Jax:

"Hey, Thief? You okay?"

Gilly breaks away from her trance and nods. She's been acting weird today. I bite my lip. I question her further but she doesn't look like she's in the mood.

"Hey."

I whip around to see Ellie leaning over my desk.

"Hey," I say with a smile. I see Gilly out of the corner of my eye, scowling. It takes every ounce of my self control to not burst out laughing.

"Wanna hang out in the library after class?"

"Sure."

I see Gilly cross her arms and raise her eyebrow slightly. I turn to look at her but she looks away. I snort. She glances at me, her cheeks flushed pink.

"Alright class. Today we are going to be studying the Troll War." Professor Wolfington says calmly.

A series of groans is heard all around the room. The Professor gives us a wolffish grin. Great. Nothing better than learning about trolls get killed. Yay.

"Ready?" Ellie asks me as I shove my textbook in my backpack.

"Mhm."

We both head out and I'm about to step in the hallway when Ellie drags me down a different one.

"I found somewhere else we can go," she says with a grin.

I follow her and she steps in front of a bookcase full of enchanted books. She pulls one of them and the bookcase door opens revealing a magical garden. Ooooohhhhhhh.

"I found this when I was wandering around. Isn't it amazing?"

I smile. Great memories here. I laugh a bit remembering when I first told Gilly that I am one of the royals in this garden. I'll never forget the way her jaw dropped.

"Jax?"

"Oh, sorry just got distracted."

She dragged me inside and we sat down.

"I wish I had a garden like this at home. It's beautiful."

"Yeah. It really is isn't it?"

Ellie smiles at me. A strand of her light blonde hair is in front of her face and without me thinking, I tuck it behind her ear. We both lock eyes and then all the sudden we were kissing. It was like I had no control over my body. I hear something rustle and whip around. Did someone see us?

Jocelyn:

Right after history I walk with Gilly to her next class. Don't ask me why I was being nice because I still don't know. I waved to her and instead going to science, I wandered around the halls. I stopped at a bookcase and pulled on a book and the bookcase opened. I stow into the enchanted garden and smile. I could get a lot here for my new potions.

I grab some ginger root, Osyris, Serapias, and corpse blossoms. I decided to fetch more ginger root when I hear someone come in. For some reason I panic, and dive behind a big box of Asclepias flowers. I hear two people talking, and girl and a boy. Wait, is that Jax? I peer from behind the box and see him tuck a strand of hair behind Ellie's ear. ELLIE?!?! To my horror, they start kissing. I bolt to an exit as fast as I can with my invisibility cloak and run as fast as I can.
