Coming home
I had just come back from my long seven years worth of training. I wanted to see what had happened to Musutafu while I was away, and I gotta say...it's not anything I had expected...
"I haven't been here before.." I say to myself. I had arrived at a mall that I hadn't seen in the city before. 'I guess things to really change over seven years...' I think, walking into the large open space. I wander around a bit noticing some people staring at me though I brush it off and continue to walk around. I stop at a cookie shop for a quick treat. My eyes widen when I see a whole bunch of reporters suddenly surrounding me. "What the?!-' I look at every single one that asks me questions. The lights from their cameras flash in my face, making my pupils contract, forcing me to hold my eyes shut and cover my face. I then felt a hand wrap around my forearm, pulling me out of the mob, accidental making me bump into a tall-ish figure. "Alright, that's enough! Leave her alone!" A feminine voice calls. Once my eyes get adjusted again, I open them to see a girl with pink hair/skin, with horns waving at the crowd to go away. I then feel arms wrap around me protectively as I hear another voice call from behind me, "Leave her alone, she obviously doesn't want the attention!" It says to some of the reporters that slipped away. 'I don't like this close contacts with a random person..' I think, my eye twitches and out of instinct I go camouflage and slip out of the person's grasp. I walk out of the hall, looking back at the two who saved me. "Where'd she go?" They look around puzzled. The pink haired girl shrugs and then heads back over to some group, which I assume are her friends. I turn back visible and take my hood off along with my mask. I look at the boy who happened to be with the pink girl. We make eye contact and I nod at him as a sign of my thanks, which he nods back then after the pink female.
{Denki's POV}
Mina, Hanta, Ejirou, Asui, Ochaco, myself and a couple others were hanging out at the mall when Ausi looks over at a screaming crowd of reporters. I glance over when seeing her attention was held else where. "The crap is that?" I ask, kind of shocked. Ochaco gasps slightly, "I-I think a girl is getting attacked by the press.." she says sounding worried. "A girl," I stand up bravely. "Then let's go save her!" I point a finger in the air. We rush over to help her. Mina grabs the girls arm and throws her back against me, making me blush a bit from the contact. While Mina yells at the reporters, I hold the girl protectively, "Leave her alone, she obviously doesn't want the attention!" I demand, glaring at the ones that managed to slip away. A second later I felt the girl twitch, but when I looked down she was gone. "Huh..? where'd she go?" I ask puzzled. Mina shrugged and headed back to our friends. I looked at the front of the mall to see the girl standing there. She was looking at me with a thankful gaze. She nodded at me, assuming it was a thanks, I nod back and walk back to everyone else. 'I hadn't been that close to a girl before..' My face lit up in a bright shade of pink. "You alright bud?" Ejirou asked putting his elbow on my shoulder. "Y-yeah...i'm fine-" I squeaked out fanning my face, slowly calming down. "Let's go get some ice cream," Hanta suggests with a grin. Everyone else agrees and we head to the treat shop nearby.
{Y/n's POV}
I feel my stomach growl and gurgle. 'I can make mochi at home... Just need to stop by the supermarket on my way back.' I start to walk, it takes awhile to get there due to everything being rebuilt and different from how I remember it, and in that time the streets have cleared up and it's gotten darker. "I hate walking alone.. Especially when it's dark.." I say putting my hood on, covering my head from the cold breeze. 'The moon isn't even out... lord help me..' I think shoving my hands in my pockets. I make it to the market and open the door, feeling the warm air hit my face, I sigh. I look around a bit for some of the ingredients for the Mochi. I hum a small tone and walk around, going through aisle after aisle getting everything I need. When I have everything, I go up to the cashier. It's a young lady, (about my age, maybe older) with messy cotton white hair, bags under her dark purple/violet eyes, she holds a lifeless expression. 'She looks stressed...' I furrow my eyebrows feeling sympathy for the girl. She looks at my stuff and scans them one by one. "Your total is 2754 yen." She says in a monotone voice. "Alright.." I pull out the cash and hand her a couple extra bills. "Keep the change." I say putting my wallet back. She looks at me with dreary eyes and hands me my bags and puts the money in the cash register. "Thank you for working as hard as you do. I appreciate it, you may not get complements like this all the time, but I'm here to say it, and to tell you that you can be more than just this. You can work even harder to become whatever you dream about becoming. Do it at your own pace and think about your decisions." I bow. "Have a good night." I give her a sympathetic smile, she gives a slightly awestruck look. "Thank you..." she says looking down with a small/warm smile. "Mhm.." I walk out taking the ingredients with me. Leaving the girl with a much happier expression than earlier.
