to see his house. "Okay then," He says, letting me finish the last bite if cheesecake. "I just need to tell my dad and we can get going."

I wait there for a couple minutes before Xzavier comes back and takes my hand in his, walking out of the restaurant like he owns the place.

        Oh wait...

Before I step in the car, he places a kiss on my lips so quickly I wouldn't know he actually kissed me if it wasn't for my tingling lips. He doesn't say anything as he closes my door and walks around to his side, smiling. "Ready?" He asks, smiling at me.

"Yeah," I whisper, my fingers touching my lips. But when I said yeah, I wasn't just saying I was ready to leave.

I was saying I'm ready to forget I ever liked Darren.
