My phone was ringing constantly but I didn't pick it up, I couldn't. My heart was going crazy, beating every second. Tears were still pouring out of my eyes, they wouldn't stop. I was still in complete shock after what happened, if I didn't quickly escape, who knows what could have happened.

I checked my phone and saw 10 missed calls from Carter and 2 from Cameron, I also saw a few messages from Carter but I just ignored them. I went to Cameron's contact and called him, he picked up at the second ring.

"Hey Nora, you okay?" He asks.

"No." I admit, a sob escaping my mouth.

"Whats wrong babe? What happened?" I can hear panic in his voice. 

"Can I come over?" I quietly ask. 

"Yeah of course, come safely please." 

"Okay." I sniff and end the call. 

I make it to Cameron's house and when I knock on the door, he opens it quickly and lets me in. When he sees my tears, he pulls me into his arms and kisses my head while a few more tears escape my eyes. 

"Shh, you're okay." He says softly. 

He pulls back a little and searches my eyes. "Now tell me what happened." 

I look down and wipe my eyes. "Its carter." 

"What about him? What did he do?" He says confusedly. 

"He.." I say, not really wanting to say it.

"He what Nora." He says sternly.

"He kissed me." I look up and watch his face take in the news. 

"He fucking what." I see anger covering his features.

"Yeah, thats what he did." My voice going quieter by the minute.

"And did you kiss him back?" His voice raises and I don't know why but I felt anger.

"No of course not, he was the one who forced himself on me. He wouldn't let me go, you know. I can't believe you'd think I kissed him, why would I ever do that to you." I say, staring deeply in to his eyes.

He sighs. "I'm sorry, I just don't know what to think." His voice goes back to quiet.

"Look it doesn't matter." 

His voice turns louder again. "It doesn't matter? Of course it matters, he kissed you. Obviously I'm not going to let this slide, the prick deserves everything that he gets." 

"No Cameron please just leave him, don't make this into a big deal."

"No, no one touches my girl like that." His words make my heart melt.

"Hes not worth it, just leave him be." 

"Okay fine." He says, but I don't believe him.

"Promise me."

"Fine I promise." He says.

"Good." 

He leans in and whispers. "But he got to watch his step." I give him a look and just kisses my lips.

It was the next day and I was just walking to my car, Carter was trying to talk to me but I avoided him with every chance I got.

I was about to get in to my car until I started hearing, "fight, fight, fight!" 

I looked around and saw Hollie shouting my name, she ran up to me completely out of breath.

"Nora, Camerons fighting with Carter." She says and I quickly lock my car and run with her to where they were fighting. I saw Cameron punching carter, he had a few bruises on his face and so did Carter.

"Oh my god." I mutter and quickly try to go in between the crowds. 

"Cameron!" I shout but he didn't hear me. I looked around and I saw everyone cheering, no one bothering to stop them. Matt came up to me and said, "I'll sort this."

He went up to them and quickly held Cameron's arms while he was struggling to get out of them.

He shouted. "Let go of me!" 

Matt whispered something in his ear and I watched as Cameron's eyes spotted me. Everyone started to leave since no one was fighting anymore. Carter came up to me but I just moved away from him. 

"Nora please talk to me." 

"Carter I will kill you, get away from her." Cameron shouts. 

I sigh and walk up to Cameron, I take his hand and make him come to my car.

"What is wrong with you?" I glare at him.

He gets in the passenger seat while I get in to the drivers seat. 

"Nothing." He says simply.

"I told you to not to touch him and look at you now, you're literally covered in blood." I say, while driving to my house.

"I had to teach him a lesson, he should know to not come near you but he obviously hasn't learnt it." 

I looks at him for a second and sigh again. "Cameron you better not go near him again." 

"I can't, you don't know how much I want to kill him." 

"Leave him, trust me its not worth it. You're just going to get yourself into even more trouble." 

He stares at me. "Fine, I'll leave him alone. But if he does it again, he knows whats coming." 

"I know, I know." I mumble. 

I park into my driveway and help Cameron get out as he is injured. He uses the wall for support while I open the door with my keys, he puts his arm around me and I help him get to the bathroom.

He sits on the counter while I search for the first aid kit, when I find it, I take it out and start clearing the blood that was dripping.

He watches my hands as they quickly move around his face, he makes a face when I push too hard but he doesn't say anything.

"I'm sorry babe." He says and I look at him.

"It's fine." 

He gets off the counter and follows me to the kitchen, he takes a seat while I grab snacks from the cupboard for the both of us.

I hear the door open and I look to see Brad entering. "Can I speak to you guys?"

"Yeah." I mumble. 

"Look Cameron, I'm sorry for judging you too quickly. I judged you from your previous actions and I have slowly stared to realise that you're a good person to my sister. I just got too overprotective and obviously was really worried of what you could do to her, but I'm sorry and I really do hope that we can be good friends." He says and I smile, he finally got it.

"Its cool bro." Cameron says and they both smile at each other.

Brad comes over to me and places his arm around my shoulder. "Sorry sis." 

"Don't worry, its fine. Just don't be too quick to judge next time." 

"Of course." He says.

"Now tell me how you got those bruises on your face Cameron." He looks cluelessly at him.

We give each other a look, knowing exactly how Brad is going to react.