I stop at the door of my family's house. It looks way bigger than it did when I was younger, that made me sort of anxious to even step foot in it, but even so, I open the door slowly, and peek my head inside. Seeing the dark house I assume that no one's home, not even the butlers or maids are around, 'strange..' I think but sigh a bit and walk into the darkened house, lighting a small flame to lead me to the kitchen. Once there, I put the things I bought down but suddenly feel arms wrap around me, a hand covers my mouth and another holds my arms. Frightened I lash and kick around, screaming into the hand. I manage to turn the light on by kicking it, then I see the figure in the corner of my eye. "Calm down...It's me." A familiar voice whispers in my ear them let's go of me. "Natsuo..." I my eyes widen as I turn and see my older brother with his signature smirk. "Why...would you freakin' do that?!" I clench my fists, fire coiling around them. "I just thought you looked gloomy, and I wanted to cheer you up.." He rubs the back of his neck. "We haven't seen each other for so long so when I saw you walk in....I just wanted to make sure my eyes weren't playing tricks on me. I just wanted to see how you've grown." He looks down, his smirk changing into a soft smile. I sigh and my fire calms down as I relax my hands. "Sorry...I... thought you were someone else.. If I had known it was you I probably would've fought less." I say calmly. "It's fine," He chuckles. "You've gotten a lot stronger and braver since the last time I tried that tactic on you." I look down, unable to keep eye contact with him. Trying to lead away from an awkward silence, he looks at the ingredients on the counter I had placed down before he grabbed me. "Making Mochi?" He asks gesturing to the bags. "Yeah.." I nod slightly. "Well I'll leave you to it. Fuyumi won't be home until tomorrow afternoon and I have to spend a couple days at the academy. Also Shouto should be in his room if you want to drop in and say hello." I perk up a bit hearing he's home as well. " w-what about..." I mutter. He looks away a slightly frustrated look on his face. "He's registering to be a teacher at your school...so you'll probably see him tomorrow.." My body tenses up at the thought of him being my teacher. "I'll see you later kiddo." He smiles, ruffling my hair. "Yeah..." I mutter going to the bags as he grabs his school bag and walks out the front door with his keys. I take the ingredients out and start to make the Mochi. 'Why does he have to be there...i already know it's just to spend more time with me...' I squeeze a bag of flour and it pops, some flour getting on my hoodie. I look down and sigh. "Great..."

{Shouto's POV}
I sit on my pillow, sipping some tea as I think to myself. 'I wish she would come back.. I'm tryong to hard to keep her face in my memories.. but they're fading away ever so suddenly..-' My thoughts get interrupted when all of a sudden I hear a muffles yet audible scream from the kitchen. My attention shifts to the door, sitting up I head to the sound, opening the door and making my way down the stairs to see Natsuo grabbing a figure, it's thrashing around makes the lights turn on when it hits the switch with a quick kick...then the figure clearly becomes a female with H/c hair then it turns to my older brother. "Natsuo..." She speaks out and turns around, eyes slightly glossy. "Why...would you freakin' do that?!" She raises her voice, fire wrapping around her fists. My eyes widen slightly. 'She hasn't been here for seven years...why did she suddenly show up.. and so casually.. It's like she's a different person, it just feels weird seeing around her here and now... I don't know how Natsuo's even managed to get close to her.' I think going back upstairs. Once I get to my room, I pull out a large book, opening it up, I look at all the pictures from when we were younger. "What happened to us...we used to be so close.. I want that again but don't know how to approach her.." tears start to prick my eyes, but I quickly wipe them away. "I should get ready for school tomorrow. I have a feeling that she's going with me, so I should probably tell her to get ready to meet new people.. she hasn't been to school in seven years.. I wouldn't be surprised if she struggles." I talk to myself, not acting like myself though. After a few more minutes of thinking and wondering, I got downstairs to the smell of Mochi and Ramen.
{Y/n's POV}
I took my hoodie off and made the Mochi, but just so the meal stays balanced I made Ramen, and made a salads, fruit and veggies, hoping that this'll be enough for Sho, if he wants food that is...
"Alright," I wipe my forehead, sighing. "All done.." I wash my hands and then go to the table and set it up for Sho and I to eat. I look up to see Sho at the doorway. "Oh- h-hey Shouto... been a while.." I look down. "Yeah.." He mutters, walking into the kitchen, staring at the food with a hungry eye. "Help yourself.. I just made it." I smile and sit down. "I..I'm glad to finally see you again... you've gotten taller since the last time I saw you.." I say, trying to start up small talk. He just nods and hums "mm" in response. "You've changed more then I have though..." He places his bowl down after a few bites, I look up at him and see his blank expression. "..but i guess that comes with growing up." He finally says and continues eating. "mhm.." I slightly agree.
After we finish eating, I go to wash the dishes. "You ready to go to UA?" He asks putting the extra food in the fridge. "Eh-" I pause for a second. "...No.. I haven't seen or met other people for seven years.. I'm afraid I'm going to be an outcast to the other students. I don't think they'll like me... if I'm being honest.. I'm scared.." He comes over to me and hesitantly gives me a hug, like the seven years of us being apart didn't even happen, it was just so casual. "You'll be alright, just stick by me for the first couple of days and then once you get used to the school, you can go off on your own." I lean my head on his shoulder and sigh. "Thanks Shouto..I'll try to make it up..the time from being apart I mean.." "mhm.." He hums back. "I'm sure you will..."
