It was Friday, today was the day that Cameron was going to take me out and also tomorrow was the day of the party in matts house. What an eventful two days.

I checked my phone and saw a message from Cameron.

From Cameron:

Morning beautiful, just texting to see if you can pick me up.

I reply saying yes and to wait for me to get ready first.

I get out of my bed and go to the bathroom, I use the toilet and then brush my teeth and wash my face.

I walk back into my bedroom and start getting ready.

"Okay you guys are dismissed." Our teacher says and we all get up from our seats.

I was walking with Alyssa, who became one of my good friends.

We were laughing about something that happened in class until her boyfriend, Chris called her.

I said bye to her and then started to make way to my car. As I was walking, I heard someone call my name, I turned around and saw Cameron running up to me.

"Oh hey, do you want to me to give you a lift?" I ask him and he shakes his head, no.

"My friends driving me but you get home and get ready, I'll pick you up around six." He says.

"Okay that's fine." I smile at him which he returns, he comes closer and places a kiss on my lips.

"See you later." He smiles again and walks away.

I get inside my car and put my seatbelt on, I push the keys into the ignition and set off.

When I get home, I run upstairs to my room and put my bag and phone away.

I walk to the bathroom and strip off before I head in to the shower.

When everything was clean, I grab a towel and wrap it around my body. I plug the hair dryer in and dry my hair until it was fully dry.

I walk to my room and pull out my undergarments, I put them on and then take out one of my black skinny jeans, and then pull on a black floral tank top over my head.

I take out my makeup bag and brush mascara on my lashes and swipe a light pink lip stick one lips. I take out my white converses on and push my feet in them, I check myself one more time before heading downstairs.

The time was 5:30 which means that he would be here in half an hour.

Brad comes in the house, I could tell I shocked him by the way he jumped. I burst in to laughter and he just glared at me.

"Shut up Nora, I have to tell you something." He takes a seat next to me on the sofa.

"Sure, what's up?"

"You know that girl, I told you about and how I was going to ask you out." It took me a minute to figure out what he was saying.

"Oh yeah, you haven't asked her out yet?" I gave him a look.

"Well no I haven't but the thing is, I asked her out today."

I raise my eyebrows at him for more information. "And?"

"She said yes." He said and I punched him on the shoulder playfully.

"Well done bro." I say and he smiles.

"Anyways where you going?" He asks in concern.

"To the zoo with Cameron."

"Can I come?" He asks.

"Uh sure unless you want to third wheel."

"I'm just kidding, you guys are too cheesy to be around with."

"We're not even that cheesy." I start to laugh but I was only fooling myself.

He scoffs and gets up. "I'm going to my room, I'll see you later yeah."

I nod and he runs up to his room.

The doorbell rings and I get up and take my bag, I walk to the door and open it, revealing Cameron.

"Ready?" He asks and I nod.

I shut the door behind me and he grabs my hand and we walk to his car, he opens the door for me. I thank him and get inside.

When he gets inside, he starts driving and he starts the conversation.

"Did you get your clothes?" He asks and I look at him, confusedly.

"What clothes?"

"To stay in my place."

"Oh crap, I didn't bring anything." I sigh.

"You can wear one of mines." He says.

"Okay, but do you happen to have any makeup removal wipes?" I ask him.

"Sierra does."

"Okay that's fine."

We then talk about random things until we arrive, he parks on a spot and we both get out.

He takes my hand and we walk inside, I could already hear the noises the animals were making which made me even more excited if that was even possible.

"You don't even know how excited I am." I grin.

"Yes I do, I can tell by your face." He lets out a deep chuckle which makes a giggle escape my lips. 

He leads us to where the giraffes were and honestly, they were so adorable. We then went to see elephants, deers, monkeys, tigers, meerkats and much more. 

"You know, I think I want to adopt an animal." Cameron says as we sit near the goats who came to for food.

"Really? What animal would you like to adopt?" A smile spreads on my lips.

"I'm thinking of a husky." He says.

"You should definitely do that." I reply and he nods, a grin plastered on his lips.

"Come on we should get going, we can eat out for dinner." He gets up.

"Aw but I want to stay here forever." I get up also and he chuckles, slinging an arm over my shoulder.

"Me too, but I don't think the security will be too happy when they find us sleeping with the goats." He jokes which causes me to laugh.

"Maybe you're right." I say as we get inside his car.

"Where should we eat?" He asks me.

"Anywhere would be good." I respond. 

"Okay I know a place." He says and he makes his way to a grill place.

"I should have known." I say and he laughs.

He gets out of the car, me following behind him. Today couldn't be more perfect but I was wrong, it got worse. 

It got worse by when I saw my ex boyfriend who broke my heart completely.
